My husband ordered a Stage 3 interior kit for a 71 Camaro. He was told the door panels were on back order because of the Pandemic so we expected this as he had spoke with them on the phone. He drove from Cincinnati to Richmond to pick the kit up and was told the seat foams were no longer included in this package. Now he has actually spoken with them on the phone so this should have been mentioned. When he was told the book he ordered from was outdated so he asked for a new one. They returned to the counter with the exact same book he ordered from!!!! And was told there are no new books as they are focusing on Girebird. Very poor customer service. If he hadnt physically spoke with them we might not be as upset, but to be told about one and not the other!

Been waiting 10 weeks for my parts and counting. Have sent many emails in they continue to tell me there expecting them next week.i have Been told that about 4 times now, i have paid in full for very expensive parts it is now summer and my car still can not be put together.Is this a scam? I expect to wait a little but ten weeks and counting?

Instead of just sending an email and being done with it, they called me to let me know the part was going to be a few days late. Same deal with a part that was drop shipped from the manufacturer. To me that what customer service is about. Ive ordered several parts from different places, but I can assure you I always go to Camaro Central first.

Matt was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction, and I am grateful he took the time to read my previous review and reach out to me. It changed my whole attitude. Bottom line: Camaro Central wants you to be happy with your purchase, and if you arent, they will do what it takes to make it right.

We are restoring a 69 z28 Camaro Central has high quality parts. We have never had a complaint. We live 3 and a half hours away. We recently went to get most of everything to finish the car in person. They were so careful about wrapping the windows for our car. They packed ou Tahoe to the max. Such friendly people. We got to meet the owner. Hes a real cool guy. Anyone that needs parts consider this place, my husband, Eddie Burrell swears by them.

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians in the tribe. First time there, and awful customer service. Took a guy at the front desk over an hour to get our parts, and come to find out he gives us the wrong stuff. Then, we get a comment go buy your parts somewhere else. So thats what will happen. The staff is a joke, they dont care about you just your money.

After 25 years from the beginning of Camaro central... I own a restoration business where we primarily deal with first gen camaros. I made a business decision to part ways with Camaro central after being charged 20% for a restocking fee on a $250.00 item, when I spend thousands and thousands of dollars here, and this was my first return in 25 years. Then, when I complain I am told to go buy my parts somewhere else by an employee who is just a warehouse worker and had no business being in the conversation. When speaking with the owner about the situation, he acted like he just didn’t care and had nothing to say to me.

1978 Camaro Z28 clone,I ordered Door Handles,Fender Panel,Floor Panel, Door Hinges Complete Set, Weatherstrip Kit, and other parts.The weatherstrips got ordered twice, they called me to make sure I wanted two of them,I told them it was an error, and that I only needed one, They also gave me a discount because of it being a large order.Not only was the delivery fast,But you can save the cost of shipping by pick up you order an east coast car show, The one near me is in Carlisle Pa.I

Ordered $600 worth of parts that came with no installation instructions and missing hardware. When I called to inquire I was told to call back later for Butch who was their expert on installing this kit. (Like he would have been able to walk me thru it over the phone.) Avoid this company, two thumbs down

Bought a 12 bolt rear end for a 1969 Camaro from these guys. Kept my money for over 10 days, out of the blue I got $1000 refund from them with no explanation. I wrote them and they claim not to be able to find one for me. Even though they had one advertise for sale,Today 24 hours later they have another one listed but for more money. What a racket, bait and switch ring a bell.
