Dont go! My roast beef dinner was trash. Just look at the picture, thats exactly how it was served to me. I was given scrap meat with globs of old gravy. There was liquid coming off the meat, and my side of okra came with 7 tiny pieces. Everything seemed old and not hot. My wife was served raw sausage and under cooked scrambled eggs. How do you screw up scrambled eggs?Im not one to send food back, so I used this as a learning experience to not come back ever again. I hope I can save others from coming here as well.

I had the country fried turkey dinner with turnip greens and macaroni and cheese. It was so good. My friend ordered chicken fried chicken dinner and it was excellent! Both were fried to perfection and seasoned very well. I had not been to a cracker barrel in 10 years and that is when I was visiting Ohio. The food seems to be universally good ... no matter what location the quality doesnt change. For dessert we had pecan pie it was one of the best Ive had because it wasnt too thick and it wasnt too sweet... The crust was just right. Im totally a fan!! So glad I found a cracker barrel on the west coast close to me.

The service was top notch. The Country Fried Steak was just as good as I expected it to be. My toddler loved the kids meal sliders. The gift shop had several decorative things from other seasons... but I greatly appreciated that their gifts were inclusive of several cultures and races.

Went on a Sunday night for a little celebration. Food was good and the service was okay. Some of the cutlery looked dirty so had to get replacements. I had the meatloaf but sampled everyone elses food. It all tasted good. Overall quick service, good portions and tasty southern style food. Recommended!

My daughter and granddaughter took me there for my birthday. Loved the place. Very nice staff.

A nice meal for a good price. We went about 3 in the afternoon. With the lunch specials you get one side instead of two. The portion size fits the price. They are adequate, but not overly large. If you have a couple of biscuits or cornbread you will be satisfied. I really liked the meatloaf. It was similar to how I make it with vegetables chopped up in the mix. It was very moist and the mashed potatoes and gravy were good. I should have asked for country gravy, but the brown gravy it came with was good. I got fresh fruit as my side and it was about 5 bites. My husband liked the chicken fried steak dinner. The steak was a cubed steak with country gravy. For his sides he got the hash brown casserole and macaroni and cheese. They both were really good. Our only complaint is that although the food was warm, we would have liked it a little hotter.

My first experience with Cracker Barrel was in Florida. So when I saw they were opening one in Rialto, I couldnt wait!! And the wait was so worth it!! I ordered the meatloaf with loaded hash browns topped with cheese and bacon bits and mash potato (with a side of garlic butter for my mash potato). I normally like to eat my meatloaf drenched in gravy, so I asked for a side of that. Everything was cooked perfectly and I think I cleaned my plate in 10min...it was that good!! My husband ordered the steak dinner with mac n cheese and corn and baked potato. The plates were decent sizes. We both finished our meal and barely had room for dessert, which we had to share. One bowl of peach cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, yummmmeeeee! If only there was more crust :pOh and the peach ice tea was so refreshing, dont forget to try this out. Not only were we totally satisfied with our food, our server just made our trip that much better. Thank you Juan for being awesome!! He answered our questions, made helpful suggestions and always came back to check on us. Kept our cups full and served us with a smile. We made sure to leave him a nice tip =)Yup, great food, friendly service, fair price, clean restaurant...Im definitely coming back! Next time Im in the area, Ill be stopping here!!

Cracker barrel is always a good experience. Our waiter was completely awesome. I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shout out. The restaurant and the store are always a wonderful experience.

When you walk in you are going inside the store to get a person to sit you down inside the restaurant which is separated from the store. I did not like that you have to leave the restaurant to go back in to the store to use the bathroom. Also, you have leave the restaurant to go to the store to stand in the same line as the people paying for items from the store to pay for your meal . Otherwise, their food was delicious! However, the store got extremely crowded and some people were rude cutting in front of you. They need better options for checking out of the restaurant.

I only tried this location 3 times & its ok for dinner I prefer the breakfast. I like the vibe in there its very calm & it looks great inside. It does tend to get packed during mornings & lunch. The biscuits are yummy. Ive tried the meatloaf with Mac & mash potatoes & I liked it, not too bad. I especially like the store in there. What a clever idea to eat & pay then probably spent some more $ in that gift shop 😊🙉 I gave it a 3 because I havent tried other items on the menu so its a fair spot & the only thing I didnt like is the chairs they need some cushion, for me sitting to long on wood chairs like that is uncomfortable

My wife and I went there for a early lunch. The wait was only about 10 minutes. My wife had the chicken pot pie, which was really good, and I had the grilled chicken blt and it was real good as well. They are a little pricey and thats the reason for the 4 stars.

First time trying CBOCS. Fathers day wait was to be expected but the 2 hour wait was well worth it. The food was tasty and comforting. The staff was very polite and friendly. The environment was calm and peaceful. Overall we had a joyful experience. Definitely coming back on an other occasion.

I had the Uncle Herschel Breakfast that comes with grits, i had the hash brown casserole and catfish as my plus choices. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Service was great. Reserved time online and only waited 3 mins upon arrival. Then did some shopping in the store. Looking for the candies and other things of old you just might find it there plus other nice things!😋😋😋😋😋

First time at this location and first time since 2013. We had breakfast. Our eggs and my hash brown casserole was cold. And my expresso had paper in it. The service was good and the manager corrected my coffee issue.

POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered to-go for the 1st time. Went in to place my order. Waited several minutes (5?) at restaurant kiosk because it wasnt manned. When someone finally did appear, I was redirected to the store cashier. There werent any clear signs to tell me to order there. After then having to get in line for the cashier, I still had to wait because the cashier had to call over a special person just to take the order. However, that person doesnt take payment so I had to wait again to pay for my food. No information was given as to how I would know when my food would be ready so I had to ask. The gal said my name would be called & I asked if it would be okay for me to shop while I waited. She confirmed that it was. After waiting about 30 minutes & my name still wasnt called, I went up to the cashier to inquire about it. Lo & behold, my food was just sitting there, waiting to be picked up. Surprised, I said out loud, I wonder how long thats been sitting there?! The gal asked what time I had placed my order. I had my receipt in my hand so I looked at it, searching for where it would tell me the time - no help from her, mind you, even though she was looking at me trying to find it. When I finally found it & told her it was 30 minutes ago (it was actually 33 min), she just looked at me. No apology or anything! My food was no longer hot or fresh. Very disappointed!

Great homestyle cooking with generous servings. The server was friendly and greeted us. Our meal was served not more than 15 minutes later.

I have to admit this happened to be a very disappointing experience today. I have recommended Cracker Barrel becuase of experiences I have had around the country but something here is way off. Let me be frank, my food wasnt hot the biscuits seemed older and my steak wasnt even prepared the way I requested it..but to top all of that off the hash brown casserole was horrible! I have had this dish in other states and none of those places were as bad as this. It was dry seemed like it was pre cooked and left under a heating lamp. I know how this dish should be prepared and you guys should be ashamed. I had guest with me this time and we were all disappointed. I just left NC about a week ago had this same dish and it was ten times better. Why do they prepare dishes here like folks wont recognize when you are not sticking to the cracker barrel way of doing things. My server Adrienna M was awesome..but this was not good today!

First time trying Cracker Barrel and enjoyed it. Only tried the breakfast so far and it was fair. Looking forward to trying more items. The staff is really friendly and made the experience really great. I rate the food above Dennys or Norms. Again, the staff made the difference for me.

You guessed it, HADDOCK!!Well, today at Cracker Barrel Rialto I ordered the Haddock plate.I told my Mom (who is visiting me from Boston) that if its not good Im sending it back..... Great food, great shopping, great service! Went there a few weeks ago and they paid for our breakfast. Everyone who stopped by between 7am ton8am that day had their breakfast covered. It was an amazing blessing as I had one last breakfast with my son before sending him off to college!

Delicious! I had the rainbow trout with hash brown casserole and green beans. I didnt care for the green beans as they were soft, the same consistency as canned. The trout was cooked PERFECTLY, the casserole was decadent and then the biscuits! Sweet Mother, the BISCUITS! Light, airy and warm from the oven served with butter (unspreadable as it was too cold) and the best jams! It was a delicious and filling meal. I suggest ordering a to go box right when you get there and packing off half of it for another meal right away.. Next I want their breakfast!

Food was really good 5 stars we love the fried chicken and strips and country grave so yummy! Shout out to the cooks. Peach tea is awesome too.BUT the wait and service was really horrible.We were a table of 9 and waited over 1:45 min while they kept calling people after people with 4-6 people saying we just needed to wait because two tables needed to be available at the same time but they kept sitting down people with out leaving one empty so our table could be next. After being out in the hot sun for that long we said forget it just sit us separately and we still had to wait another 15 min. We got sat down and waiter Javier our waiter took so long to come and take our drink order we told him we’re ready to order as well. Drink took for ever to arrive as well I could see him chit chatting away in the drink area holding drinks for a while until he came by. Food came out and we were missing corn bread and biscuits for 3 orders in addition we had to ask 2x for silverware that never came. I stood up and found another server Jake or Jacob and he was kind enough to get them for us along with a side of gravy. Tables in our area were then given to another server and I could tell she was really frustrated with Javier she even said I’m sorry he’s driving me crazy. I felt really bad for her she was pregnant and still hustling. We was foe the last 5 min and was a way better server than him for those few last minutes. Our friends who got sat down on another table had the same issues really disappointing. I don’t know what’s up with some people if you don’t like waiting on people then why be there ?

Normally I LOVE Cracker Barrel but this particular site... Food was awesome as expected but we had to wait FOREVER!!! Upon arriving we were told it would be about a 30 minute wait turned into over an hour and a half.My friend asked asked why the long wait and the gentleman seating us said there was an accident in the kitchen, but Take Out Orders was not hindered.My friend also said MAN... it is taking a LONG time to bring out the food.

Great place! The food was delicious and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond. I asked for a few packets of jam for my biscuits and the lady brought me out a handful of three different kinds of jam. A small gesture but just an example of how theyre willing to go above and beyond.

Not very good.We ordered breakfast for dinner, chicken fried steak and eggs, with biscuits and gravy, and potatoes. I also added a side of mac and cheese, because I heard it was so good.Well when our server brought the food the steak ended up face down in the center of the table. OoopsYou can see where it landed in the pic.He took everything back to the kitchen, except for the mac and cheese and the biscuits and gravy. When the manager came over to clean up the mess, we let him know it wasnt a big deal and that we were okay. We started eating the items that remained, they were a disappointment as they were just so-so. About 10 minutes later the rest of our food came, the chicken fried steak had good flavor, but all of the food was lukewarm at best. Well by this time we were done, so we didnt order dessert or the drink my wife wanted for our drive home, and besides we only saw our server one time when he dropped off the bill and left without saying a word.Next issue, I went to pay the bill, was second in line with no one behind me, and the cashier was taking a bit of time, so I was shopping the candy wall while I waited. Next I moved to the rack in front of the cash registers, still in line, after a little longer, the customer at the counter walked away. I stepped up to the register, and thats when I was informed that the line starts back where I was originally standing, and shopping. Did I mention that there are no signs that state where to stand in line, which is why I continued to move toward the only register that was open.So I moved back in line to wait after the two customers who were now standing in the correct place. While standing in line I verified that there are NO SIGNS OR MARKINGS, to show where customers who want to pay their bill should wait. Well as you can see this was not a good experience, and I would recommend that you skip this restaurant.

Great place to eat and shop. However, the quality of food has suffered lately but still a cool place to stop and eat.The Covid pandemic has effected their ability to offer the Cracker Barrel service they have made so popular has been stretched thin hopefully in time things will get back to normal.

Visited cracker barrel yesterday. I ordered meatloaf and my friend got chicken fried steak. THEY were delicious. The only problem it was very cold eating outside. It would be nice if they had a tent. We ate on the front patio. Thankfully they had hot chocolate. The country store was open and was a welcome place. Great food anyway and lots of great things in the store

I wasnt happy with the meal. I ordered the country fried steak, loaded hash browns and turnip greens. The white gravy on top was as stiff as the batter on the steak. The steak was dry and bland. Wasnt very happy with the loaded hashbrowns either. Sounds good on paper, but it too was dry and bland. I was part of a party of 10 so the wait could be a factor. Not sure i would go back though. I did like the chocolate cake and ice cream, but who can really mess up chocolate cake and ice cream?

We were told we would have a 5 to 10 minute wait, after we waited 10 to 15 minutes there was 2 of us, saw a party of 4 seated as soon as they walked in. I questioned the hostess about it, that seemed to make her mad, she seated us then, along with 3 other tables. When did Cracker Barrel start serving beer and wine?

My friend and I ordered Sangria wine, which did not taste like sangria. I ordered the country style fried shrimp, which I would have rather had less shrimp and bigger shrimp as they were small.

The food and service was good, but I have a few minor complaints. The website advertised outside dining, which was unavailable when we arrived. Our server was helpful and quite nice, but she didnt wear a face mask. The store was crowded, and few customers practiced social distancing.

Home style cooking and yes, I had meatloaf. For me, it is at least a half drive,but its closer than Arizona. Oh and they have a great gift shop.

Great atmosphere. Country theme. Waiters and servers attentive and friendly. My pork chop meal was delicious and a good portion; and came with 2 sides I chose, cinnamon apples, and sweet potato with marshmallows. Also a biscuit and a corn muffin. The biscuit was great. The corn muffin disappointing. I will have 2 biscuits next time. I took home half of 1 of my 2 pork chops, apples, and my sweet 🥔.

Worst birthday dinner ever. The wait for our food was longer than getting a table. When I finally got my food it was the wrong order. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my correct order by then my fiance was done eating. The ham was over cooked, the meatloaf was dry and falling apart, the Mac n cheese was burnt. It was terrible service all the way around. I understand that restaurants are having a tough time right now but Ive been to other restaurants that were busier than cracker barrel was tonight and Ive had better service.

Had to wait 2 hours to be seated. Small and crowded. Sad to see a place i love so much look like that. Been going to this resteraunt for years and i decided to try one closer to my house. Never again

I ordered online for curbside service. I was able to pay and tip online. Rolled up to a spot, pressed “im here”, entered my spot number, and everything came out within minutes.Food was delicious as always! The person who brought our food was kind too. Thanks Cracker Barrel!

FIRST IT STARTED WITH THE EST OF 60 MINUTES BUT. OF COURSE IT ENED UP 1 HOUR 45 MIN Then I ordered Chicken and dumplings it was cold and had hardly any gravy and little taste the 2 sides were both sad now we ordered a side salad which we thought was 1.99 but no they charged us 6.19 each and my friend had blue cheese but they ran out and had to get more dressing from the pantry but it never showed up so that was the worst salad ever .service was terrible the waitor was good just over worked .Now we had to wait in another line to pay the bill so amother 30 minutes for manager to come make an adjustment for the horrible salad situation .This meal was horrible and I will never go back there again just ridiculous

As usual their food is always great service is always second to none. Really cant beat the value of Cracker Barrel theyre pretty new to Southern California but Ive been going for years in the Midwest. I think the portion to might be getting a little smaller but thats probably due to calorie counting. So I can remember the copious amounts of food that I used to get always left with a take out box usually was pretty full. But again they have that country store and its just a cozy down home feeling when youre there.

This was my first time visiting Cracker Barrel and I am very satisfied. Great food selections, great service and the store was so cute and has really cute items at pretty decent prices! I will most definitely visit again!

Love this place and the people, especially the staff was/is exceptional. So kind to carry out items to my car and make sure I was helped such a blessing.I enjoyed shopping so much picking up some wonder Christmas decor and gifts that I didnt even eat.I will definitely go back and take my family.

I can not give this ace a rating less than one star. The service was poor, the chicken breading was so hard could not bit through it. My aunt t turkey tasted funny. I would go to Dennys before returning here. I ate at a number of Cracker Barrels across the country on a trip to West Virginia and found them very good and actually sought them out. But if they had been like this one we would have avoided them. Drove 79 mile to try it, what waste of gas.

The food was very good, even though there were alot of people the wait was only 30min. They have a fun general store to entertain you while you wait or lots of outside seating.

Awesome 👌. Check in online if you wanna skip the line. Starting with the place, the building looks great, full of antiques and cool decoration that goes with the place. Food is very good, its been 3 consecutive weekends that we have been in the restaurant for breakfast, not a single complaint. The staff is friendly and service is good, not super fast but good, worth the wait. The little store is full of interesting stuff.

Ive heard a lot of good things about Cracker Barrel, and Im happy to report that this location did not let me down! Great service from our waitress who took her time to talk us through her favorite menu options, after she discovered it was our first time. The food was delicious! The fried chicken sandwich was incredible. Mac was pretty damn good too. I just wish they were more of these around LA. Cant wait to go back next time Im passing through Riverside.

NO OMELETS? So surprised I couldnt order an omelet but anyways I wanted to sit next to the window but NOPE, that big long section of empty tables next to the windows was... closed. Ok, so I ordered breakfast, ham n eggs, but wow the ham was so tough and hard to chew and my over easy eggs were overcooked! The young waitress kept coughing, I wanted to tell her to just go home and come back when she was better but I just bit my tongue and waited to write it here on Google. Overall disappointed with Cracker Barrel.

It is what it is. Cafeteria quality american comfort food, but the gift shop is cool. Chicken was good. Potato casserole is bomb.

Oh and the gravy was to die for.Didnt like the corn muffins (dry and over cooked) but loved the biscuit.Best place.And the county store they have is really cool and not to over priced.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I traveled over 40 miles to eat at Cracker Barrel and it was worth every single mile!! I had the deep fried catfish with mac n cheese, hashbrown casserole, kale n brussel sprout salad & home made biscuits all slathered in melted butter n honey. OH-MY-GAWD!!!! I can not wait to go back.My gal pals had meatloaf & fried chicken and they were equally in love with their selections.Then we went n poked around in their sweet little shop of unique gifts n goods. What a fabulous trip it was! Go.... You wont be disappointed!!

Stopped in for a late bite and I wasnt disappointed. I ordered the grilled trout plate with vegetables so delicious. I came back the next morning for Grandmas sampler and the pancakes were a blessing to my belly. Its worth the wait in line.

The hash brown casserole is my favorite. Food comes out quick and hot. Sorry, no pics of the food. I was hungry😂

The fried chicken was good but my dumplings tasted like I was eating a glue or paste. Watery and thick paste like dumplings. They definitely were not on the same quality of Cracker Barrels in Arizona. I ordered fried okra and was served half a bowl. I wont go back to Rialtos location. How sad because I love Cracker Barrel.

The prices are on point, but the copious use of salt, Bland meatloaf and over cooked ham made for a less than optimal eating experience.

The food was great. I got the chicken fried steak, the green beans, the loaded potato casserole, and fried apples. The drink that was the special which changes all the time was a watermelon lemonade. It took a long time to get service and it was not very busy. No asked us if we wanted drinks or appetizers. Other then food was good and service was par.

My wife and I really enjoy going here. So happy that inside dining as resumed. Food was great, service was outstanding. The only issue was when I was paying the bill. The cashier seemed more engrossed with the conversation she was having with another employee. I did ask for a manager, which took asking 3 times due to the other conversation she was having. Manager came up and we discussed the issue as the 2 employees were still conversing. Oh well🤔.

Not enough flavor in the mashed potatoes/gravy nor the turnip greens. The Southern Fried chicken was ok - the outside (skin) had good flavor but not the meat itself.

We had an excellent time. Everything was good. The server was very attentive. The food came in a very accepted time. The coffee was on point. Gets crowded soon, so I would recommend to check in before you head over. FYI the baked sweet potato was delicious!!

I placed a to go order. I told the associate that I would wait out front for my order. After thinking that they forgot about me, I went back inside to check on my order. There it is sitting on a shelf getting cold. Even if they dont want to bring out the order couldnt they page over a PA?? I am a little disappointed over this. The food itself was enjoyable so it wasnt all bad.

Arrived on Fathers Day morning just when CB was opening. After being seated with my wife and two daughters our waiter came over. I think his name was Daniel. He is the reason why Im writing this review. He was helpful, patient, but most of all he was courtious. Took our order and returned to check on us many times. (now thats what I call service. I/We will be returning. Keep up the great job Daniel...

Not as good as I remember but not bad. Love the shop.

I ordered “French Toast” and it was SO disappointing. The bread was dry as California weather and they had ZERO flavor. The egg wasn’t even soaked all the way through the bread. I literally just ate toast because there was no French in it. No vanilla no cinnamon just bread and yeast. The bacon was good. I wish I could get my money back. Because I did not even eat it at all. I took two bites and I was crying. I’m so hungry. Help.

This was my boyfriends first time trying Cracker Barrel. I have been there before but this current experience last night has put a bad taste in my mouth literally. We ordered online and it gave us a pick up time when we arrived Pamala came out and told us it was not ready and to give them about five minutes to prepare. We waited about 15 then went inside to see what was the hold up. It turned out the order never was entered into the system. We then ordered again and paid at the counter and was given a receipt. When they brought the food out we were told we didn’t pay. I guess when they take your order at the counter you have to go to another line to pay. The manager Ed came out to try to fix the issue instead he made it worse. He made it seem like we were trying to steal the food. Ed told us to get at the end of the line and pay the balance after all that confusion he could have suggested to accept payment instead of saying return to the end of the line. We had already been there for an hour. Once we got back home with the food we discovered the biscuits were raw! This will be my last experience Cracker Barrel. Eggs were cold. Biscuits and gravy were bland and just barely warm. Service was good.

I didn’t realize that we had a Cracker Barrel in California! I was so happy when I realized that we did. Everyone is so friendly and the food is always amazing no matter what you order. You get such a big helping that I always take half home. Not to mention the prices are amazing too!

Definitely loved the lemon pepper rainbow trout so well seasoned will return 😋

I ordered ahead on the website and called from curbside parking to have it delivered to my car. The food was nice and hot and delivery was quick.

Had a great early dinner and it was great. My only complaint is that during dinner hours you have about a 2 hour wait. The food is excellent and the shop has excellent gift ideas. Definitely need more in California.

We ordered right away but waited almost a quarter hour for our drinks and a lot longer for food (3 drink refills later). My country fried steak and mashed potatoes came out cold. No heat. Barely any gravy when I asked for it smothered and the waiter offered extra gravy on the side. The gravy that was there was skinned over and cracked. It was that cold and the food delivery girl dropped it off so fast she was gone before we could ask where the biscuits that came with our meal and the extra gravy were. My friends chicken pot pie was hot. He also did not get his bread. I wish I could say it got better. For another10-15 minutes we were both trying to wave down someone, Anyone. Finally, a different waiter went to get our biscuits and my gravy. Then our waiter went to get them a minute later and we told him someone else was doing it. He didnt ask how the food was because I still hadnt been able to eat mine? The hot fresh gravy helped my meal but I resent that my waiter never even asked if the food was okay. During our meal at least 20 staff walked between our table and the one next to us on the right rather than going around our table and using the aisle to our left. Two people caught their radio wires on the chair. One set of patrons at that table to our right asked to be moved. Extremely poor kitchen and dining staff management.

Food thats better made at home. Presentation was horrible. Small portions on the plate. The Black female waitress was nice. Purchased a nice coffee cup.

Just fine food. Pretty highly processed. Had special beef and cabbage which was nice. Always very good service and the kids like the store although I find it a bit of a hazard as a parent, haha. Never have time to sit in the rocking chairs out front sadly. The day we went was a weekday at noon and it was insane in terms of crowds. Won’t make a special trip but it’s better than ihop if you want pancakes.

A small store with unique knick knacks and a restaurant rolled into one. Lots on the menu to try. It was delicious. I almost got another dinner to take home since this is a rare restaurant far away. These american classic dishes cant be beat.

Came here for breakfast with the fam on a Saturday morning and yes there was a long wait however it was worth it! I had their bacon negg hashbrown casserole and it was delicious! The cornbread which I ordered on the side was okay but it did not take away from the flavor the casserole. I will definitely be coming back and trying more from their menu. P.s. the items sold through their indoor store were reasonably priced and they carried some very interesting items.
