After dealing with Safelite for two months of failed appointments with no glass. I called Auto glass now and everything fixed within a week. I also paid half the price of Safelite. Thanks Jennifer and Amy and crew!

Did not show up date scheduled claiming weather as the culprit, Ok with that, but showed the next day with wrong windshield. They said they would contact us once the windshield came in. They showed up the next afternoon un announced. They were advised that the vehicle would be here on this particular day. They then showed on the 4th day and replaced the windshield. When my son went to use his car he found dark stains on drivers seat and trim around window. I asked that they come and clean these areas and they scheduled to return on 5th day. The technician claimed they did not create these stains. They could have cleaned the areas and had somewhat content customer, but instead implied my son was lying. Please see attached photos

The prices were awesome,they were quick and done correctly. I wish the parking lot was bigger. Due to on a busy day you cant get your car out because its so many cars in there.

Why make an appointment. Just to sit for nearly 3 hours before car is even pulled in? On top of that there is limited parking so you have to park next door at Paper Moon... Then when called drive all around the block to get back in.Work was done well- Good job to the workers. Thumbs down to the office personnel scheduling the appointments. Your buisness is windows... Surely you know how long they take to install and should be able to give a better appointment estimates.

I’ve come to auto glass a few times in the past few years. I have had an incredible experience every time. Very affordable compared to other places that rip you off. The glass was installed well, but I was upset when they took the windshield out before they were sure they actually had the replacement. They had to put the broken old windshield in and we had to drive with it broken even more. My daughter had to drive back to the auto glass now shop and we sat for over 2 hrs, then when they put the new windshield in it cracked in half and they had to get another windshieldTo make a long story short, I had to sit for another hr and change. In the end the person called her manager and they took $10,00 of the total price. I would have expected a deeper discount. Someone else came in and complained about theyre workmanship, and they took more than $25,00 off. Because I was very cordial with them and didnt raise hell with them they didnt take off more.

I spoke with someone over the phone and they said they could fix the chip in my windshield for only $60 with it being smaller than a quarter. So I go in today after work and wait for OVER an hour just for them to tell me its not the size of a quarter and that theyd have to replace the whole windshield which would cost me over $200!!! I wouldnt have been as upset if they would have told me before hand that they couldnt fix it instead of having me wait for OVER an hour. Definitely not happy with my visit here. Will be using Safelite when its time to replace my windshield.

Scheduled an appt for them to come replace my windshield at my work a WEEK ahead of time... they call the afternoon before and say they can’t do it until the following week but gave me an appt for Saturday to bring the car in to the shop at 11.... I get there 10:50 and as I’m pulling in they call and say they don’t have my windshield and that nobody in town has it and scheduled me an appt AGAIN for another week!!! .... drive 2 minutes up the road and waited 1 hour and got a new windshield and $75 cheaper!! .... NO I DONT RECOMMEND THEM

Guy working in this place did a burn out in my husbands car, then almost hit him with his own car, THEN ALMOST FLIPPED IT. Went inside and had to argue with them to get the keys back. Absolutely do not recommend this place.

Go to get another windshield guy goes to put it in and look at me. I said wrong one. The people ordered wrong one so I had to sit there for 3 plus hours waiting for another one to come and all she could do is say sorry when I said my windshield should be free for the mistake and my time she give me a $20 discount. Really that’s all. Sad. Would recommend that before arriving to call make sure they have correct windshield and that it was confirmed with installers and not front desk people that don’t know what they doing.

Dear Owner there was NO attempt to remove the glass and what I was told is your company did not have the equipment to remove the glass. My car door is full of glass. Your company should not charge full price if you CANT do the complete job.DO NOT, DO NOT take you vehicle to Midlothian Auto Glass!!! They dont take the door panel off to clean out the glass in the bottom of the door. Now I have to pay another company to do the job they shouldve done for $152...terrible service...

Have used this business for years and they NEVER disappoint. Called this morning for a cracked windshield and have the car back this afternoon. I called in advanced to get a quote and the woman placed me on hold, I was on hold for so long that I drove to the place while still on hold and walked in with the phone still on hold to only see the woman speaking with a guy about food while I was on hold the whole time and then when I told her she gives me a nasty attitude to only say we cant do anything for you today, were all booked. Tech came to my residence, replaced my windshield In a flash. My price was a little higher than quoted but you must pay tax ughAside from that no issues will use again!

I had a windshield installed at this location and they DAMAGED my vehicle. When I noticed the damage the manager did not want to take responsibility for the repairs. The damage to my vehicle looks as if the installer used a prying tools to separate the molding from the fender. Most of the staff is very rude and unprofessional. The Manager Brian, has no customer services skills at ALL his tone and manner was very defensive and abrasive. When I took the vehicle back to him he stated that his TECHS take pictures of the job before (this statement was made on a Friday, but on Monday) he stated that there were no photos of my vehicle because it was nothing wrong with it before they got started. I called another location and I was told that they do not have a corporate office. I know he answers to someone. I am appalled by my experience. I will not be going back and I will not recommend them to anyone EVER. Photos will follow.....

I am floored with the service I just received. My insurance company booked me through another glass company that couldnt come to my work until 7 days after the incident. I called Auto Glass Now at 11:30 AM, insurance paperwork was done before 1:00 PM, they were at my car by 2:45 PM, and completed with service by 3:10 PM. I didnt catch the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was friendly and professional. The crack in my windshield was spreading quickly because of the heat here and I am so thankful they were able to provide same day service. I would give 10 stars if I could. Kudos to the office staff for being so polite too. Thank you!

My very first time ever having to there was a windshield issue of owning a vehicle. Theres always room for improvement in anything in life, they did a pretty good job. My dashboard could have been wiped down, and things should be put back in his proper place the first time around. You shouldnt pierced uses us I didnt know oh, Ive never seen it before, come back tomorrow. That is definitely not professional right off the top those particular words coming out of your mouth. However the situation it gets solved. But theres always room for improvement.

Some jerk busted in my window to break into my car, and it was a shattered mess. Thankfully, Jay Jay was able to replace the window very quickly, getting all of the glass shards out of the inside of the door in the process. Within 30 minutes it was all said and done. I had an overall great experience, which was pleasantly surprising given the price I paid for the service! Great value here with people who know what theyre doing.

Woke up to find out my driver door window got smashed. AGN managed to squeeze me in on the same day, which was amazing relief. Miss Amy was very nice, helped Mr. Edward out a little while he replaced the windows. Greatly appreciated his assistance, very nice fellow. Price was by far cheaper than Safelite (more than 50% difference from their quote), and other nearby repair shops. All in all, quite happy with the experience on a day gone wrong. If another glass-related issue comes up, will definitely stop by again.
