Looks like nothing has changed since my last visit. Pumps not working with credit card at 3am. Cashier just sitting there gawking. I work in Edina live in Brooklyn Park. I now know Ive got to keep a full tank from Brooklyn Park.

Two different pumps didnt work - could insert my card, but nothing happened. Nearly stranded me.

These gas pumps are so frustrating. They do not stay on. Even if you hold it there by hand, because you are forced to do that at least, they shut off constantly. I never fill my tank here because it is so frustrating. I just fill enough to get where I’m going. Also, no changing station in the bathroom. Really disappointing when you have a baby who needs a diaper change and it is urgent. How much does that cost to add to your bathroom? Not much.

HORRIBLE customer service. The guy working told me next time dont forget your mask he was very rude. I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of 5 other customers who were NOT social distancing. I have a medical condition that makes wearing a mask unsafe for me.I called to talk to the manager and I guess he is the manager.I believe his name is Andrew.I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak to a different manager.

Gas pumps are shut off at night even for Debit and credit cards, theres a minnoco gas station and a BP 1 minute away just past the DQ on 66th and Penn that you can get gas at anytime.

They’re always friendly. I would always stop in n grab a few bottles of vanilla coffee and gas. When I walked up to the fridge after not being by in over a month I didn’t see my coffee.... I walked down a few more doors peeking to see if I wanted anything else before leaving and noticed they had ordered a ton of the coffee brand in the flavor I like. Great manager. Thank you that made my night.

Closed way ahead of advertised hours useless terrible gross

Ive noticed they close by 10 PM. Tonight they decided to close 9.54. What kind of time is that? I made visual contact through the door and they made it perfectly clear they were closed and wouldnt let me in. Reliable hours is key for this type of store. I downgraded by one star on 2/11/2021 because the cashier wore a neck gaiter that didnt cover the nose. Another customer wore no face covering. Total disregard for customer safety.

Hours of operation are whatever they feel like, so be ready to walk in and be told to leave cause theyre closed.Yes they have a money order machine, but 99% of the time no one there knows how to work it.

I visited this location today and was annoyed to see that customers were not wearing masks and the employee in the store said nothing. When I inquired she wasnt very kind as to my inquiry and told me she didnt have to ask customers to follow the mandate. I contacted your customer service corporate office and was told that employees are expected to follow the state mandate and actually are given what they can say. Do better. I dont care if you dont like or want to wear a mask... just do it and enforce it.

Getting real tired of the chip readers not working on the pumps. Tried 2 different cards tonight then ran out of time before work. This is the 4th time this has happened. I don’t know why I try other than the convenience of location for me.

No tp in the bathroom......this doesnt go from full to empty in just a few minutes..... This is gradual over many many hours of them not checking the bathrooms.

The older lady that works in the morning is very rude and has yelled at me for various things. So this morning the bags were stuck together and hollered at me to only take one bag from the top of the pile. Does not have any quality customer service skills. Terrible. They have lost me as a customer.

I’ve been here numerous times and it’s one of the dirtiest Speedways around. The floor is always wet and sticky. The cashiers are unprofessional, chatting it up while the place needs a good cleaning. I feel like I need to wash my hands when I leave the place. Maybe cleanliness takes a backseat because there never seems to be anyone other than one person around.

Worst gas station on the planet, have been working a job for about 6 months in the area and more than 5 times their pumps dont work and there is someone literally standing at a register and can see that they arent working with no signs on the pumps and they do nothing. My favorite thing about this place is if you grab a product that they cant scan they just say they cant sell it makes a lot of sense( usually only there in the morning) really thought it couldnt get worse

I went to turn into the store and couldnt actually enter the lot because of the giant Speedway gas truck sitting there. I tried to tell myself he has a job to do whilst I parked across the street and unloaded my kids. Then we came around to the doors and he was standing there chatting to a young lady next to his truck. He let out a curse word as we passed and apologized but I was already too annoyed with how he was parked to acknowledge him. The man behind the counter was super friendly however.

An elder lady kept insisting on giving me rewards card even though I kept saying I don’t want one. I got myself a drink and my friend but I got her the wrong one and came back in to try and exchange it for a new one and she didn’t say anything but shake her head no when it was 1 drink. Super bad customer service, very disappointed.

This location is a disappointment. First time I came here all of the pop was flat and watered down, and the cashier was FaceTiming while I was paying. He didn’t even acknowledge that I was a customer. Second time, I walk up to the door to go in, and there’s a sign saying “be back in 5 minutes” I waited for 5 minutes, nobody came. Several people were waiting there as well. I went to a different gas station and another store, passed by this Speedway and STILL people were waiting outside. At this point it has been over 25 minutes. Also, they need to learn how to clean up this place and use respect.

I love the fried chicken they have and the layout of the store. Employees seem grumpy but good food and was quick to get something.

The racks in the cooler have mold. 🤢 Sometimes the staff are too busy talking to each other to give a proper greeting or simple thank you.

The cashier juju was so disrespectful im never coming back
