The manager Miles and all the guys at this location are great. I purchased Coker tires for my classic Cadillac and the 235s were too wide. Miles went ahead and ordered the 225s without a question and they fit perfect. Being 1983 classic rims they were extremely careful and took their time to get it right. This location is always busy but well worth the wait.

Omar was awesome from start to finish. He was able to order my new tires and have them installed the same day. In and out in 20minutes!

Bryan met me outside, was speedy polite and professional. Ross didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in.. I felt some type of way about but maybe he knew Bryan was on it..Marquis was looking like a new edition member... and Patrick well you could tell he was the MAN. Thanks wait was like 30 min I recommend the early bird appointment.

The only decent place to get your tires mounted and/or balanced, too bad they dont do alignments.I guess there are other places were you can get your expensive wheels and tires properly Road Force balanced but I have not found any.The only down side is that the inside of the store (at least this one) is looking dated but it is a tire shop at the end.

Just wanted to say my experience with Jelani was awsome. My appt was at 4pm and I was out of there in 45mins. I just needed to get a full set of tires for my Tahoe. He made some awesome suggestions for diffrent wheel and tire sets for the future as well!

I was in and out in 40 min flat. These guys/ Alex took good care of me and helped me with my tire selection. I had a small issue with a plug but they got me back on the road very quickly. (Nothing they did, more of a damage issue) Great customer service and very polite. Wouldnt go anywhere else to get tires or my tires serviced. Always worth the wait for honest service.

Great place, marquee was very helpful and took care of things like he promised. The first discount tire location I have been in, that was superb. Hope I spelled his name correctly.

Usually the wait isnt too bad, but they usually manage to mess something up. One time I came and they stripped a lug screw so bad I had to get the entire hub replaced. This morning I went in for a rotation and to have them add a bit of air - I went in about 4 PSI low and left about 7 PSI low. Not sure how they managed that spectacular feat.

Had a great experience buying 4 new tires. Aaron was willing to talk through a multitude of options and help me get the best possible option that fit my needs. He really went above and beyond.Once I had made my choice they had me all hooked up and ready to drive off in 20 minutes. Plus helped ensure I got all available rebates.I was sent there to speak to Miles the manager but he was available, Aaron stepped in and did a fantastic job!

I got to discount tire only having 30 minutes to get my tire plugged to make it to an appointment. The staff was very friendly and got me in out in just the right amount of time. Everyone had a smile on their face and were working very diligently to get everyone taken care of!

I was able to get there before they closed..by like 20min...and they had a line of about 6 ahead of me. they did not hesitate to help me and get my new tire put on! I’m been using them for all my vehicles but it’s annoying every time I go there, they recommend I replace all my tires. Even though I replaced a tire from them 3 weeks ago. Don’t make recommendation if we don’t need to replace them.

I had a tire go flat and I drove here desperately trying to get my tire fixed. I’m sure when I pulled up you heard the tire it was already melted to the rim. No one even bothers to say a word to me. I go inside to wait and not even a hello not even a we will be right with your, I was just flat out was ignored as I stood there in front of a girl at the counter who wouldn’t acknowledge me. It was easier and quicker for me to head right back outside and call a tow truck. I’ll never consider Discount tire again.

Terrance Johnson is a very nice and helpful Discount Tires Representative...he found the right tires to fit the rims for my truck and afforded a small discount for me. Unfortunately,my personal rims were the wrong bolt pattern for my truck. He even attempted to search for replacement rims to rectify my situation. I would recommend his good services to any customer.

I thank God for this Discount Tire location. The General Manager Miles is amazing and hes truly heaven sent. I would drive 2 hours if I had to, just to do business with this location, and I am sure everyone else agrees with me because they are always busy. Although they are usually busy; they always take the time to carefully check each customer tires and provide great service. Miles locations have the best team, and they work together to take care of the customers. I have been doing business with Miles for years, and I pass 3 Discount Tire locations just to get here. My recent visit was because my tire light kept coming on, even after getting air in them. I called Miles and told him my concern, and he said bring the car up here and we will take care of you. When I got there, Miles drove my car into the garage to check it while I waited inside. After thoroughly checking the tire, he brought it inside and showed me the screw that caused the leak. Hes so sincere, he said they could take care of it without me buying a new tire. I told Miles I would buy a tire if I need to, just to be on the safe side. He kept looking at the tire to make sure it wasnt badly damaged, and then he went back into the garage to recheck it. Later he came back inside, and he offered me a warranty on all 4 tires, which was less than $200. During checkout he told me with the warranty I could go to any Discount Tire. Thats nice to know, but I will continue to drive to his location. Miles gave me the best deal ever, and he always gives the best deals to his customers, he loves them, and he knows the value of great customer service. Thank you, Miles, for always being there.

Leaving this DT was the first time I ever left an auto shop with a positive experience. Miles is such a saint! I’ve had zero issues with my tire since leaving this location and even if I did the warranty is super affordable. My Honda dealership tried to rip me off and Miles gave me a more reasonable tire maintenance plan. Also, he was really quick. I can’t recommend this location enough!!!

The lady behind the counter Layla was very helpful and kept me updated on status of vehicle during the issue with respect to the flat tire or damaged Tire and whether or not they could be repaired which they could not and two more Replacements the same as we bought previously very polite and professional going to ask for better service anywhereall four tires on the vehicle now from Discount Tire so we will continue to go back here as often as needed for air checks and have the tires balanced and rotated which theyve already been an alignment done on a car right afterwards I cant say enough how well these people took care of it at this particular location

Came in on a Saturday at 4:50 and they wouldn’t take me in. Had to drive my trailer with a tire that kept going flat all weekend. No consideration at all. I even asked the employee please to make an exemption and he looked straight at my eyes an said no the door is closed and we are ready for the weekend. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 yrs and have recently been to other discount locations with great service. But greatly disappointed with this location.

Terrible experience i went to have tires put on my truck paid to dismount, install tire pressure sensors,balance and re install ...paid over $300for this service the next morning i drove the truck and there was about half gallon of water in the tires causing the truck to lose control and almost roll over .we went to a local tire shop to have tires looked at ..tires checked out they re balanced them and truck was still driving bad the dismounted 1 tire to check rims for damages and found half a gallom of water in the tires and ask who installed tires for me the tires were never dismounted otherwise they would have seen all the water in them they continued to remove all tires off the rims and all the tires had large amount of water causingthe truck to shake uncomfortably went back to discount tires as they were closed over memorial day weekendto let them know and try and get refunded they not only would they lie to us in our face sayimg it normal to have water inside your tires as we asked really its normal to have half a gallon of water in tires that they dont remove water they just inflate them they finally admitted to never dismounting the tires and would only credit me for the dismount that they charged me for and never did $40 and 38 for partial banlncing credit i will be reaching out to corporate office

Great experience! I had to get all 4 tires replaced and the sales guy didnt try to pressure me into anything, which was great. He actually showed me comparisons for the 2 tires I was looking at.I was in and out in about 45 minutes, which for a mom with a toddler is amazingly helpful!

Make an appointment and you will be in and out within 30-45 minutes for patching a flat and tire rotation. Everyone was friendly as well.

This Discount Store knows how to treat Tesla car very well (they also have special jack pads for Tesla, so no worry). I got a nail in a brand new tire, and they fixed that under 30 minutes with NO charge.

I waited in my car for almost 10 minutes and Pablo the tech showed up to check my air. I had great service before and hope this is a lame one. The interesting part is at least 10 other employees walk passed by and didn’t bother to inquire. Pablo of course was MIA

Really great shop. Got me in and out fast. I was late picking up my car and they called me right at close and arranged a way for me to get the keys even if they werent there. But what really struck me as going the extra mile? They put my spare tire back into the trunk properly, fastened it properly, put the holder back on properly and put my jack back the right way as well. They 100% went above and beyond. Ill be a Discount Tire customer for life because of this.

Well run discount tire franchise store . They are sometimes busy which is expected for such a high traffic area but every time they service my car they do an excellent job. I recommend coming here to get your tires changed and rims done.

Upon arriving I discovered safety protocols had been put into place to ensure distancing and protection for customers and staff. Go to another discount tire. This location always seems confused. They forgot to put me in the system and after waiting two hours they realized the mistake. Last time they forgot to repair a flat after rotating so I had to go back and wait again for the flat repair after having a flat tire again on the road.

I went to Firestone and they told me my whole tire sensor system was bad. I didn’t have the money to spend so I came here to get a second opinion . The customer service was superb, they found only one sensor was bad. I paid only $60 and I was in and out . They saved me from possibly spending almost $600 plus dollars.

He called earlier than expected and I was able to get in right away. I have a bike rack on my spare and had them rotate one of my tires to be the new spare and they didnt bat an eye. All was soone quickly and efficiently. Great experience!
