Ive been using Premier as my go to body shop for a variety of vehicles for over 15 years. They have masterfully repaired wrecked vehicles, fender benders, paint touch ups, fixed a window, and a variety of other things. They have allowed me to bring my own parts on more than one occasion, and have always been extremely professional, communicative, and reasonable. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Getting in an accident is stressful. Dealing with the insurance process is even worse. Two things to get you by is a good lawyer and body shop, but this is a great shop. All you want as a customer is your car back as it was before the wreck. When I picked my car up it looked like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. Highly recommend this shop, ask for Mario or Brian and youll be taken care of.

I took my car to this shop about 3 years ago to have body work done to my car. They are very professional and credible. Most recently, Mario explained to me why my car was giving problems. He gave me a breakdown of what was needed to be done and stayed in communication with me on every step until completion. I live in West Fort Worth over 60 miles from Premier. I recently had extensive hail damage including a shattered windshield to my 5 month old Honda. I drove an hour and a half to Premier to have the hail damage and windshield repaired because my family has used Premier 3 times previously. All 4 times the work was flawless. My car looks like the day I picked it up at the dealership.

What a joke this business is. They only hire Mexicans. I am highly qualified for a position there but when I arrived for my interview and when they discovered I am a person of color, I was not even allowed to interview for the job. Very disappointing, outrageous and illegal. PLEASE DO NOT SUPORT THIS BUSINESS.

Supreme Customer Service, Impeccable attention to detail and held it down after one of the worst Tornadoes to come through Dallas. Mario informed me that my vehicle was not harmed and secured it while dealing with a devastation. I had a custom made Audison/Hertz system installed in a CL 63 AMG. Mario and team, dismantled the whole interior of the vehicle and flawlessly & meticulously fabricated, soldered [all new wiring], matted and tuned a masterpiece! The A-Pillars were modified with speakers installed, which makes it sounds like Phil Collins is sitting right there on the dashboard and Im surrounded by his voice! The re-working of the suede interiors looks like its OEM off the Showroom Floor. Quality craftsman and workmanship.I have trusted Premiere with all my vehicles for audio and body work. I recently had a truck stolen. I did some damage to my passenger side front and back door on my 2017 Ford Expedition.Service King gave me a preliminary estimate of almost $2500. I said preliminary because the estimator told me that the price could increase once they dismantle my door.I found Premier AutoSports via Google. Edy was very personable and professional. He gave me an estimate of less than $1500.00. He went over the estimate line by line. I was self paying for the repairs so I was very pleased with the estimate and his professionalism.I got my car back today. My car looks better then the day I purchased it. They even detailed my truck.All I can say is that if I ever need a body repair shop again, Eddy and his crew has my business

Mario & his team took in our car right before the holidays. Mario kept in constant contact & let me know of any delays that were causing them to not touch the car. I got a real positive vibe with him & he kept it straight forward with us. He did not try to haggle us or come up with more items to bill my insurance. When it was all said, I can say our car looked better than when we bought it a few months prior! Hopefully we wont be needing any more car repairs, but if we do we will definitely be back.

Called and spoke with a gentleman named Eddie. I told him I was impressed with their reviews, and that I had an older car I was repairing and needed to get the rear bumper repainted. No insurance involved/or additional parts needed, I just wanted to pay cash for a great paint job. Could not give me a ballpark on price. So I went somewhere else who did. Apparently my business was not wanted or needed.

Disclaimer: Currently, on the estimate stage. I haven’t used them for repairs yet. I give them 5 stars because of the professionalism, knowledgeable and informative staff, cleanliness of the facility, and friendliness and honesty. When those components are at a high level, it’s very likely the quality of the final product quality will be high as well. They are also bilingual, which I believe is crucial in Texas. Great job, I look forward to recommending and using them in the future.

He provided me with detailed updates, as appropriate, and made good on his commitment to have the car completed on the specified date that was determined once the insurance company had approved the work to be initiated. Took my Jeep in to get a replacement hood painted and installed due to recent hail storm. George and the team at Premier came highly recommended, and they certainly did not disappoint. They were able to match the factory paint perfectly on the new hood, and constantly kept us in the loop on progress of work. They even took pictures and emailed prior to me picking up, truly first class. I know it wasnt a big job for them, but they treated us like it was, and Jeep looks awesome.

This collision center should probably the best one in Richardson. The work done in my car is top quality and was delivered on time. They are expert in giving you multiple suggestions with advantages and disadvantages of each option. I loved the way they work. This was my first time to go to Premier Collision Center in Richardson. I called and talked to George about a damaged bumper on my truck that I wanted partially repaired, basically just realigned but not replaced or repainted. I was referred to Premier by another body shop that was not able to do partial repairs. George asked me to text him a couple of pictures, which I did, and he gave me an estimate over the phone which I thought was a bit high. He recommended that I bring the truck in the next morning so that he could take a look at it. I took it in the next morning and even though his guys were very busy, he was able to have one of them work on my truck within 15 minutes while I waited. The work on my truck was completed less than an hour and a half later. The final cost was less than what was estimated over the phone. I am very happy with the work, George and Premier and I highly recommend them.

Premier Collision was the cure for the headache provided by the person that hit my truck. Eddie is the gentlemen at the front desk, once I gave him my keys he handled everything, After I opened the claim with my insurance. Besides the ease of the interaction the Qaulity of the work was Awsome. I dont remember the guy that worked on my truck but he did a Great Job! My truck looks better than it before I was hit. I would recommend this shop to anybody that wants Top Notch Service and Quailty results on you paint and body work.

Drove there for a quote. Guy took a pic with his cell and said we will call you with estimate in 15 minutes. Never heard back. Waste of time. Estimator looked lost from the start. Took pic of my Vin aND a single pic of damage that I am sure didnt show up. Lol just fiND a place that hires smarter people. Note to all if the first person you meet is the face of the company and your experience then I can only assume the rest are even dumner.Were a restoration shop and where hoping to find a place to refer body and paint too. Oh well we will keep looking.

What a great experience! Mario knows his stuff. They upgraded the stereo in my 2017 Tundra and its everything I expected. Yes, this is a collision center but Mario is a master technician when it comes to stereos. He install a Mosconi DSP, CDT 3 way, Arc Audio 6 channel, and 2X10 Diamond Audio Subs. He advised me to Dynamat the cab, now I have minimal road noise and the sound is crisp and solid. He spent 4 hrs tuning the DSP and also gave me some great DIY tips. I highly recommend asking for Mario if you decide to go there. Oh....I almost forgot to mention, he gave me a loaner car as a courtesy while he worked on my truck. Cant beat that!
