I love this place, and these people. I went to them a while back stressed beyond belief over planning my mom’s party, and let me tell y’all, compared to the other places I contacted, Aladdin was a breeze!!! Wendy and Derek were incredibly kind and personable. Wendy got down to business and made sure everything was in order over the phone, and Derek was quick and on time with the delivery. Plus, he cracked me up! Very enjoyable and pleasant people. This last event, I knew exactly who to go to! And once again, they did not fail me. Thanks so much you guys :)

This company is very prejudice do not rent from them at all. The owner and receptionist love to price gouge. They lied about the price 3 times. I would not recommend this prejudice company to anyone.

We used Aladdin for a backyard rehearsal dinner. Their customer service was excellent and their tables, chairs and linens were perfect! They delivered exactly when they said they would and picked everything up promptly the next morning. I highly recommend them!!!

Due to COVID-19, I had to change my wedding plans. We ended up doing a small backyard ceremony. We rented a tent, tables, chairs, linens and a pipe and drape kit. We changed the order many times and added things to it. Wendy was so nice and extremely helpful. Never sounded annoyed by changes or getting linen samples to verify the right color choice. I will absolutely use them again.

I rented chairs for an outdoor baby shower and also had them delivered. It was the best $60.00 I have spent. You think you have time to go pick them up and return them and we probably could have but the convenience of them delivering and picking up was priceless. I had several inquiries before booking and they always responded very quickly. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Wow! I got a little in over my head when I decided to plan my moms 50th all by myself. Apparently event planning is more stressful than I imagined haha. Anyways, it was really frustrating having to talk with our caterers and the bakery we ordered the cake from as they werent very helpful. Aladdin was a huge relief in terms of service and quality. I kept my order pretty simple, just chairs and tables, but they truly went above and beyond. They were right on time and ready to go. They were also very patient with me and all my questions, understanding that I had no idea how to do any of this. Wendy and Derek, thank yall so much for all your help. I wanted an intimate, elegant wedding for my one and only granddaughter. My friend suggested I contact Aladdin Rentals who she said could handle everything. She was right! I had two tents - one for the ceremony with chairs and a dancing floor. The other for the food and bar with high top tables. They covered all my tables with black floor length linens. Each chair was draped with coral sashes. Coordinating coral napkins with dishes and silverware set perfectly. About the only thing I had to do was help my granddaughter select her wedding gown!

Aladdin is always on time! Had a few issues in getting demographic info correct but called day before to confirm and corrected it with no problem. We have used Aladdin for several years for our backyard parties for table and chairs. Never been disappointed!

I had a terrible experience with the margarita machine rental....ordered a double machine they were the 3 hours before my party..machine never froze..they came back at the start of the party with 2 double machines with only one side working on each...only one of those froze completely...we had to pour the other margarita in the one machine....so we had to wait another 2 hours before we could have a margarita...the owners didnt try to make it right...didnt offer part of my money back or anything...not that I wanted that but it would have been nice to at least suggest it....I would not recommend this company to anyone

I contacted this company for a helium tank which they delivered & picked up from my home! The representatives Wendy & Derrick were extremely helpful, we even decided to rent garden chairs & a large ice cooler from the company. The price is really fair & the customer service is amazing! I recommend this company for any of your event needs!

The jumpy house was perfect but we rented the cotton candy machine and we couldn’t work it properly.I let them know before they came that we wouldn’t know how to use it. They gave us a short intro but it never worked well.When they came to pick it up they took the machine and even the things we purchased (not rented) that went with it.They are not refunding us for the items we purchased because they were “cleaning up”.The products were unopened and unused.The items were stored in our garage and they took them. No refund.
