I highly recommend Auto Shipping Group. My son is in the military and I needed to ship his vehicle to another state. I felt a little uneasy at first about the entire process. Save yourself the headache! Do not book here! I booked with Richmond Auto Shipping Group to transport my vehicle 3 weeks prior to my move. I was informed that I would hear something from Richmond Auto Shipping Group (RASG) within the next week. 2 weeks past and I reached out to Nicole from RASG in which she said that they were still working on a driver and if I did not hear from her within 24 hours, she would give me call. 36 hours past and no phone call. At this point, I end up booking with another moving company (Montway Auto Transport) in which they found a driver for my vehicle within 12 hours. 4 days later I get a call from Montway Auto Transport in which they inform me that my vehicle will be arriving at my new home the following day. A couple of hours after that call, Nicole from RASG finally calls me and informs me that they could not find a driver. If I had not of looked for another transport service, my vehicle would still be stuck at my old home. The communication was poor and RASG could have at least pointed me in another direction instead of telling me Sorry, good luck. My advice to anyone looking to ship their car --> Look Elsewhere! Save yourself the headache!

When looking for a second opinion after the original carrier I was working with was poor at communicating and hadnt found transport for me after 3 weeks. Felicia called me instantly and spent more 30 minutes explaining the whole transport process with me, more time than the previous carrier! Many more confusing things happened, but Felicia was there and helpful and communicative the entire time! The transport she set up for me was also incredible, the driver was super nice and kept me up to date on the travels from DC to SF.

Very happy I went with this auto shipping company. My car was delivered right in time and in good shape. I previously hired another auto shipping company prior to using this one and they completely failed me 1 week before my car needed to be at my destination. I had to hire this company last minute and Malia was so helpful and kept us updated. I would go with this company again.

The communication could have been better. I have never shipped a car before, so I had no idea what to expect. I wanted a more scheduled experience, but what I got was a call telling me a carrier wanted to load the car in 30 minutes. I dropped everything and moved appointments to accommodate that, and then the carrier didnt come for 4 hours. I called and left text messages asking what was going on, but got no reply, so I just waited around for 4 hours. The car pickup and delivery was fine, but I expected an experience where I would be given a date and time that the car would be picked up rather than a phone call that required me to drop everything at a moments notice and then sit around and wait with no idea when the carrier would arrive.

Auto Shipping Group was recommended by a close friend. The whole transaction was pretty easy from Illinois to Southern Texas. The organizer was very friendly. The driver was also and set up the pick up time and delivery was smooth. My son received the car. And we’re pleased!

Prompt service, car was delivered from Massachusetts to Kentucky in 2 1/2 days. Jimmy the driver was polite and informative. A tad pricey, would highly recommend. Leeann who found the driver on the dispatch board was also efficient and professional.

Hassle free, as described service once again from Lance and Auto shipping group. Took only 4 days of transit time for my car to make it coast to coast. (Times will vary, however, depending on in which order the driver picks up/drops off the 8 or so vehicles he/she will carry.).

Everything went smoothly until the end when the driver tried to changed the arrival date and time three tines in 24hours. Overall good though. No problems with my car.

Loved working with them. Very responsive and deeply service oriented. Located a company that would take credit cards for shipping our vehicles. Our cars even delivered two days early!

Started off great, the representative was awesome. Then the first transporter came in to the picture. He couldnt drive a manual and therefore burned my clutch to nothing and damaged my gear box. But they cant be held responsible for that as it says in fine print at the bottom of the agreement you sign. Well I receive my vehicle at its destination and do a walk around inspection and everything looks good minus the 1000 miles of grime on it. Not a big deal so I sign off on my form saying its been delivered the way I have it to them. A couple of hours later I come back out to my driveway to take it to a car wash and find a large puddle of power steering fluid on my driveway, because now my power steering box is leaking and cracked, I open my door and since its a jeep it has plastic windows. I didnt notice from the outside bt they had put a massive hole into the window and ripped it off the zipper tracks and then taped it back into position so as to hide the damage long enough to get away with it. The road grime covered it up from the outside. So now I have paid over 1200 dollars for this company to destroy my vehicle and I have the privilege of paying all the repairs I have to have done which are 500 for a new steering box, 150 for a new drivers window and 2200 for a new clutch all of which I dont even know how Im going to find the funds for. Do yourself a favor make sure you always read the fine print and if you ever have to ship a vehicle find someone else that actually might be honest and trustworthy and not these inept money grubbing scumbags.

Tige took care of my son and his vehicle with 3 hrs notice. He was professional and the driver stayed in constant contact with us. His car was shipped from Texas to NC. Due to Tiges efficiency my son did not have to change his flight. He originally had services with another car transport that did not show. Thanks again. I’m very pleased with the service provided by Auto Shippinng Group. My car was transported from Nothern California to Minneapolis and was delivered on time. The big rig driver, Ali, picked up my car and was the same person to drop it off to me. He took great care of my vehicle and was very punctual. I cannot vouch for all routes, but I’d recommend this service to anyone who needed to transport their car from Northern California to Minneapolis.
