Look, its a Michaels. It does what you expect, nothing more. That said, it had the yarn I needed, staff was pleasant (and masked!), the shelves were stocked, and everything was clean. A good example of the genre.

Maggie, the manager of this store, is exceptional! I brought our 10 Grandchildren in to Pumpkin Fest & her attention to our group was extraordinary! Her patience & leadership helped make this a fun experience! She effectively balanced store operations as well as a prospective new employee interview. Michaels has found a remarkable employee in Maggie!

I rate this place a number one. It was 12:02 Saturday August 7,2021. Amazon didnt sent their drivers so they sent UPS drivers instead?? And now Im being told at Michaels to show proof of ID? Which I was gonna then they didnt even ask me for it.I find that weird and I saw a bag that looked like it was mine actually it was two packages. When it was like a box type looking stuff. The other one it was a bag and I had to sign my signature to inform the drivers from UPS that I took my package.It made sense to me. So the other thing that had a bag I saw it and I was like what if its mine so I asked them and they said no. Before I headed out the door from their store I was like are you sure it wasnt mine. They were like yes then they took a look at it.And they were like wait it is yours. I was like in my head why did you say no in the first place?? Yeah its weird that Amazon had to be a little extra today.

Ive never felt more disrespected during a retail exchange...I made an online purchase for in-store pickup for several print frames. My wife arrived at the store only to find they werent honoring the online promotion. After a very uncomfortable exchange with the staff and manager, she kindly requested to return the items, so we could re-order - but they refused to accept the return! Finally, she became more forceful about her right to return what she had clearly just purchased in-store and they accepted the return.I called the store to calmly explain the circumstances and straighten out the situation. They accused me for being rude and hung up on me. Really???I am completely incredulous that a company can represent itself this way and still be in business.we will certainly make our purchases elsewhere. Please consider hiring and training staff / managers that know how to treat people with decency and respect.

Seemingly endless aisles of every kind of craft supplies you could imagine. My girlfriend can get lost in here for the whole day. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Large, well-organized location. Located in the Hub, so theres more shops to visit while youre there. Employees were very friendly. I found everything that I needed quickly, and there were some good sale going on, like always. Some stock was low, but it looked like they were setting up for inventory, so that might explain it. Worth a stop. Ill be back!

I called because I didnt have access to the internet to check inventory. The person that answered the phone insisted that she couldnt help me. I adk to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back to get a supervisor. I explained to the supervisor (Tracy ) who explained the online ordering process. I told her I understood,yet I have an inventory question, she CUT ME OFF and asked for what item I was looking for, abruptly put me on hold and came back with an answer. I am perplexed by the complexity of trying spend my money with this company. The employees were RUDE, AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.!

This location is gigantic, and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable as to the whereabouts of the items they carry. I highly recommend this location

I cant get another this place. Since I have to be at home. I have been just doing DIY stuff. Then I come into Michaels store. They always have a sale. I find something new to DIY every time I go into this store. I made these Christmas lanterns. I bought the lanterns for only$2.50. then I made a stand for them. I have seen a same kind of Christmas lanterns for about $100. I made these lanterns for $10.

Shopping at Michaels, great prices. Refreshing my crocheting skills, I find crocheting relaxing or maybe this can be a way to make money.

Under staffed and under stocked.Needed some plain white, uncut picture mat. They dont sell it even though they do custom framing. Go figure

Lots of over priced crafty stuff. If you need baskets or yarn or glitter, this is your store. Its full of fake flowers and picture frames. Clean store, helpful employees and it is rarely busy. If you have XY chromosomes, this store will probably be like kryptonite to Superman or water to The Wicked Witch of the West to you. But if you think shopping for fake feathers and little pixie statues, this store should be right up your alley. When I was there, they had a special going where if you spent $25 dollars you would get a free fidget spinner. Not exactly sure how this appeals to the target demographic, but non the less, I left disappointed. Dont get me wrong, the store is great for what it is, but if I wasnt dragged in there, I wouldnt ever step foot in it.

Multiple staff members acted annoyed with me when I simply asked where the UPS drop off since it’s located in the store. Completely unnecessary to give a customer attitude for asking one question because it was unclear where the drop off was.

Its a craft store. They sell craft supplies, and as far as I can tell, they do it as well as anyone else. But thats not why I go there most of the time.Heres the pro tip.Michaels crafts has the nicest mens restroom around. The customer ratio is like 10 to 1 female to male, but they clean both restrooms every time. Its always a delightful experience.

I thought the kids working there were quite respectful. The store was well stocked with cheaper deals in plain view. If youre not there for their deals, you can expect to pay twice as much on select items. But on the plus side of that, there are tons of things to choose from, so youll find goods within your budget..you just have to have the time to look . On the other hand, i had a friend who decided to tag along. His experience was very different. He said he was being followed throughout the store and was angry and hated being there..understandably.. I was busy and ]l hadnt noticed this...but if i had, this wouldve been different.

But as nice as other Michaels. A lot of items didnt have prices on the shelves which was frustrating

I wandered around for forever unable to find anyone to help me find something and when I finally did this woman literally just kept walking by me when I asked a question and then just pointed to an aisle across the store. I asked her to lead me and she huffed at me and took me half-way there only to point again and walk off without a word...who hurt her?

A wonderful store, I’ve been working with Michaels for over a year and love their wide selection of products and quality. Love their newly updated rewards program as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went through the whole store looking for wood letters and couldnt find them. I spotted an employee, he stopped what he was doing, and took me to the location of the wood letters!

Found what I needed, items are slightly over priced compared to other craft stores, but at least they are open on Sunday.

Havent been at this location in awhile. Had to get a picture custom framed. Thanks for working with me.

Had a pre-ordered pick up it took them 10 minutes to acknowledge that I was there after I had pushed the button to say I was there for it pick up! Very disappointed with their customer service!

Love Michaels. They always have everything you need for any craft you are making. Decent sales and always great at accepting a coupon. The selections are top notch. It would be nice if and when lines get 4-5 people deep at the register that another cashier could come up and assist.

Dam UPS dropped off my package there without my permission and when I got there to pick it up they had a hard time trying to decide where they up it and I had to waste time while they looked for it

Michael’s is a craft store chain and while this looks like a smaller store, it’s got great selection and in a convenient location. If you’re looking for paints, pens, Styrofoam, stickers, seasonal decorations, kid’s project kits, poster frames, sewing machine crafts, silk flowers – this location has it all and friendly staff to boot. This location also has a custom frame shop.

Seems to be a mismanaged mess. They never keep certain things in stock. Often their website says they have something in stock and they just don’t. Every single time I visit, they are out of gold necklaces. Most recently they were also out of big brown gift bags. Super simple stuff but they just can’t figure it out. Never returning.

I came to Michaels to get a piece of art framed. After it being hung on the wall for a day or so, I noticed the frame was hanging crooked on the wall. When I went to go straighten it I noticed that the frame was falling a part in one of the corners. I brought the frame back in for Michaels to fix which they did. Now a few months later, I looked at the frame and its falling a part again. I will not be going back to Michaels to get any art framed moving forward.

Got cheap frames! No graphite powder tho, and cashier bent one of the strathmore paper pieces I was buying, didnt notice til I got home, but oh well, small crease.

I put in my order at noon for curbside pick up. At 2:30 I went to go see if it was ready. Along with four other cars one woman was in the store running around and said they were about 30 hours behind on orders. Being that they were only open until six this was a problem and shows the disorganization inside of the store. The manager even came out and asked my name and never came back until another employee said that I wouldn’t be getting my order after 45 minutes of waiting.

I love coming here when I need supplies for some sort of arts and crafts. I dont come often any more, but they always seem to have the random thing Im looking for when I do need it.

Nice sale on Christmas trees

Staff are amazing and knowledgeable.

I went to Michaels today to make a return on some merchandise, before I made the return I called to make sure it would be okay to make a return if I didnt have the receipt, and the lady I spoke to said As long as you have the credit or debit card we can look up your transaction to make the return. When I went to Michaels the man that helped me was a tall skinny Caucasian man with dark hair and glasses and said he was a manager, and the only way I could make a return is if I was a rewards member...!!...long story short I was able to insert my card and the return was made...The district manager needs to check their employees on customer service and obviously the RETURN POLICY because I really felt discriminated against...I will continue to shop at Michaels but not at this location.

Not at Michaels - at Scrooge in tha hood next door. Community theater at its best. Sat - matinee and evening shows.

If you knit or crochet the yarn selection is very limited. As well as books or magazines with patterns, especially advanced garment instructions. There is no wool or superwash wool. Very little Woolease. No Patons Classic Wool. Small selection of needles and hooks. Very sad for a craft store to have such a small yarn area. Now at Christmas time no green, red or holiday yarn. Disappointing for us knitters who want to go to a physical location to pick out colorways.

Very unfriendly staff, if you are looking for something better not waste your time asking someone because you wont get any help anyways. Employees do not have information about products. Employees dont know what a $2 dollars grab bag is????Seems like they are just there because they have to and not because they even like their job. Probably getting a little more motivation, like better pay and bonus would help!

Great selection of materials and would recommend to find something ended for a craft or idea. Staff however is not very helpful and if you ask where something is they might say that item is by another item which is not very clear; they never bother to show you directly.

Have lots of craft stuff, just not always what the web site says they do. Friendly help.
