I had to burn time so I roamed the store. I only impulse purchased one item surprisingly enough. The store was clean and easy to wander through. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. Cashier was cheerful and quick, they had most of their registers open which did surprise me a bit. Their prices are competitive.

Pretty much my home. I always go to this target. Drive up and pickup are so quick and convenient. Things here move very quickly even when busy team members work to keep things moving. It is very easy to get to. I enjoy their produce, it is typically pretty good. One of my favorite things here is the chicken tenders and potato wedges from the deli. They are like a hidden gem. They are always so good and kept warm and taste so delicious every time. They are always available 4-7 but can also be found before or after that time if you are lucky. Great card selection. There is a Starbucks inside as well as a snack bar. They also have soda stream exchange here. There is a baby registry by guest services. Team members here are very helpful. They are also hiring right now $15/hour go online or talk to a team member to apply.

Ive shopped at Target stores for over 40 years. They are always well-maintained and clean. The people that work there are friendly and helpful.

Cleanness of the store, nice environment. Sometimes doing your grocery shopping can be stressful but it is a great experience at this target.

Theres always deals and good quality

Convenient super target for Richfield in south Minneapolis residence. Also convenient that there is a Home Depot located right next-door. There’s also Starbucks inside the target and the Pizza Hut just closed. They just finished renovations and it looks nice on the inside. Some stuff has moved around from previous dates so you might spend a little longer looking for your item.

The cashier Angel was a sweet, helpful, interested and complimentary worker. He even bagged my items really well. Good job, Sir!

This store is consistently out of stock of many products--and its not just the pandemic effect on production, etc. It has been like this well before Covid-19 hit. If you want to get everything on your list, you may want to go to a different Target. Seriously, ever time I go there, there is always something out of stock--sometimes things as basic as coffee or milk. Sorry Richfield Target, its sad but true. Dorothy who wipes down the carts at the entrance doors is awesome though. Make sure you say hello if you do go in.

The gentlemen that helped us load the pool, also rung up our stuff and then helped get it in our car. He was awesome and so polite.

Shelves are will stocked, the store is clean and organized. Staff is helpful and checkout is usually pretty quick, even in busy days.

Target is a good place for shopping when it comes to be neat and offering many options. Cost is a bit higher from some other grocery stores, but i guess that’s because the structure of the store? I just don’t recommend CVS pharmacy because the medications a way HIGHER the other pharmacies. I would suggest Costco (you don’t need to be a member to get your medicine there!). Just to give you an idea: I paid $47 for a medication at CVS when Costco charged me $6!

This place can have the highest quality regardless. They had rude employees that are not supportive. Especially the lady who worked at the returned items.She said to me that I should not have an attitude. When the irony part was she was having the attitude.The felica type of attitude if you know what I mean.I just simply returned an items months ago and now Im learning to make reviews on Google which actually is pretty nice. Wish I done it sooner.I couldve rated this a number one if I wanted to.But two is fair enough.

This target is clean and generally well-stocked. Its conveniently located, has plenty of parking, and includes a Starbucks in case you need it. There are evenings during the week when they may be low on produce, but its rare and theyre always working to restock during those times. Generally a great Target with nothing Ive seen to push me elsewhere.

Theres always, always, always something out of stock. Please hire smarter team leads who knows how to order and maintain inventory. I used to work at Target midway for years and they were never out of products/items. Dont worry, Ill send my complaint to Corporate too.

As Targets go, this one is a mixed bag.Order pickup has given me completely incorrect items (with a $20 price difference). The stock on the app is often completely different from what you find in the aisle. Strangely enough, items that are out of stock in the aisle but in stock on the app can be picked up.I don’t go to this Target except for quick errands. If I want to browse around, the Edina Target is much better quality where it counts.

Updated review.Theyve gotten better about not clogging up their aisles with obstacles. The effort is appreciated. Im also thankful for all the effort theyre putting in to keep carts clean. I have to go to another Target to get everything that isnt kept well stocked at this location, so I cant give 5 stars.

When there’s more people stocking shelves overnight-that’s when you know this place sells a lot

The kids (for they were mostly young and spritely) were buzzing around, constantly busy in this now common form of shopping. I waited just a few minutes for someone to be free to ask for my order info. When he found it was not where it was supposed to be in the back he went out onto the shop floor to pick a replacement up for me. It was all very straightforward, no drama, and kind of fun to watch them all work. A professional, personable and prompt crew.

I bought some chicken breasts the other day. When I went to cut open the package I noticed the sell by date was over a month ago. Well, I made the executive decision to eat them anyway and I am alive. On another occasion I bought a pie crust and used it the same day turned out to be freezer burnt.

Very easy pickup. Only had to wait a few minutes even though it was busy.

Quick pickup although the instructions referred to a bar code that wasnt in my pickup email. However, the sales person who greeted me allayed my concern about no bar code. My pickup was swift and sweet.

Dedicated person cleaning carts, and checouts, had everything I needed and I was able to get in and out quickly.

Quality, value, enticing shopping spaces. Great customer service after i realized after checkout that one item marked $5 rand up for $25! Returns/Exchanges staff was great addressing the issue - and correcting the issue for future customers.

My favorite place, order ready in two hours and never have to wait long.

This is a great store with a lot to offer. I always find what I need. It is close to work, so I can run into the store on my lunch hour, shop, even grab lunch or a coffee and still make it back to work on time.

I was supposed to get a bike that was ready for pickup, but they told me that it wasnt ready at all and that it would take another day. Then I thought about it and noticed that a bike takes at east 30 min to prepare. So I asked if he could please make it since weve waited a day already. He says he can get it ready, but he gets it done suspiciously fast. On my first day riding it I found that the brake pads werent adjusted right, the front wheel wasnt attached right, and the gears were making lots of noise. I dont know whether he did this on purpose as to rush, but I wouldnt even give this place a 1, but I had to if i wanted to write a review.

I visited the store a couple days ago. We are at the middle of a global pandemic, there is a state mandate requiring people to wear a mask at all times indoor, yet some customers walk around the store without their masks on, putting all of targets employees and other customers at risk. The target employees do not interfere and do not call the police to escort the violators out of the store.I understand it is not easy to confront people but the mask is mandated by the state, and most of all recommended by the CDC and health experts around the world to save lives. It is high time that corporations stopped interpreting which laws / rules they want to follow and started falling in line with the government.The thing is, corporations like Target and many others, think they can squeeze more revenue / profit by not escorting out law violators but they should think about the image it gives the company, the image of a company that only cares about revenue with little regard for human life and of a company that does not care about its country, government or laws. Not to mention for every violator that you allow to stay and shop, you will lose another customer like me who does not want to risk their lives shopping in an unsafe environment.

It was fast and easy and organized! The people were very nice ! have never used that service before but I would use it again!

Had a mix up on a order - only ordered one item and upon pick was given 2took a while but team member Johnny from Target Center Richfield MN held our hand and after approx 30 min resolved the situation - Excellent Team service to all involved - we will continue to use Target - re in this instance this employee as well as other associates solved a problem -thanks for your training and there patience and empathy they exhibited to resolve a problem

I happily shopped here for a very long time (mostly groceries). In the last couple of months, I suddenly I have run into problems on almost every trip with items I need that are not on the shelf. Team members tell me that they aren’t in the back room either. This happens weekly now. Today, I tried to call to talk to a supervisor about it. After wasting a long time on hold, or listening to long irrelevant introductory messages in other languages, I was unable to find a supervisor to talk to. There was no answer at the customer service desk for about 10 minutes.

Very large Super Target. Starbucks is located inside along with a large Deli that has grab & go food items. Check out the Google Maps view down on this Target location and see what the airplanes flying overhead see. This location can get extremely busy and doesnt have very much organic produce.

One of my favorite Targets in the Twin Cities areas! If youre coming from Minneapolis, its a great stop on the way to Mall of America. Its a larger Target and very well organized. Even during the busy weekend rush, this Target seems pretty well managed, especially the clothing section. Also, they recently re-did their Cosmetic section which offers more K-beauty and even some higher end skin care. 5 stars!

Helen was awesome! I accidentally went in her check out lane today not realizing that she was closing up. When I realized that she was closing i started walking away and she urged me to come back and ring me up. It was nice of her to stay after she could have just left. She is very kind!

This place is awesome. The prices are the same as Walmart but youll more elegant shopping experience in any Target than at Walmart. The layouts are superb, everything is easy to find. Even the crowd is more higher class vs the more ghetto class at Walmart. Ill continue to shop here since my redcard always give me 5% off.

I have been ordering on Targets app and picking up my items using curbside pickup. The employees are always very kind and helpful when delivering my items to our vehicle.

Three words: Worst Target Ever. I waited for TWO HOURS at the Richfield Target for them to assemble a bike that was SUPPOSEDLY ready for pick up. They didn’t even have the bike unassembled for pick up. In fact, they didn’t have the bike at all!The worst of it all is that I have an autoimmune disease that seriously compromises my immune system, and there I am, waiting for a bike for two hours. I tried explaining my issues to them, and they just kept up with their social hour...Like I was impeding on THEIR time. Some didn’t even wear masks. I was ready to cry. No one who is in my predicament should be made to wait this long for something that was READY. Never ever go to this Target

Shopped online. It was a really easy process. I just started using this service for the holidays and its nice to have when I have a lot going on, but can just order online and pick up. Saves time and apparently money (with my redcard and target circle)!

Target always has everything I need and more. I enjoy going to the store -- its a bit of a treat for me to do so since I have a busy family, career, etc. Its a fun escape from the rest of my responsibilities to go to Target. I have to say, though, Im giving four stars instead of a 5 because I dont like the new remodel. The store is not organized intuitively and it seems there is less merchandise in the remodeled stores.

I’m a big target fan. I go around 4x a week! I recently moved to this area and this is one of the worst targets I’ve ever been to. The customer service staff doesn’t greet you. They put product before customers. The last time I was here I was the only one in the returns line and three employees were working this department and all three continued to restock candy and bags for almost 5 minutes before acknowledging me. Other customers got in line behind me asking if I was in line and if cs was even open. Poor customer service.

This isnt so much a review of this Target, which is adequate, but a review of a check out clerk named Marie P.I usually wait for what feels like the length of a novel for most cashiers to check me out. But I went in recently, in a hurry, and she was awesome. Knew every code by heart and bagged as quickly as I could get the stuff on the conveyor belt. As a person who respects people who are great at their job, thank you Marie P.So if you find yourself at this location, seek out the young lady with the purple hair moving like Dak Shepard in Employee of the Month. 😀

This is the best service EVER. So fast and so quick. As a full time working mom of three I dont know what took me so long to use this. I dont think Ill ever go back to lugging my kids into the store with me....and save my me target trips to roam every isle kid free.

Super Target, Super Stock Of Items, Love it!

Prices are not displayed in bread isle, ice cream isle, toilet paper Isle. and at check out very confusing for correct pricing expected and employees standing at check out for no reason. They always have an apology and a practiced statement I cant help maybe the customer service counter.

If I could give zero stars I would. Third time in-store online stock from phone app dose not match what is really in stock on the shelf. Asked an employee to check and her handheld said zero in stock. Then I talked with a manger, he said this is known issue. I dont understand why corporate cant fix this problem. Target yet again was a wast of my time and this is why Amazon is winning.

The store is always clean and relatively well stocked. Sometimes if you hit the store at the wrong time you might find some empty shelves but nothing too bad. The employees are all very nice and willing to help.

Its a super Target so you can get groceries here too. Its usually pretty clean though they could stock their shelves better. Decent prices and efficient staff.

Outstanding customer service this morning at the Richfield, MN Target. Keith and Joseph helped me get a bike for my daughter. Very, very helpful and friendly. Joseph took the time to thoroughly check the brakes, gears, etc on the bike before I took it home. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

The place is classy feeling! The employees always smile and interact with my young kids as we shop. The folks at the pharmacy know my name, which might say more about me than them. The place is always clean and welcoming.

The first and only (at present) Target in the nation with these aesthetics and layout. Next to World HQ so employees are typically well versed and more apt to help. Can become very busy during lunch time at it lies in the middle of Minneapoliss Central Business District.

This store is being redesigned and should be closed until everything is in its new location. It was a waste of my time to walk all over the store to try to find what I need and still not be able to find anything because they were moving whole departments during store hours. UPDATE - The renovations to this location are done and the new layout is sophisticated and not like any Target I have ever been in. I will now shop there with pleasure!

The employee who was my cashier was incredible. He was super kind, easy conversation, and was very understanding with my large cart full and my 20 some gift cards.

The worst customer service ever !!! I bought a controller with insurance with the electronic team they stated that I could bring the controller to target and get a new one I brought the receipt, the service center was the worst I spoke with a young lady that also stated that I could change my controller with them and get a new one. I waited on line patiently so another lady could tell me they the hole department gave me the wrong information and stated I have to do it online I been coming here for so long happy now the worst target that I have been to.

Store has nothing stocked on shelves. They’re trying to push their own products so much there is no longer a variety. Went for lasagna ingredients tonight and only market pantry and one other brand available and to top it off, not even one box of lasagna noodles on shelf. Used to love this store, but looks like we will be shopping elsewhere soon if they can not get their ducks in a row.

I will gladly pay a few more cents to shop in a place that makes me feel happier than being in a big ugly Walmart store.Also the employees make my day! They seem like they want to be there! Due to the country’s climate, this cannot be easy for the staff but they were very nice and in high spirits and for that I’m beyond thankful.

Time saver for me and great customer service

This Target is always busy, no matter the time of day. So much so that they dont have things that I am looking for sometimes. Use to get my prescriptions here at the CVS and didnt have any issues. Exactly what you would expect at any other Target

The store was very poorly stocked. Nearly everything I came for was unavailable or I got the last one. This store should be so much better than it is. Too often someone puts whatever they have on hand in an empty shelf space and then the correct product never gets restocked. They once went weeks without any lemonade because they had multiple rows of Limeade filling up all the empty spaces for all the other varieties of juice. And its particularly frustrating when you take what you think are $1.99 hot dog buns up to the checkout to discover they are ones that cost twice as much - and this is not customers putting a single item in the wrong place, this is the employees putting a whole case of product in the wrong spot to fill a hole.

U know it was rlly nice being able to go in there and take some free loot until the whole thing became riddled with ratchet ppl trying to get their hand on legos. Tbh it was good, but it would be better if they restocked so we could continue making guala.

I have shopped at Target for many years, and will continue to do so, but lately a couple of things have caused me to be disappointed in their service.

Easy to do a simple grocery run at. Always has a decent selection of anything I might need whether it comes to grocery or house supplies.

The staff seem extremely dedicated and it is a much safer method of shopping.

The Richfield Target is CONSTANTLY out of basic groceries. Its ridiculous and Im going to start shopping for groceries elsewhere. I understand from the store team leaders that they dont get to do the grocery ordering. Someone else that does not work out of the store does the ordering or its all formulaic - that makes no sense and is a poor way to run a business.

This store has managers (those overseeing the cashiers) who would rather escalate the problem than provide basic common courtesy to resolve the issues which they themselves created. This experience totally ruined my evening, and it was just exhausting. It should and could have been avoided. My bill was rang up for over $600 and it seemed outrageous, but it was too hard to tell on the screen what I was being charged for, so I wanted to just save the time of those in line by voiding it all and going to the end of the line to start fresh. In the middle of voiding the transaction, the cashiers manager came up and tried to pull him away from the register - but hes the only one who knew where my coupons and gift cards were, so everyone wastes time looking for them, and Im sitting there visibly worried because my gift card had $150 on it. The cashiers manager then made a huge scene, treating me rudely in the process, and worsening an already embarrassing and frustrating situation. For whatever reason they even called up asset protection, basically a plain clothed security officer. It was completely unnecessary and mortifying. I never have these experiences at other target stores. I urge you all to go shop at another location, of the many options in a five minute radius of this one. I got $5 off for dealing with over an hour of utter bullshit. Cool life.

I love this store. The staff and managers are always nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I know this place like the back of my hand and have also been able to help a few lost shoppers find their way.i always comes here and will continue to come here until Im old and grey!

I am so fed up with Target. I went in on a Wednesday night shopping. I barely ever go to Target. I stopped in just kinda browsing were things are because I didnt know the store, however there was a secret store shopper following me all around as if I was stealing. I mean flatly straight up obvious if I would have stopped in my tracks he would have bumped into me. I feel that I am racially profiled. I have never stolen in my life. I work everyday. I shouldnt feel uncomfortable to spend my hard earned money to be followed and humiliated. This Target in Richfield is racist. Stop judging on color or minority. It makes me sick
