Love the drinks. Only problem was the girl on the register grabbed the cup with her fingers inside. Had to ask for a new cup and she was confused. Its really unsanitary if your handling cash and cards and also making that a habit.

Stopped by with family, everything we got was delicious especially their cha-mango and the cafe frape. Service was quick and awesome.

This is my favorite Boba place in the town! Got freshly made, warm, soft, chewy and sweet boba today. My signature order goes like Matcha Milk Tea (without chia seeds) with sea foam and boba, light on ice pleasee!An awesome hangout space. Has seating both inside and outside. Around 5 minutes wait time for the order. Its got alot of other popular dishes but this one is my personal choice. I visit this place every other day. Cheers me up actually!Tried the Mango cha with Mango fan today. Good choice for people who like a hint of spice and sour in their drink. Liked the Mango fan better than the drink indeed :DTried the Matcha Frappe as well! It wasnt bad but Ill just stick with my Matcha Milk Tea though! 😊 Dark Chocolate Frappe is a good try for anyone who wants to get something chocolaty.The best thing about this place is their quality. Anything and everything you get here has high quality maintenance.

I love drinking the jasmine green tea and arthichoke tea (nuoc mat). I like how the teas are made fresh daily and they have lots of choices for toppings like chia seeds, herbal jelly, and white boba. My kids love the fresh fruit smoothies especially the watermelon or cha-mango. It’s a healthy treat for them. You can taste the real fruit blend in the smoothies. And there is a drive-thru at the McKinney location which is sooooo convenient when I have my kids with me and in the area. I will be back often!

I LOVED my Mango Cha drink from here! Def worth a try.I was a little frustrated to be honest. There was a long line when I went in and a couple of people cut in line. None of the employees said anything and just let them. That’s not cool. The gal that helped me just gave me a sad look when they did it.ANYWAYS, the Mango Cha smoothie. Loved it! It was jist the right amount of sweet and they went heavy handed with the chamoy. I love me some chamoy. I had to add the mango fan because it was super cute, but I’ll admit, it was hard to get a pic of. They had so many drinks on their menu, it was hard to choose just one!I’ll definitely be back to try more. I’m a fan of boba and I love Mexican inspired drinks with chamoy and they had a whole collection of them!

First time trying this place. Great selection of drinks including some decent coffee. Chill atmosphere. Friendly service. This lightbulb near front door needs replaced. Giving me a headache.

Everyone time I go to this place they never disappoint. Only thing I don’t like is how they up charge for no ice or easy ice. If they didn’t have that I would have gave this place a 5star.

Despite offering diverse permutations and combinations my order was served flawlessly. A very liberal helping of strawberry bits and easy ice made the regular size drink last longer than a large size one at similar establishments. Enjoyed every drop and bit of the freshest serving that I have had in recent Meo.The seating is modest and a tad more cleanliness (perhaps weather related) would go a long way for the image.

The fruit smoothies were made with real fruit, tasted great, and didnt have that overly sweet taste you get when its made from frozen fruit. The milk teas in my opinion didnt have enough ice, but then some people like that since theres more room for milk tea. The difference between a 16oz and 24oz is only 50 cents, so you might as well get the larger size. There is free wifi, check the pickup counter for that days password. There is a covered patio with tables and chairs.

The stars are because the employees were very friendly and I got my drink quickly, but my taro milk tea was gross- super powdery, and thick like a milkshake. I just immediately threw it out. I was in a rush so I didn’t have the chance to ask for a new drink. I would probably give this place another try, but didn’t have a good experience this time.

This place is delicious and I usually order online most of the time and let me tell you that these drinks do not disappoint. If you are like me and are into adventurous cuisine that let me recommend a drink to you next gen consumers:An iced Taro Milk Tea with Jelly cubes?(not boba) and as a snack... plus any one of those ice cream sandwich Macaroons. Thumbs Up!!Anyways, Ill be ordering again in the future. Btw, plea request... Ice Cream Delivery of those Macarons? Is that possible?

This is one of my favorite boba tea places because they have smoothies, fresh fruit and actual brewed loose leaf tea in addition to traditional milk teas. Right now they still half gallons of all their infused teas and milk teas for $15!

Nice alternative to Starbucks. The mint hot chocolate was very yummy. Lots of options. Not just coffee. Wish they had pastries or something like that. I nice place to chill and talk with friends.

Properly cooked boba.Their coconut tea is one of my favorites since it is hard to come by!I also have gotten their Viet Coffee, and its a highly recommended one imo. Oreo Frappe is pretty good as well.The only one I have had that id not recommend is the strawberry pineapple, its nothing special, and the fruit bits are not exactly good with it. It is slightly on the sweeter side, but they can not adjust the sugar for a smoothie.Although slightly on the pricier side, they make the drinks fast and consistent with how I have gotten them before!

Not a bad place. The bobba is good and it has an inviting atmosphere. I am greatly saddened that the got rid of their food menu (I havent gone there in a while) so this may have changed. But the staff is good and remains to be one of the popular bobba places around. Has comfortable seating for long visits. Great place for hangouts and chat, also great for business meets. It also has outdoors seating with heating units. Whether you want a casual place to hangout or a fun place to socialize dont knock magic cup. It is a great place and you will enjoy your time here.

I have been here since the first day they opened. Even now I have to drive 40 mins for one way to get the drink. I still go there at least once a week. However, the customer service is downfall. The Asian girl with full blond hair was super rude. The drinks are super sweet.

Hello, I really liked the place. The Magic Cup Cafe had offered GREAT service. I have been a customer there since Jan 2017. The disappointing thing about this place now is that they charge EXTRA $0.50 for filling your cup to the top, which you are SUPPOSED to do. Other tea places like Starbucks or Sharetea do not do this. Before, they had not done this. I find this tactic v/cheap and a rip off. It is v/disappointing that this place has decided to rip off customers. I have always liked this place; however, I do not come here any more.

This was the first time trying this place. I ordered two smoothies with boba added. What I received was like a some sort of slush with chunks of ice and fruit? And boba. But this was definitely disappointing... the fruit didn’t seem ripe either so it had an odd taste - even if I’d ordered what I received. I’m not sure I’d try it again.

So good! I always get the half chamango and half pineapple slush with light chili seasoning and its amazing. Great size, great price, tastes so fresh, and its a nice treat. They also have fresh fruit for sale, teas, coffee, frozen drinks/slushes, with a ton of flavor choices and customization options: jelly, boba, fruit chunks, etc. It seems like people go here to study or do homework, so I assume they have free WiFi. Its open late, too. They have ample seating as well, but I always get mine to go. If you join the rewards club you can earn points to redeem for discounts. Looks like they recently started serving macarons.

This is our favorite spot! We live in Rowlett but drive to the Richardson location as often as we can. The Oreo vanilla frappe is my favorite and my wife gets the iced dark chocolate mocha.The staff is so friendly and the service is fast and consistent every time.

Incredibly rude staff and over priced drinks. if you want genuine good boba with a nice staff go to kungfutea instead. last time i was here i was just discharged from the hospital from suffering a seizure and i thought maybe a boba drink would make me feel better. that’s when i over heard two girls at the counter calling me ugly and fat in vietnamese.... i am fluent in vietnamese they must have thought i wasn’t.

I would come here often but the prices can be a bit pricy and its very far from me but overall its a great place to grab a drink and hang out. I know they serve food here too but never tried. They have a fb page and the owners seem very nice because I can tell they take care of thier employees congratulating them on thier hard work and even celebrsting thier birthdays. The drinks are very pretty and they have a rewards program that sends out coupons once in a while so its not too bad. If you wanna try something new with a little kick try the cha mango or cha strawberry smoothies. If youve ever had a mangonada or something like that, it tastes similar to it since they use a chamoy sauce and chili powder and etc.

I love their drinks choices! I had a lavender vanilla latte! Soo good! My daughter had a Joy Macaron ice cream sandwich and she said it was amazing!

Love that they are open late. I get the Cha Mango. Its always good. A nice helping of fresh fruit on top and its got enough spice without overpowering. I like that they have their fruit in the front display, makes me feel better about how fresh the products they sell are. They also have macaron ice cream sandwiches. Went there yesterday 2-4-21 order alvacado smothie. After Hour later I have diarrhea all night until next day. Never order alvacado smothie again.

I love this place. They open the earliest which is so nice because I can actually have caffeine in the morning, which is preferable. They always seem busy in the morning too, so I wonder why other tea places open so late! I would give them 5 stars if they had my favorite.... rose milk tea.

I usually only come here when I get vouchers or coupons for discounts, and so today I went because I had gotten one for a discount. When I was about to pay they said said they weren’t accepting vouchers. So what’s the point of sending them out then? Other than that service is really good and so are the drinks. Every other time I’ve come here has been pleasant as well

Amazing place to go for some quick boba! The Matcha green tea sub boba is one of my personal favorites! Amazing menu with tons of options! They even have a line of Chamoy smoothies that really adds to the menu! Never been served a bad drink here and would often purchase multiple drinks for my household. Amazing rewards program, Merch sold in store, and Ice cream for sale next to the counter! You can’t go wrong with this lovely boba spot!

This is a funky place with a cool vibe, lotsa folks and dog lovers with Mac Books here. The almond cappuccino is just delightful and full bodies with excellent froth! Nice gifts available. Highly recommended!

Haven’t tried other drinks here but Cafe Sua Da ( Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk) is always consistent and great quality! The ratio of condensed milk to coffee is great !

One of my favorite boba places when I go to Garland. Most of their items on the menu are delicious and their customer service is great. I subtracted a star due to their fruit never being ripe. As long as you get a drink that does not require fresh fruit, youll be fine.

The Magic Cup produces a top quality product. The only negative thing I would say is the Asian people behind the counter dont speak good English and will just smile and nod at you when you have a question. When the line starts to backup they just run around in circles. I would avoid those days.

I normally love magic cup and Ive always had a good experience with the service and the drinks. This time I went to get a green Thai tea (one of the best drinks) however, I asked for it without ice and I was given the drink with ice. I asked them to take out the ice and they did not fill the drink back up. I was not happy with that since Ive been there before, asked for my drinks without ice and had been given a full cup.

Me and my friends we been going there for boba drink but after today’s incident not anymore. Today me my friends ordered drinks from them and let someone else pick it but their staff didn’t make the right order, not just one but both the drinks. And there was no way we can go back as we were 40 min away from that place.so, my friend called them and told them about it and they were like don’t drink it, bring them back, if not today then tomorrow and they were like our manager and us dont want to give out free drink like that, we not sure if you guys lying Or sth...wow, we have the receipt and all. Anyway, we are never returning to such place where they don’t even apologize for their mistake or appreciate their customer.

Love their tea and fruity drinks! I prefer my tea more milky, i find it’s a little strong here. The coffee smell when you walk in is lovely. I like that they have games to play so you can spend time with your friends and families and be off the screen. Great place to hang out with friends.
