The OEM Glass was on back-order for a few weeks which I understand but after not hearing anything for a while I call to follow-up on the issue. Turns out the glass was damaged at some point and American Mobile Glass is arguing with the Dealer over who is at fault...neither side appears willing to budge and I am told I just have to wait until it gets resolved....but that they didnt have much confidence it was going to occur anytime soon. Thats crazy...when you take delivery of a product you note the damage, if any and file a claim with the shipper. Someone there screwed up but hey, lets just screw over the customer until we finally get around to resolving this.

I really wish I could give the whole company a better review! The guys who came out to install, did an amazing job. They were quick, friendly and cleaned up the glass inside and outside the vehicle. I scheduled an appointment for 4 windows to be replaced ($959.00 after tax, which was unbeatable compared to 10 other places I called.) I spoke to the lady on Monday, was able to set the appointment up for the Friday the same week and she confirmed twice what windows was being replaced and the year/make/model of the vehicle. Called our customer and assured they could pick up their vehicle on Friday at the end of the business day. On Friday, as scheduled the guys promptly showed up, I spoke to them for a few minutes and they quickly got to work. When they were finished the guy came inside and gave me the bill. It was wayyyy less than quoted on Monday so I asked the guy why... They didnt have the driver side window, nobody bothered to call me all week to let me know. SO, I called to see what was going on and the lady said the window was on back order and that they would call me the following week when it came in. I was very upset, my customer was thankfully understanding! I waited until Wednesday the following week to call them back... She was so careless and rude and said that SHE would call ME when it came in.... Needless to say, we are on the 2nd week, still havent received a call. I had to go elsewhere and give my customers a huge discount for the wait. Thanks, AMG for not even caring enough about a customer spending nearly $1000.00 cash to give them a courtesy call or try to keep a customer updated on anything. The work that was done was great, no complaints... The pricing was amazing, no complaints... The customer service when calling, needs MAJOR WORK. Communication is key!
