I was completely satisfied and impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff at Performance Collision. Shaun did an amazing job of coordinating all repair activities for my vehicle and ensured that all repairs were performed accurately and promptly. Both Shaun and Amy did an excellent job of proactively communicating with me and keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. All in all, I am glad I made the decision to trust the Performance Collision team with this repair.

I had to have my passenger side door replaced. They were friendly and very professional. The new door looks amazing! You can’t even tell there’s been work done! The paint matching is perfection! I highly recommend their services and will be telling everyone I know about my experience! I can’t say enough good things!!!

Aside from having to call back several times to see if the part was in, they were as professional as can be and I love the online estimator tool!

Staff was very personable when I arrived with my Outback for repairs from someone side swiping me at Walmart. I saw a sign in the window that indicated that they were certified with Subaru for repairs. I trusted that they would do a great job. They called a day earlier than I expected to tell me that my car was ready. It was beautiful from bumper to bumper! They had cleaned the interior as well! I was so pleased! I felt like I drove a new car off of their lot! Thank you, Performance!

This place does amazing work!! Body work and painting was completed after someone damage the left side of our car door! Shawn took good care of the car and it looked great! Tori (hopefully i spelled it correctly) was also amazing when we picked up the car and explained the work that was done! Highly recommended.

Shaun helped me with my my car after a right side impact. The repair was punctual and he makes time for customers to ask questions and clarify your repair. I recommend this shop and it’s right across the street from Enterprise. Enterprise even drives you across the street from the shop to get your rental. Shaun double checked to make sure my gas in the rental was refilled so I didn’t get charged an extra fee. There’s a gas station connected to the road to the shop incase you need a refill. If you see anything they possibly missed to clean up (a grease smudge) they’ll take care of that on the spot. Great shop and location!

Performance Collision Centers - Richmond performed a awesome repair on my 2017 VW Golf after my daughter was rear ended in a traffic accident. They provided excellent repair work and the vehicle looks like it was never damaged. I inspected the vehicle upon completion and it looks as good as it did the day I bought it new.

Performance did an amazing job repairing my car after someone hit the side of my car. They were great at communicating with me, answering any questions, and the work was done beautifully and even ahead of schedule! Definitely recommend.

My daughter was in an accident and they repaired the damages. They were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They were in contact with us the entire time and were very accommodating when it came to us picking up the car. They even offered to have us leave our rental there, and they would take care of having it returned to the rental company. I would absolutely use this shop again and would recommend to everyone!

The communication with Performance was amazing. They kept me in the loop via text message of my vehicles status. Everything was done on time and my car was lean and looked brand-new when I picked it up.

Everything was top quality! They worked on my new car that was only 4 months old when a deer ran into it, and they made it look like new. Shawn is very detail oriented, and he isnt happy until everything looks perfect and the customer is satisfied. Id definitely go back again.

A collision in a grocery parking lot and a call to USAA led me to Performance Collision. The team there is friendly, helpful, responsive and I would work with them again. I would also recommend them to a friend. The only reason I did not mark good value is that I had the benefit of being the driver that was hit, so USAA dealt with all the other drivers insurance company who covered all the costs. I do get the sense that Collision would walk you through the pricing in a professional manner.

We brought our car here because the insurance company told us to. Horrible work they did. Turns out the bumper and trunk lid they were supposed to fixed well they fixed it alright, the lining inside and out is so messed up, very shotty work. Also sounds like theres a golf ball in the lid of the trunk. Paneling wasnt even pinned up correctly, still isnt. The guard under the car isnt pinned correctly back either. Just ridiculous especially with how much they charged the insurance company. Wish no one had plowed into it. Then I wouldnt of had to write this review.

They kept me informed on the status of work and completion on my vehicle. There was a setback but I was just pleased that they were dedicated to correcting the issue before giving my vehicle back. I would recommend them for any auto body services you need. The staff are all polite and helpful

I was in a minor car accident and Performance Collision Centers was recommended by USAA. The employees were friendly and they got my car fixed in a week. The Enterprise across the street dropped off my rental car at Performance Collision Centers so that was a painless experience as well. The only downside is that the employees do not wear masks and were in the middle of a pandemic.

I had an incredible experience at this shop. Because I was paying for repairs out of pocket, they quoted me insurance rates, were able to get the part I was looking for the next day, and have my car back to me by the end of the week. Kyle was professional, courteous, understanding, and extremely fast. He texted me when I told him calling wouldnt work, went over all the charges, and even when I asked to hold off on painting some internal parts in order to save money, he did it anyway without charging me for it. Sean was also really helpful and very professional upon pickup.These guys know what theyre doing, and they do it very well. I wont go anywhere else for repairs in the future, and recommend anyone who needs work done to head here.

I got into an accident in my BMW 4-Series and I was worried it would never look the same again. I was wrong! Not only did these guys make the car look new again, but the staff is super friendly and prompt. They gave me frequent updates on the status of my car and they were very professional. Kyle and Chelle were excellent.

The service was amazing, once I walked through the door Kyle treated me like family and made sure i was taken care of . Even after all of the business he took care of some of the minor issues and made sure I was good until the drop off date ! This is no ordinary Auto Body Repair shop they will actually take care of you and your car !

UPDATED REVIEW: 2/6/2019: Thanks to Mr. Barber for reaching out to me by phone to resolve issues and concerns!This was the worst Service I have EVER received. It started out with a simple fix for my 2008 Infinite, white in color. I had a minor finder bender, and bulb replacement. I took the car in around the holidays and was told that due to the holidays, they would start on my car after the holidays. One week turned into 3 weeks of inconvenience and frustration. I had to constantly call the shop for status updates.It seems like every time that I had called it was, I am waiting for the insurance company. Well to make matters worst, $901, damage turned in thousands...yes. The staff told me, Well you got your money worth.....What?! Spots was on the car that wasnt there when I first took the car there. While leaving the shop...the car didnt make it half way to my destination.i called the shop in tears...I trusted them to do a simple job and now my car is not the same, nor any better. The car heat was not working, and lights on the dashboard that was not there before. I believe that the forgot to put the radiator back in completely. Staff stated that they had to put some clamps on...who forgets that part of working on putting a car back together, yes Who?! I am so disappointed. I will never recommend anyone. Lesson learned! Take pictures of your car before you take it to a shop that you are not familiar with. I wished that I would of read the reviews First. I really didnt want to give one Star, however I had to in order to post.

Update: Now 7 months later I have had to take it another shop to get a strut fixed they missed, when we spoke to Kyle about it we were told if I would take this review down that they would fix it! No thanks. The paint on the bumper is bubbling and flaking. Spoke to the insurance company and they put us in touch with Kyle again told him that we will not bring it back to them and he says ok get an estimate and well pay to fix it. I got the estimate and now they say theyll fix it but wont pay someone else to fix it. I cannot stress enough DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!Took my Bmw in to have the front bumper replaced, through insurance. They had it for two weeks and said it was done went back to get it and bumper was a completely different color. Four days later they call back and say its done go pick it up and the fenders at least match now but its raining so hard to tell. Next day I inspect it and they blended the fenders, there is trash in the paint and a line where the metallics flopped and the hood is still 4 shades off from the bumperand fenders. Call them and they say theyll fix it and cover a rental until its done, but the paint needs to cure so theyll call us back the following Monday. Monday comes no call, call them Tues and Wed and Thurs and keep getting voicemail, finally on Friday we get a hold of them and schedule to drop it off. Drop it off on Tuesday and Thursday they call and say its done. Get there and all they did was paint the hood, didnt sand it or even putty any rock chips. So now I have a two tone car that looks like there is trash all over the hood and was told they went above and beyond to make it right. Either they really dont care or they are color blind. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!!!!!
