They send you mail multiple times that says DEPARTMENT OF ASSEST ALLOCATION making it seam like its an official piece of mail and when you call and apply you dont get calls back, you get disrespected and toyed with and they run your credit multiple times. So I dont recommend this place. And fyi even if I didnt get approved, A call back would be respectable.

Me and my wife recently filed bankruptcy, and started received letters about financing a veh. We did not respond at first, but then we decided we need a veh, so I called Cory from new start auto. He was very easy to deal with and very professional to deal with, he asked what we were looking for, and then suggested a 2014 toyota camry with 43000 miles on it. I explained we had no money down. So he went to work on an approval, and we handled most of the financing over the phone or thru text and email. We then set up an appointment to get the car, and again we were skeptical. I have been in the car business for 18 years so i was sure that once we got there we were going to have to come up with a downpayment, it was never and issue. When we got there we were promptly greeted and treated with great respect, everything went smoothly, and we actually received a much better deal than we thought we were going to get. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle and wants a great deal, especially if you are coming out of a bankruptcy. Sold a damaged vehicle. Was promised still had factory Warranty left. Dealership has informed me that there is no warranty.Wheel allignment was so bad that I nearly suffered a blow out as thread was coming out of tire.Very disappointed.

Cars are not up too par for asking price. Even with bad credit. Urine smell no A/C.For $450.00 a month. No thanks I deal with my bankruptcy.
