Read reviews and wanted to give a small business close to me my business. Spoke to Kyle and he had his brother Ben pick up my Can Am. They diagnosed the problem. Got everything done and back to me in a week. Even cleaned my machine. We had a minor miscommunication on pick up date but after that all was spot on. I needed a tire before sturgis. Called in the morning and had the old tire removed, disposed of and the new tire installed by the afternoon. Rides like a dream! Work and custoner service are A++

Four Seasons is a great place to buy and/or service your power sports. Every time I’ve gotten service done Kyle and Danny have been very professional and straight forward with everything. The mechanics there are also super informative! Would recommend hands down!

This place is great!Ive been taking all my powersports to Four Seasons for service for a couple of years now and they always do an amazing job. They are super helpful and will honestly tell you what needs to be done without high pressure upsells.

UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE INVENTORY!!! After calling and them telling me sure, come in and take a look! I got online and they had nothing they had online. My husband and I bought our kids a used mini quad. Everything was in great condition! Weve had it for a year now and still runs perfect. They have great customer service and always there to help answer any questions. Would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used outdoor sporting goods!

All we needed was a battery for our ATV. Thought we would give a local business a shot. My husband called last week and we were told no problem, they were ordering it, would be in Friday. Great! We would take it up north with us Saturday. Friday comes, I call, the shipment comes at 10:30, they will call me when it’s in. Still no problem. I call at 11:00 because I did t get a call and was told the shipment came but the battery wasn’t there. They were going to look into it and call me back. At 2:00 I called back because I didn’t get a call, and left a message. I called back again because no communication and was told again they would look into it. My husband called 3 more times and never got anyone on the phone. Saturday morning he called again and got the same run around about not knowing what happened and we would get a call back which we never did. No communication at all. If it didn’t get ordered just own up to it. What a waste of time. We bought one in Marion, WI same day, spent more but got great service. Too bad since we are in the market for another one and I like to shop local. Won’t go back.UPDATE: yesterday Kyle called and acknowledge the review, apologized that they didn’t get back to us, explained that they had a distributor problem and offered to let us have the battery. I appreciate that. My husband was heading up there at some point in time today to talk to them. Changed the rating.

Kyle helped me understand what plow setup I needed for my UTV as we messaged through Facebook. We had a minor communication issue when I went to pickup and I left empty handed, however, Kyle contacted me and made it right by offering a discount and delivering to offset my time. Guy was very very helpful as soon as I walked in said hi how’s it going didn’t have one that they didn’t think there was one in stock looked it up and found one had me within three days I would highly highly highly recommend going there and getting any equipment you need helmet gloves call suit anything!!

Brought my sled here for a no start issue last winter. Had it fixed and ready to go by the weekend in time for a trip. Fair price and quick turnaround.

Here’s my experience.I bought a UTV with my dad back in Feb ($6400). Paid to have it delivered. Once we got it we noticed a couple things. It didn’t have power steering like we were told it did. It was taken out. Also the differentials, 4x4, and speedometer didn’t work. Called him, he said they would fix it. We had to drop it back off. Inconvenient considering we paid $200 for delivery and live over an hour away. When we got the call that it was fixed we went and picked it back up. Got it home, differentials, 4x4, and speedometer still broke. Called again. Dropped it off again... this time after months of going back and forth with Kyle. We declared we don’t want the UTV back and just want the money back from the sale. He insisted on giving us credit towards a different UTV purchase there. Which was difficult because he doesn’t have much for inventory there. We gave him the chance to find something. Nothing was found. He then insisted that he would resell the UTV for us. Ya sure whatever. He tried, he failed. Over the span of five months he ghosted many phone calls while he had both the UTV and our money. Finally we scheduled a meeting with him last week. We show up to his store at 3pm. The time we agreed on. No Kyle in sight. After talking to an employee there for almost half an hour they finally call him. Turns out he was in Milwaukee and won’t be back for at least an hour. My dad lost it. We load up the UTV and leave. Got it home. All the same things were STILL broke. I’m pretty certain he doesn’t have the funds to buy it back or even fix it. I wish I read the multiple Google reviews just like my experience before I bought it. I wouldn’t have bought anything there. I’m hoping you take my situation serious and stay away from this place. My experience doesn’t end at this review. I will continue to share this so others don’t get screwed like we did.

This story begins with buying a used sled from 4 Seasons. It lasted 250 in the U.P. before the engine blew. I understand its used. I paid them to rebuild the motor. Over the summer I notice it was leaking coolant. I take it back in to them in the fall and they say they fixed it and it doesnt leak anymore. In December I trailer the sled to Ragle River and get less than a mile before it over heats. Investigation shows theres no coolant. I put coolant in and it still leaks. They said they filled it in the fall but when I got it home in the fall it didnt leak anything from then until my trip up north. Pretty evident that they did not refill and it stopped leaking because there was nothing left to leak out. Take it back to them. Im told three different times Ill be looking at in the morning drove by couple times only to see my sled sit outside for the two weeks it was there. Finally told it was fixed and ready. First ride made it 5 miles before engine light was on again. Was told that the computer had been reset to break in the new engine parts. Dont know for sure if that happened but one would assume that you would either clear the old codes and or inform the customer of a current code. But that didnt happen. Eventually went to another dealer and had the codes read which showed the original over heat from when the engine blew and a current valve code. While at the other dealer I had them take a look at it as a possible trade in. They brought me in the back to show me how the tunnel was bent and the front bulkhead was twisted. There is no way the 250 miles of groomed trails I did had anything to do with that amount of damage. Again, I realize it was a used sled and buyer beware. If I bought this from a private party I would take more blame but when you go to a dealer you pay a premium and you expect to not get a machine that is literally junked. The cost of the repair is more than the sled is worth.There are plenty of other dealers around, use one of them.

Not a good company. Lies after lies got caught between the owner kyle p and his employee danny. When it came down to asking for the money back from my motorcycle purchase it was excuse after excuse including wife is building a salon rn so I cant afford to buy back the lemon auction bike I sold you seemed very unknowledgable about fixing a basic oil leak. I DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Stoped in to get a price on a plow and nobody was in sight... walked around back to see if they were outside still nobody. Went back inside and another customer was their we both waited a lil longer to see if somebody would show up still nobody...as i walked to my truck i believe the chick that usually is behind the counter was getting her nails done next door...wonder how much money they lost that day?

Why did I wait so long to pull the trigger on becoming debt free, excellent company and service.

Recently purchased a newer sled from Four Seasons and I couldn’t be happier very fair price and incredibly helpful customer service. Would definitely do business with them again.

Bought an ATV from Four Seasons. Initially caught Danny in multiple lies about the machine, and his attitude towards me was rude at best. I will say the the price on the atv was very fair...if it didnt have any issues.Ended up having issues with the machine. Kyle said he would make it right by covering the cost of the parts, and I would provide the labor. Almost a month later he got the parts and attempted to charge me for them. He admitted that he initially had no clue how much parts were when he said he would cover it, but once he did the research did not intend on covering the cost of them. Poor communication from them all around and when they did communicate I couldnt trust what they were telling me. Eventually they contact to rectify the situation and offered different things that unfortunately I could not use... not their fault. They did end up installing Polaris factory heated grips on not only my Polaris ATV but also my sons at no charge for parts or installation, and I will say the quality of installation was comparable to factory quality, heating elements have a lifetime warranty. To even everything out Kyle also got me a KFI Assault 3500 synthetic plug n play winch for my wheeler. Although I felt shorted at first they more than made up for it in the long run. I will be giving Four Seasons my business in the future. Very knowledgable staff too.

Went to four seasons powersports, to have my 96 yz 250 rebuild. She starts first kick ever time now, an has never let me down. I will be doing business with four seasons powersports in the future.

My experience at Four Season Power Sports was not what I would say was pleasant. Took two machines in to have service. One was in to have the valves adjusted and the other was a carb leaking. The ATV with the carb that was leaking start within a couple days after having it home. Contact Kyle and brought the unit back in. Received the ATV back and was told it starts to leak again I would need to replace the carb. Well it started the next day. Call Kyle and he said he would call back with a price for a new carb, that took me calling back a couple days later. Kyle said he would order one and let me know when carb was in (about a week). You guess it still no called let message and still no answer. There was 150.00 wasted. I guess that is what happens when you try to support the home town business.Kyle return my call and installed new carb at no cost me. The turn around time was done with in a day. At this time I would say I did got treated fairly and would do business with Four Season Motor Sports again in the future.
