Andy Balas from ProLift arrived on time and was very helpful with picking out and installing a garage door opener he thought would best fit my home. Prices were very reasonable. I recommend this company to anyone in the Richmond Hill area needing a garage door opener installed.

Outstanding experience working with ProLift. We had three different garage door companies come out and give us quotes with ProLift being the best option. They did not try and up sale us on things we did not need and Gill was able to fix our problem the same day. He was extremely knowledgable and made sure he walked us through each thing he was doing as well as showed us how we could better maintain our garage door in the future.

Purchased two CHI garage doors from Prolift. The whole process was pleasant, from help choosing doors, to pricing, and installation. There was a delay because of COVID getting the doors in, but Chris kept in touch and let us know what was going on. The installers couldnt have been more friendly. We had a spring break, not an emergency by any means. Called just for a quote. Chatted back and forth with a very pleasant Sabrina to book a time. Evan came to my house right on time (actually he was a little early which is great). He walked me through the problem, process, and solution. Evan told me upfront what the cost would be and if he found anything else (like a bad motor) we would talk before doing those repairs. Really efficient in fixing our issue. Great service and fair price. Fixed an issue we were having with the sensors, and replaced some parts that needed attention. Also made a couple of adjustments to reduce the noise when the door is moving.

ProiLift Doors of Savannah has saved me for the second time! The first time, I needed a new garage door quickly and they came through for me. The second time, Ryan Quintard came to fix my garage door which had stuck in the open position and jumped the tracks. Ryan was prompt, courteous, professional, and and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the garage door, but it worked better than it did when it was originally installed. I highly recommend this company and I will never use anyone else.

1. I spent over $300.00 to see my automatic garage door opener that works fine taken away .2. As of today, the garage door cannot be opened manually unless someone helps you to do so.3. The companys owner gave me appointment twice to come inspect the work that was done on the behalf of his company but never showed up.

Our garage door wouldn’t close with the opener or manually. Gil with Prolift came out the same day and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also made sure other features of the garage were working properly and took the time to make sure no other problems were imminent. He was friendly and helpful about everything. A+ company. Needed a repair of one of the big metal bars after incident backing out. Found larger problem where support wires were off track. These are nice guys who are all cops and fireman that do this on the side. They responded to us quickly. They had a guy out here the day after our door broke. We decided to replace the door. They helped us decide what to get, had it installed and hauled the old door away within 3 weeks.

I have had ProLift Doors of Savannah come to my house for annual maintenance and this was amazing - the door went from just having a creak or two when opening and closing to being silent. I was remodeling my home and upgrading everything to smart devices and spoke with Chris and his team and said lets install a top of the line wifi controlled motor with LED lights. Just wow. I can control my door from my phone (helped a friend when he needed to borrow my lawn mower on a day off and I was at work). Opened the door and closed the door for him while I was in my office.Work was done quicker than estimated and professionally cleaned up like they were never there.I have recommended Chris and ProLift many times and will always continue to do so.
