Exceptional service! Was concerned about windshield replacement because of heard stories about air and water leakage. This place guarantees no issues as long as you own your car! Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing any service they offer.

My windshield was cracked for 3 weeks waiting on my insurance co and their glass replacement provider to provide a date for when they could get an aftermarket windshield for my truck. Apparently, there was no aftermarket available and I believe my insurance co and their glass provider just wanted me to pay the additional money for the OEM windshield. They were trying to wait me out. Fortunately, once I switched from the insurance glass provider to Certified Glass, they had an OEM windshield delivered and installed in 5 days. They kept me informed throughout the process, from dealing with the insurance co to the installation. They were professional and the service was quick. I live an hour away, but it was worth the drive.

Ive gotten my windshield replaced here twice. I never met the guys doing the replacement, but they did quality work and put all the stickers and EZ-pass box back where they should be. The front desk staff are just really considerate. They take time to hunt down answers when you first call them, take time to explain the situation, and when youre waiting for them to replace it, they gave me a heads-up when it was almost done.

The experience with Certified Glass exceeded my expectations from the beginning. A rock hit the windshield of my 2015 Infiniti QX60 and I couldnt bring it just anywhere to get replaced due to the camera system/lane change departure function. Angie, the office manager, was incredibly helpful and even communicated with me through text to make sure the process moved along. She helped me navigate my insurance and even suggested changes to my policy that would make the next windshield replacement less expensive. She even sent me home with an awesome goody bag. Excellent experience. I wont go anywhere else for glass repair/replacement in the future!

I had to have an Acura MDX windshield replacement as well as calibration for the smart cruise and lane assist. I contacted 5-6 other vendors and CGS was the fastest to respond, were able to get it done fast, AND had the best price. They provided a loaner car at no charge as well. There was an issue with the building garage door, so my vehicle was trapped overnight. The door problem was not their fault, but they were very apologetic and proactively offered a price reduction to make up for it. I am completely satisfied with the resolution and appreciate their professionalism in making it right. Overall it was an excellent experience from start to finish and I would certainly use them again.

Cannot say enough good things about this crew. The shop that cares for our baby recommended them and we are so glad they did! Insurance company wanted to steer us elsewhere, but we wanted the job done correctly, not just done. (Yes, Im looking at you, glass company insurance company sent out for last replacement.) CGS worked with our insurance company and within hours had the go ahead to do the work. Professional, pleasant, timely, communicative, reasonably priced, excellent quality work. Highly recommend to anyone in need of auto glass repair or replacement. We wont ever go anywhere else! If you enjoy great work at a reasonable price neither will you!

This is how you run a small business! I had a badly cracked windshield and a state inspection days away from being expired on my Subaru. Certified Glass was recommended to me by another person, so I got pricing from them and from a large national company you frequently see on TV. Certified came in at half the price of the other company and could do the work more quickly. In fact, the pricing allowed me to replace the windshield on my other Subaru as well that even though it had many months left on inspection. It was bound to cause problems down the road.Certified arrived on time, installed both windshields in my driveway, and were out of there in about an hour. Two windshields replaced for what would have cost me the same for one from the national company. Not a bad deal!Days later, I received a thank you card in the mail from them. Like I said, this is how you run a small business! Now, as for Subaru and their paper-thin cathedral stained glass quality windshields--thats another story.

I have had a lot of windshields replaced by other companies when I lived elsewhere but never had my EZ Pass and an RFID sticker on the windshield successfully moved to the new one. Certified Glass came to my home, did the work quickly, and because of their ability to move those stuck on items (plus my inspection sticker of course, which looks as if it was never touched) the next time I got in my truck everything was done, no hassle.

Poor driving skills. Beware if the blue Mercedes van. Rides the left lane from Chippenham to Courthouse Rd. Speed is determined by his desire to keep you from getting around him and he brake checks you.

This company was really all Aces! From the initial call, to the guidance in redirecting my Progressive Insurance, to showing up on time, to getting finished early, to the small little gift upon departure -- everything was just a lovely experience (which is especially great because car trouble can be super stressful!). A+ customer service. The minute a rock hit my window, I started to dread the experience of having my windshield replaced. The last experience I had with the windshield being replaced ended up being a insurance nightmare because I wanted the OEM product. Call my car dealership recommendations and they pointed me to certified glass. I reached out to them with my concern about the OEM product, they understood and ended up negotiating with my insurance company to get me exactly what I needed. I was provided a loaner car for the day, came with an expass. The work was completed in about six hours. There was even a little gift bag in my car when I returned. A+ across-the-board and very much worthy of a five star rating

Unprofessional! First time using their service and will never recommend them to anyone! They DO NOT inform you of your deposited money is non refundable when you set up appointment. I had called to set an appointment with them on Friday, but they won’t have anything available until Monday. Later that evening I needed to cancel but couldn’t because they were closed. Didn’t realized they are also closed on weekends. I tried leaving them a voicemail, and even reached out to them by emailing to let them know that I needed to cancel. I also called them again first thing Monday morning when their business opened but no one answer, but they called me back to confirm the cancellation. I waited for a week to reach out to their office to ask why my deposited money has not return to me and they proceed to tell me that its NON-REFUNDABLE! They said that if I wanted to I can speak to their manager but he’ll have to call me back. Three days later, still no call. I called them again and they said the same thing “when he gets back to the office, we’ll ask him to call you!” It’s another three days and still NOTHING! They had my deposited money since 6/26/20. Today is 7/13/20! To me this is extremely rude and unprofessional and I will report this to the Better Business Bureau!

Awesome experience. Recommended by the Mercedes dealer. I have had several windshields installed over the years and some not so go experiences including a mess in the car. You could not tell Certified was even in the car. Windshield trims applied perfectly. Will only go there in the future.

A rock damaged the windshield on my 2016 Mercedes C300 recently. The Mercedes dealer I purchased the car from recommended Certified Glass. I cant say enough about these guys, from the very first phone conversation to the actual windshield replacement, every employee at the company was pleasant, upbeat, courteous, and professional. I had to leave my car for the repair, but as an added bonus they provided me with a loaner car with an EZ Pass while they were repairing my car! They are very professional and experienced, but at the same time very compassionate and understanding. I needed to have my window replaced after having it broken out. I called the dealership to ask who the recommended to do they work. The dealership suggested contacting Certified Glass Services. I contacted them and spoke with Angie. From the start, Angie was polite, professional, and empathetic to my situation. Angie was Johnny on the spot with ordering my window. Angie advised that it would take two days for my window to come in. That was the only downside but that wasnt Certified Glass Services fault. Once my window arrived I received a call from Joey. Again, Joey was professional, courteous, and polite. Joey advised that he would bring a car for me to drive because he was going to drive my car back to the shop to complete the work. If the work wasnt completed I would drive the car that Joey provided and he would bring my car back to my job the next morning. Well, my car was finished before I left work today. Joey returned my car before my work day ended. I definitely recommend Certified Glass Services to anyone looking for a glass repair!Corey D

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. I was having a ridiculously off day when I used the early bird drop off and managed to park it at the wrong place. These amazing folks were willing to drive and get my car from the other (wrong) location without making me feel like the complete moron I was. I cannot believe how nice they were about my ordeal. Appreciate the service and what I learned from them. They could tell that my windshield was a replacement and pointed out how the previous installation was done subpar. They just didnt say it they explained the ways it could be done, showed me the result of how mine was done, then explained the optimum way it could have been done. After him showing me what was done and giving his explanation of what he believed should have been done I agreed. If I need glass work done in the future these are the guys.

2011 Nissan MaximaMy rear quarter/vent glass was shattered but not broken out. The quote from another well known company and the quote from the Nissan dealership were about the same which was way more than what I wanted to hear. However, the guy at the dealership suggested Certified Glass Services and Im glad he did. I received a quote for about $160.00 less!I scheduled an appt. and a few days later, I got a small chip in my windshield.
