I reached out to Rescue Air to have them provide some preventative maintenance and inspection before the weather necessitated turning on the gas furnace in the attic as well as to do some duct cleaning. When the two technicians arrived, they immediately became concerned for the condition of the equipment upstairs. Significant portions of the equipment was out of code, the exhaust vent was crimped and not fully attached to the combustion chamber, the safety cutoff switches were not functional, etc. They recommended we replace the system, but certainly werent pushy.We got the entire interior system (everything except the compressor) replaced two days later. The installers were on-time, professional, and worked diligently and quickly. Though it took all day, they did an excellent job and meticulously cleaned up before they left.I am very happy with Rescue Airs service - both their communication regarding dispatch as well as their actual work. Highly recommend.

Mr. Roman, a serviceman from Rescue Air, just left my home after an AC repair. He was very professional, and genuinely a very nice guy. I appreciate his input on my AC system. He also gave me many options for my AC fix, and further repairs I need. And he gave these without using an aggressive salesman approach, which is something I’ve experienced with other AC companies. I have used 3 different AC companies, and so far I really like Roman and Rescue Air. I have them booked for a maintenance appointment next month.

This was the best service I’ve gotten from an AC company. Scheduling someone to come out was a breeze. I work from home by myself so I’m always a little nervous having people/contractors come in but they made it so simple. I felt safe knowing who was coming into my home. They sent me a text message with a picture of who was servicing our house! Chase was our service guy and he was incredibly patient and kind while explaining what was going on with our AC unit. As new home owners, having someone explain stuff to you is extremely important. I felt knowledgeable after he left. 10/10 would recommend.

I used R/A for the first time and am very pleased with the experience. Dean was very professional and disclosed the costs to address the issues I called in about regarding my AC unit. After taking care of my immediate need, he addressed some things I should do to make my AC unit more efficient. He was not pushy and really just shared what I should do and allowed me to decide. Rescue Air is by far THE best and most professional AC company I’ve ever dealt with. From the first point of contact to the end, they provided excellent service. When our AC went out on Saturday evening, I called them and Roman Arnold came out the next day. The dispatcher was great about letting me know when they would be coming and Roman even called to say he was on his way. When he got here, he did a thorough inspection of the unit and when he made his final analysis, he took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what needed to be done and also worked with me on finding a solution to finance the expense of replacing the unit. I feel like he went above and beyond, and he exceeded my expectations. I am BEYOND pleased with Rescue Air, and I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

We were very pleased with our interactions with everyone we dealt with at Rescue Air. From my first conversation with Rebecca, she was very friendly, helpful and able to squeeze us in with same day service. She let me know up front the time frame would have to be open but she assured me someone would be out. I received several updates as to when the technician was enroute as well as his ETA.Alan arrived at 5:00 pm. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and detail oriented. At no time did he make me feel rushed. He was able to speak in terms I would understand. He made sure all of my questions were answered. Alan went out of his way to explain the difference in equipment from the other bids that I had. He was able to recommend the best equipment for our needs. Alan was here until after 8:00 pm on a Friday night wrapping up our deal. He even made sure the new system would be installed the very next morning.The next morning (Saturday) a crew of 6 showed up and did the installation. Great job done on the install. The install team was very clean, friendly and careful while removing our old equipment and installing the new equipment. About halfway through the job, two additional men showed up to haul off all of our old equipment. Looking forward to a long relationship with Rescue Air. I will definitely refer them to others.

After a few scheduling hick-ups, the Rescue Air Tech Andrew B. was on time and was easy going to work with! Our system is new, so this visit is a check-up. Andrew made a couple of good recommendations, but as much as we want to improve and extend the life both HAVC systems. We want to say yes, but we can not keep extending/spending dollars we dont have. We hope the Up-Sale doesnt count against Andrew. We needed service, and we received EXCELLANT service! Thank you Andrew B., we look forward to the new visit.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Used them two years ago to install my new AC. They overcharged me, messed up my financing, and were rude overall. The owner even called me to actually yell at me even though they were the ones to mess up my financing. I paid a monthly service fee in addition to the financing for the company to come for service checks. I never needed that until today since my AC has seemed to stop cooling. Called them up and for some reason my service abilities have been cancelled, which I was not notified of, and I discovered I had been labeled a “bad customer” even though I always pay on time and haven’t contacted them in two years. Why was my service ability cancelled out of the blue then? They tell me that they are uninterested in trying to fix my previous bad experience and will be severing all ties. Glad they’ve been taking that service fee monthly for two years…. Absolutely horrible experience. Most companies would be interested in trying to retain current customers, instead Rescue Air referred meout to a competitor. Not sure how you plan to stay in business with that model, but to each his own I suppose. Bottom line, terrible company. Don’t trust them, don’t use them.

I had the feeling my previous A/C maint. company was engaging in a bit of price gouging for a service I wanted so I started calling around. Rescue Air had good ratings so I had them come out to evaluate my two systems.Not only did they have better pricing, they also made me aware of the fact that the replacement filters installed by said previous company were undersized by more than inch....allowing unfiltered air to be blown throughout the house. I have severe allergies and that type of half-a$$ service doesnt sit well with me. Previous A/C company was fired that day.Ive been using Rescue Air since and couldnt be happier with their service, professionalism, and pricing. I recently had Dean out to perform routine bi-annual maintenance on my first and second floor units to make sure theyre ready for another Texas summer. Dean was very professional and did a great job cleaning the compressor units outside, ensuring the best efficiency. He also let me know that I could probably buy the air filters for my units elsewhere for a lower price. I appreciated the heads up and his honesty, but declined as I would prefer Rescue Air to just manage that so I dont have to remember.Its nice when a company actually cares more about establishing a long term relationship with their customers through honesty, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.Thanks,Tom

My AC stopped working on a Sunday, and Rescue Air was very responsive and had it fixed very quickly. Roman came and fixed the capacitor on the outside condenser. I was able to get them scheduled very quickly, they showed up on time and did a fantastic job. My ducts were not very dirty, but I can tell a difference since the cleaning. I work from home and they were very accommodating and quiet while working (except the vacuum machine which wasnt as loud as I was expecting.) Would definitely recommend if you need your ductwork cleaned. Very professional and they were the best price by far from all the services I was looking at. Will definitely call them again when the ducts need cleaning.

Im extremely glad that Roman was able to come out and help fix the AC issues I was having. He arrived on time and provided great communication prior to the service appointment. He was very careful to put on shoe covers too while entering the house displaying consideration for the home owner and house. I had requested to watch Roman debug what was wrong with the AC and he went above and beyond on showing me exactly what he was doing and in addition providing detailed commentary. He had to switch out the capacitor and showed me the visible difference between the one that bubbled up versus the new one. In addition, he showed me the exact readings he took using different tools (multimeter, AC gauge set) and the meanings behind the numbers before and after he performed the fix. He took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I understood what was being fixed. Im grateful he was able to fix the issue with the AC and in addition share his knowledge and experience. Courtney Bryan was my service provider he was very professional and thoroughly explained everything so I understood what the issue is and what the solutions would be. When I need the follow up work or if I sign up for the club I will definitely be requesting him to be the servicer. My only gripe (which clearly he has no control over) is the cost of refridgerant/lb that was quoted, with a quick google search I was literally able to find some available for almost 10x less than the figure Rescue Air provides. Hopefully they can still do the dye test with it or I will have to find another servicer that will.

Courtney came out and diagnosed the issue that I was having which luckily only required a minor adjustment to solve. He was upfront with other things he noticed that could be improved or replaced (which they definitely could) but not pushy about them which is refreshing. We recently got back from vacation and noticed one of our AC units was not working. We called Rescue Air because we had used them to replace a unit at our old house. They were able to give us an open appointment for the same day. The communication from Marianne was very detailed and Roman Arnold was very speedy in servicing our unit to get it up and running before we receive our replacement unit. I like that you get texted a picture of the person who is arriving so you know who to expect and when. I know it’s hard to get new units right now from delays in manufacturing but they were able to find one for us and explained the differences between the different models. I feel confident in our purchase and the warranty. Will use them again based on their ability to respond quickly and how organized they are.

Very upfront on what need to be done to get the cooling back on in the middle of summer. He gave an option from simple quick fix to full replacement of my 20+ yrs old hvac. Never pressure me for any up sale.

My first installation was not up to my satisfaction and I dropped them a note. Rescue Air called me first thing in the morning and sent guys to address whatever issues I had. Basically they sent three guys again and they worked 1-2 hours to address every little issue that I had. Blake was my initial contact and took the matters into his hands to fix everything and made sure that I was satisfied. The work before and after was 180 degrees. Blake was professional and knowledgeable.I called them again to change one other thing. They came and addressed the issue and I am appreciative. However, there is one thing that feels wrong. I paid and installed manual dampers on each duct. They told me that I could control the air flow to each duct as needed with them. But when they installed them, they didn’t write down which duct goes to which room. When I asked them, they told me they usually don’t write them down because they come and do it. So I asked if they would come and change the damper if I needed them to, he mentioned that I would need to pay the service fee. So I am wondering, “Did I pay them to install the manual dampers so that they would have reasons to charge me more in the future?” To be fair, they came back to write down as many ducts as they could figure out, but in my opinion, that is something that should have been done by the installers. So if you decided to use Rescue Air, make sure you ask the installation crew to note which duct controls which room.

I have been a member of Rescue Air’s maintenance program for a couple of years and have always been pleased with their service. This is the first time I’ve had a new HVAC system installed. They truly pay attention to every detail, and go above and beyond in making sure the quality of the system and its workings are completely up to code. My evaporator coil had been leaking for a while and had reached the point of needing to be replaced. I have dogs and rabbits, so in the middle of the summer heat it can be quite dangerous for them. I called Rescue Air out and Nerio came out to give a second opinion. He gave me all the options up front and his recommendation, and wasn’t a typical super pushy salesman. Him and his manager went the extra mile and did a little digging to see if my evaporator coil was under warranty. Fortunately it was, but getting the company did send out a new coil and go through all the paperwork would take too longer. Roman came out and gave an estimate on how much everything would cost and had someone come out the very next morning.They were on time and were able to get the job done despite having a small attic space. Unfortunately, the company they hired to do this job stepped through one of my ceiling vents, and they reassured me that someone would come out to fix it the next day. 20 minutes pass and I receive a phone call saying they can’t make it and they’ll reschedule for the next day. 30 minutes pass from the time they’re supposed to arrive and so I call to check in, and they said they’d be there at 11am. They don’t show up to after 12pm. The did the patch job and it wasn’t the best as it’s a bit obvious from certain angles that it was patched up. I was also having an issue with my thermostat reading different temperatures from my old thermostat as they upgraded it (and they kept my old thermostat which is a little annoying), but Nerio came out immediately to resolve the issue.All of that said I’m still giving Rescue Air 5 stars for their professionalism, service, and overall promptness. I’d say that mistakes can happen with any company and customers should be prepared for that, but as long as the company’s customer service is willing to resolve the issue that isn’t a result of customer negligence then that will absolutely make up for it. The pricing seemed on par with other companies as well, maybe a little more on the expensive side. Honest truth is you get what you pay for and I’m willing to pay a little extra to get the job done correctly, promptly, and with good customer service. The entire staff, including those I spoke with on the phone and the secondary company they hired were very friendly. Not to mention the equipment they installed was better than my old equipment (at least according to my online searches, I of course am not an expert). I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had initially given a 5 but have since changed my rating. The company is incredibly dishonest about the work that is needed. First guy (he came to fix a small issue) pressured me to get a subscription, said we had to install 1.5k of valves to drain the lines. Had a second guy come out and topped off the condenser with fluid and said that its likely the condenser fan will go out. Third guy charged us to drain the fluid and replace it. Our unit did go out, bad capacitor, and we had someone else fix it. They said other than the cap it was 100% fine. Rescue Air also wanted us to pay for really expensive duct cleaning. Overall if we went with their recommendations it would have cost 4.5k. Every time someone came out they contradicted the other guys. High pressure sales tactics and lying to do more work. Find a local guy instead.

Experience was great! My tech Alan was a gentlemen and got my AC back on within an hour of arrival. Would definitely recommend Alan for any AC issues.

He is so courteous, friendly, easy to talk to, professional and SO KNOWLEDGABLE! Roman walked me through the entire process, it wasnt rushed, he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and even provided information that I didnt even know I needed!I didnt feel pressured to make a decision. He discussed all my options in great detail and ensured I understood all the various steps and overall process.Roman was a pleasure to work with, I will definitely be referring this amazing company and specifically Roman - he is incredible and Rescue Air should be very proud and honored to have him as an employee!

Never using this company again. Called because my AC was leaking water and lines were clogged. They installed a anti flood system which is pointless and charged me 600 bucks. When he was done when that he didnt even unclog my line and problem still exist. Told me to call a plummer to do it. Terrible service. Called back to get them back out here and havent heard from them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Had a leaking AC unit in the attic. Was due to poor workmanship from a company I used in 2008. Our ductwork was originally from 1980, so we had that replaced while they were at it. The next day we had a leak again, which was again caused by the setup from the original install, had nothing to do with the ductwork install. These guys worked all day to fix what basically wasn’t their fault and at no extra charge. I highly recommend this company.

Rescue Air is the best. Chase just performed our semi annual maintenance, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Highly recommend, 5 stars. By the way, their maintenance program is a deal in itself, and will help us get the most out of our new HVAC system.

C Bryan found the issue promptly and fuxed same to my satisfaction. He was professional, courteous and I enjoyed his company while here. I would absolutely request him again.

Their prices were a bit higher than expected. They also did not give me a timeframe of when their technician would come out, just the day. They did give me a call a few minutes before they showed up. Overall they did provide a good service, just not sure the price was worth it.

It is never fun spending the kind of money you have to spend to replace your AC; however, if it has to happen, it so much easier to digest with a company that you feel really cares about you and the experience you have. From the person you talk to on the phone, to the technicians and supervisors, we have nothing but great things to say about the experience! Yes, we could have shopped around and compared prices, but for the last few years we have trusted Rescue Air and appreciated the way they do business, and for us, that was enough - no need to shop around! Called Rescue Air to estimate dryer vent cleaning. Jordan Wiggins came by and inspected the ducts. Unfortunately, they wouldnt be able to do the job because their machine would be too powerful to clean the type of dryer vent duct that is installed. However, Jordan went over and above by checking and removing visible debris on the vent just to make sure the vent is all good. Thank you so much Jordan!

Responded same day I called and gave several options for how to repair our problem. Chase Lowe was our technician, and he was very professional and explained everything he was doing very thoroughly. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Dean came out to check my heating/ac unit that kept shutting off when the temperatures outside were 0 degrees and snowy. He was available right away, the same day, when so many other companies were too busy to come out for a week. Dean explained everything in detail, seemed very honest, and was very enthusiastic about helping me. He took great pride in doing in his job well and making sure I understand how it all worked and what my options were.. He did not pressure me and I appreciated the time he took to be thorough and answer any questions I had. I was very impressed with his service, professionalism, and sincere friendliness. He put my mind at ease.Then Joe came out and discussed the costs and covered it openly and honestly. He was very friendly and professional and made the experience easy. His sincerity for his job and caring about delivering excellent service was obvious. Thanks to both of them.

Dean did a great job servicing our units. Rescue Air is always so thorough, and they give you all your options to make an informed decision if repairs are needed. They also are very clean and wear booties in the house. Dean also went above and beyond and helped us turn one of our air vents around as it was blowing the wrong direction. They always do great work.

Courtney did a great job helping us out with an AC fix on the morning of July 4. He didn’t try upselling me on a new unit and was extremely professional. I am grateful for the great job he did.

I was skeptical when I called on a Sunday and got an appointment the next day. When Alan showed up I was expecting a ten minute sales pitch for an overpriced system. Instead Alan spent a couple hours with me patiently explaining my options with full transparency. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. He took the time to inspect the entire house inside and out to measure the air flow and temperature in every room, even tested the windows. I was extremely impressed. The installation for my entire HVAC system was finished in one day without issues. Gerber and Melvin were fantastic! Again I was impressed. They also took the time to answer my questions and explain all the aspects of the new system. I also have to mention the contact and follow up from the main office. They texted me before and after Alan, Gerber and Melvin came to my house, with pictures of them. Unheard of. This made me feel even more comfortable answering the door. I could go on and on. One more thing, they were very careful not to leave a mess. Alan even wore shoe covers when he came in the house!! I would and have recommended Rescue Air to everyone I know. Ok. One more thing, I have already seen a big reduction in my electricity bill. There is more but I am running out of spa

For today I had set up an appointment for a routine spring AC maintenance- He talked through different options with me (my AC unit is older- it is the one from when the house was built) - and he shared recommendations of various options for short and long term maintenance.
