I called Ace Glass last minute because a piece of glass at my office was suddenly shattered. I called multiple other companies who, in my opinion, did not understand the urgency of the matter. Called Ace and they had my broken window removed and boarded up within 2 hours and replaced by the next afternoon. As a fellow business owner, they will get my business every single time. Sam was extremely professional and knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that I had. It was a great experience during what could have been a very stressful time

Today I needed a piece of glass cut for a custom frame. While it was for just a small amount ($13,) they were quick, friendly and professional. I’d use them again, hopefully this time for something that helps them make some money!

I had a huge crack in my window and needed replacement. Ace glass quickly scheduled a mobile unit to come to my home. They were prompt, super professional and reliable. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

They were able to beat safelites prices by $50. I took it in and waited...the entire windshield replacement was done in 35 minutes. They gave me the guest Wi-Fi password for while I waited and they also answered the questions I had for them.

I called and made an appointment in November for a consultation for a leaky sunroof. I got a call a couple of hours after my appointment and was told that they cleaned the ducts and that that was probably what the issue was and if I noticed any more leaking to call immediately to schedule another appointment. The next time in rained a week or two later I called because my sunroof was leaking. I scheduled another appointment and brought my car in the day of the appointment. I received a call a couple of hours later from one of the ladies at the front desk who said the technician said he could not find a leak. I asked to speak with the technician because obviously, every time it rains my ceiling and sometimes seats are wet. He called me back and said he could not find any leaks and that was that. In the meantime, my sunroof is still leaking. I have included a photo, but I also emailed Ace Glass a video and never got a response.

I accidently broke one window in my home. Ace Glass came in measured and ordered the replacement for me. Then, did great on the install. They were affordable and quick. Hopefully no more broken windows for me, but at least I know who to call now.

We have utilized ACE Glass for multiple projects including windshield chip repair, creation of multiple new glass table tops, installation of multiple mirrors, and large pieces of structural glass. They have done excellent and timely work with all of these projects, would recommend.

I’ve used this company quite a few times over the years I have overlooked some things in the past but I’m not going to overlook this I was just told that they could not quote me on glass after taking three days to call back after I called them 2 times the first day ..there reason ... because they were short staffed and they don’t have the manpower to look up the glass. I understand it’s for a 69 Firebird but this is not an uncommon glass...1 can order on eBay all day long but didn’t want to deal with broken glass through the mail so was willing to spend more money with a local shop.. last time we do business!

Replaced the windshield on my wifes Tiguan. Glass looks good. Interior was littered with broken glass and was super dirty after the work. Outside of the car was also covered in dirty/greasy hand prints. Some plastic bits reinstalled incorrectly. Ace was the cheapest we found so you get pay for. Still really happy with the fitment of the glass itself. Everyone was super nice as well.

I have used Ace glass in the past with no problems. Recently ordered glass for two patio doors. They came out measured it gave me a quote.I asked them at least four or five times to confirm the quote and they did. After a month having ordered the glass they told me that their quote was wrong and it will be doubled the price quoted. They were not going to willing to honor their quote or do anything reasonably acceptable for both parties to come to an agreement I will never use Ace Glass again they are liars and have no integrity.In response to Mr.Reed, they did not try to contact me (I left my# with them when I ordered the glass). There Rep. check with the teck before it was orderedI called them several times after I had ordered the glass no one ever mentioned that it was a misquote.I was told due to the pandemic the things were moving a little slower. I have had my own business and I understand mistakes can happen as far as quotes. But when you ask someone no less than four times about the price you assume that they know what theyre talking about. We were not asking for them to give us the additional piece of glass. But to at least meet us halfway on the cost. By the way the generous discount they offered was$50.It is one thing to make a mistake there is indeed a whole other thing to lie about it. And to my memory we never signed a work order.

I called around for prices and availability. I have a specialty windshield with a heads up display and by far ACE Glass had the best price. The staff (Tiffany) was incredible professional, helpful and provided excellent customer service. They went to the shop where my car was being worked on and replaced the windshield. All of my questions were answered and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend.

Contacted Ace after hitting dead end after dead end to get Lexan for my food truck window. Not only did they take care of me at a more than reasonable rate, but their customer service is world class. These are my glass go to people now, and I will recommend them far and wide.

They are totally impressive!Ace was really flexible on a rainy day; made quick adjustments to challenges beyond their control; kept me well informed and their price beat top competitors bids by more than $350. When I took the car for the windshield recalibrate, I was told that Ace did such a good job in the replacement that Recalibrate wasnt needed, only a reset, saving me a another $400.

Came to repair a chip with a Groupon. After an hour of no update, I walked back to check-In and found out the chip had spread and the windshield would have to be completely replaced. They gave me a quote, and I asked if the value for the chip repair could be credited to the cost of the windshield, and they simply said no.Ace: Please promptly update your customers when things don’t go as planned, as people schedule off of work for your service. Also, customers get that things happen. Please consider credit, free mobile installation, or other reasonable options to deliver great service.

I had an appointment at 2pm, my car was immediately taken back. Ive been sitting outside in the cold rain, because their lobby is closed. 1 1/2 hrs later, I decided to check the status. They said it would be another hour. So it will take 2.5 hrs to replace my windshield, even with an appointment. They said they were behind because of the rain. Someone could have communicated that with me over an hour ago. I wont be back here.

Ace Glass was an overall positive, yet frustrating experience. After having six cracks in my 2014 Toyota Corolla windshield, I decided it was time for a replacement. Ace Glass gave us a $260 estimate. They were able to get us in the day of my call, which was great.After their installation, I noticed numbers missing from my inspection sticker. The owner assured me this is normal and I would never get a ticket for it.I also noticed something more concerning: there was still glass. And I mean this dust was everywhere- on my windshield, signals, steering wheel, etc; covering my dashboard. I also found several shards of glass under my WeatherTech matts.The most problematic issue was one I noticed after installation. My COW on the left and right side was not properly attached. After further inspection, I found the parts had been damaged upon removal. One of the parts even flew off of my vehicle while I was driving. Justin, the store owner, helped me out a lot.Ace Glass pulled together and decided to go ahead and replace the entire system they had damaged. They also offered a detail, and even a new inspection sticker.I would recommend this shop to everyone. They clearly care about their customers.Max

About three days ago (9/10/2019), the rear passenger side window got stuck in the DOWN position. I wasnt concerned about the car getting wet, but was worried about theft (crazy huh~lol). I stopped by Ace Glass at noon today and was greeted very warmly by not one, not two but THREE staff members. In less then three minutes, the Manger, Steven, came out and was able to put the window back into the UP position for NO CHARGE. I tried to tip and he refused!I also need a new windshield and I was going to shop around for quotes. NOT NOW. I will go straight to Stevens Ace Glass to get it done.

My first quote for a replacement windshield from another company in Richmond was $612. Second was $542. Safelite wanted $428 in their shop. All quotes were paying out of pocket, as I didnt want to use my insurance. A coworker recommended Ace, and said she had multiple replacements done with them without issue. They quoted me at $250. I couldnt believe it, and thought it was too good to be true, but I trust this coworker, so I went with them. Couldnt be happier! Had an appointment at 3, car was taken in almost immediately, and I was on my way home at 3:45. Job done well, and no issues so far. Recommended, thanks Ace!

Utilized Ace Glass by recommendation from Pearson Honda- They offered me same day installation with an arrival window of 1pm-4pm- Troy arrived at exactly 1pm (maybe a little earlier) explained what was going to happen asked me to unlock my car said it should take about an hour... at 2:02pm the windshield was installed. I am very impressed by the professionalism and customer service of Ace Glass- especially Troy. Thank you!

I had a specialty job— cutting a circular mirror and installing it in a decorative porthole. Ace did it flawlessly and in no time. Very pleased.

I had a windshield replaced here on one car and there was no problem. So, when I needed another windshield replaced on a different car, I made sure to have it done here again despite the fact my insurance company had suggested a different company They replaced it in the parking lot where I work. First, they showed up with the wrong windshield. They had the year of the car wrong. They left and came back with the right one and put it in. After they replaced it, whenever it would rain hard, my front passenger side floor would be full of water. I researched it and came to the conclusion the problem was the cowling that gets installed against the glass was about 1/4 inch away from the glass instead of touching the glass like it should be. So, I took it to their office to have them fix it. They said they could look at it for $125. I told them I thought they should fix it under their lifetime no leak warranty. They said, I had said it was the cowling, not the windshield. This was my assessment, not theirs; they had not looked at it. They said their warranty only covers the windshield leaking and from what I had said, the windshield was not leaking and their warranty doesnt cover the cowling leaking even though they are the ones that didnt put it on correctly. So, I said no and left. Why would I pay them to fix their own work? Since then, I covered up the gap between the cowling and the windshield with duct tape since I dont have the tools to remove and reinstall the cowling and it doesnt leak anymore, so that is definitely the problem. Since they dont stand behind their warranty, I will certainly never go there again.Response to Owner:Yes, I have had a problem for 2.5 years. It isnt something new. I just finally wrote a review as I thought of it again as I was replacing the tape I use to keep the water out of my car. The person I talked to at your company was presented to me as one of your senior guys who would barely have time to talk to me, and I thought everything would be covered by the warranty until I went to the desk and tried to schedule an appt. at which point I was informed by him, and the woman at the counter that it would not be a free appt. That was when I left.

This company is fantastic!! My husband and I needed to replace a pane of glass in a china cabinet and a friend recommended Glass Unlimited. Not only was the price reasonable, they were able to have the pane ready in just a few hours. Unfortunately, when we were transporting the glass, an item we thought was secure in the back of car fell on the glass and broke it. My husband called the next day so that we could get another pane cut. Fully intending to pay for the pane (after all, it was completely our fault that it broke), he arrived to find the pane wrapped in extra packaging and a note saying that there was no charge. We were blown away by their kindness and it would have ended there if my husband and I had not been off by our measurements by 1/4 of an inch (we were really batting a thousand with this glass :)). We took it back (again fully intending to pay because this was our mistake) and they cut it to the correct size for no charge.The pane has finally made it to its new home and looks amazing. We could not ask for a more professional or compassionate group of people. We will only go to them for any of our future glass needs.

We have...in total....had 3 windshields replaced by ACE Glass. All satisfactory. However we are extremely disappointed with our last experience. Over the weekend, a rock chipped our windshield. Since it was not large, we decided to take it to ACE Glass and see if they would repair it. We brought it in, and the service tech came out to my wife and said we need a new windshield. The technician said he tried to repair it but when he tried, the starburst grew, so he stopped. My wife felt all of this happened because she brought it in and since she is a female.......When I spoke with the tech, he said we signed a waiver so if something like this happened, he is not at fault. He said he had been doing this for 24 years. and this is the ....4th windshield that it has happened. WHAT LUCK! I am calling another glass company to get a second opinion, and will post upon results.

After using this company for years I finally made a switch to Smileys Glass and boy is there a difference in quality and professionalism .The first few times they did great then it went down hill my work trucks were coming back to shop with broken glass in the dashboard and floor and windshield glue on the fenders of my work trucks!!! They didnt even clean them!! The last straw was when they scratched the cab of my brand new truck installing a sliding rear glass. The scratch was deep and they didnt care they told me to go buy a bottle of paint touch up. Excuse me??? You fix the problem not direct the customer to do so!!! I am done with this unproffesional company and its worthless install techs that dont care about the vehicles they damage in the process

I have had 3 windshields fixed by this company, one at my job, one at home and one I dropped off. Each time the installer called before arriving to the mobile jobs. The were professional and did not break anything or damage anything and they cleaned up the area and took the old windshield with them when they left. I give them a 5 start rating, they worked around my schedule and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous when came to customer service.I would highly recommend then to my friends and family. This company have also helped with a few mirrors and some insulated window around the house.This company do not inform me the whole time while I was waiting for my windows. My windows took 3-5 weeks to get but I am very pleased with the results. After taking to them they were very apologetic about the waiting but, the manufacture had some problems and could not produce the tempered glass fast enough.

Boss is always working from home/at a meeting/stepped out of the office. False guarantee and unclear/undocumented, yet somehow wrongfully upheld, warranty. Reluctant to admit fault and take responsible action.

We had our glass replaced by them a few months ago. They scratched up our interior and broke the original seal. My car is a VW Touareg so parts are very expensive. We called about it and they said they would fix it and havent heard back since. Ive called a few times but my phone calls have gone unanswered. I have even tried calling the person that came to fix the windshield in the first place. I most definitely would not recommend them. We had to pay out of pocket to fix the seal and we are just living with the interior being torn up the way it is. I think this company might just be a scam so please be careful if you are considering them.
