Very trustworthy and professional. I’ve got my alternator and AC fix here and my car has been running fine. Even after weeks they text you if everything is good.

Hector always has my back anytime I come in, I relax and wait in the AC cooled office and watch tv while my car is being repaired. If I know it’s more than an oil change I always make an appointment and it’s convenient because I know they’ll have all the parts there waiting for me. Rialto Auto has kept me car running for a while, I never go anywhere else!

Went here cause my car was making a weird noise which I thought was my muffler. Hector helped me out right away and the problem ended up being a wheel bearing. I dropped my car off the next morning and it was ready before the expected time and the price for the repairs was more than reasonable compared to the quotes I had got from nearby auto repair shops. Will definitely be back if and when other repairs are needed.

I took my car in for a fuel smell inside the cabin thinking my fuel pump assembly had gone bad but found out that wasnt the case. Same day I was given a VERY fair estimate to repair it, and got my car back in a decent amount of time once they received the parts needed.The shop does great work in a timely manner and doesnt try to upsell you or convince you to buy anything your vehicle doesnt need. I trust these guys and will definitely go back for any future service needs. Unless your vehicle is brand new, still under warranty take it here. Theyll do just as good work as the dealership and not rip you off like the dealer does.

I took my 2011 ford focus to get the door locking mechanism repaired and get my ac fixed. Along with a oil and transmission fluid change. All went well and my car is running smoothly.

I just wanna share my experience at this shop. Walked up, was greeted promptly and my issue was addressed in no time. No standing around waiting until someone was free. Got an inspection and estimate on my a/c and I retrieved my car the next day, no problems. Hector was a sweetheart and kept me updated via phone every step of the way. Professional, prompt, and polite.

They ripped my mom off for arepair . I broke downfit thesame thing a day later after we paid 800 with a warranty total cost 1350. Dont Go There.

Rialto Auto came recommended. So, I went to them with a starter problem. My car kept draining the battery, so it wouldnt start. Yet, it had a new battery. They charged me $150 to do their diagnostics. I spent the day in their lounge and they gave me a ride home that day to leave the car with them. After the first week they couldnt solve the problem. They charged me an additional $50 for more tests. They decided my battery was no good because it became drained, so they convinced me to buy another new battery. After two weeks they told me my car was ready & come pick it up. They washed the car, they put a key ring on my car key, and were very nice to me as they charged me for a new battery. But, $400 later the car was still not fixed. The battery died a week later. Ive struggled to keep the car running with jumping cables and called them back when the car was dead again, but got no help, or call back. Do not go to them unless you are ready to throw money away... I gave them one star for effort at service. But, I doubt they are skilled auto mechanics, I wouldnt trust them again, nor recommend them.

This is Now my one-stop shop. Ive been to many shops for maintenance and repairs for my Ranger for the past 8 years. There is None like no other Guaranteed. They fixed my A.C. just in time, advised me of oil and coolant leaks that need to be repaired and honest enough to replace only my transmission oil cooler which was punctured from an accident. All services were done Right and at reasonable prices. From the Service Advisor to the their All Star team of mechanics. They are the best. Very Knowledgeable and hard working mechanics. My husband gets his oil changed here and has no problem. I go and they charge me an almost 20$ difference. When I asked for the cheapest oil change. I believe they take advantage of woman because they feel they don’t know any better. Not only that my car was finished but no one told me it was. Until I saw my car parked. I asked if it was ready? they said yes. Then it took over 10 minutes to ring me out 🤔

I would like to use this space and time to recommend Rialto Auto and Muffler and Mr. Hector. Couple days ago, my Check Engine light turned on and upon me using my Digital Code Reader, was informed that my automobile had a possible problem with the catalytic converter. I quickly searched Yelp! And found Rialto Auto Muffler as being the closest to my place or area of residence. I called and spoke to Mr. Hector who told me to bring it down to the shop so that they would take a look at it. When I arrived, I was informed that they would be able to look at the car and possibly tell me what the situation was. Unfortunately for me, when the digital code reader showed me the information of what was wrong with the car, I erased the code afterwards; making it almost impossible for Hector and his crew to properly diagnose the issue. He gave me a ballpark amount that I would have to pay to get the car fixed. According to what I told him it sounded to him that the whole muffler system had to be changed due to the fact that the catalytic converter would have needed to be soldered onto the muffler and that sometimes does not work. We agreed that I would drop-off the car bright and early on Saturday when they open. To my surprise when I arrived 15 minutes prior to opening of business, Mr. Hector was already there, with a box of doughnuts and freshly brewed coffee, ready to take my information down and start working on the car. About half-an-hour later I received a call to inform me that the catalytic converter was not it need to be changed and that in fact what he originally quoted me was not going to be the full price paid for the work that was finally done. He fixed the car and reviewed for any possible future fixings that could arise with the use of the car. Any other mechanic would have just changed to muffler and catalytic converter, charged us an extravagant amount and possibly not do a single good on the car. Hector and Rialto Auto and Muffler were very honest and understanding that we are all working-stiffs who dont own money trees. I appreciate and again recommend Rialto Auto and Muffler as a top-notch business. In closing I must add that I so appreciated when Hector told me that he would call me in a couple of weeks to see how the car was working....I have never had any mechanic treat any of my cars as if they were patients at a doctors office....come to think of it, Ive never had any doctors call me to see how I was doing! Grade A+ Business!

EXCELLENT !!! Alex was very helpful, honest and respectful.Took my wifes Pontiac here for a diagnostic, they confirmed what I already knew, It had a clogged catalytic converter, they explained my options and told me the price upfront, they even took me home so I did not have to wait for the car to get checked out, had the car fixed the very next day, a few days later my wife took the car back to get the smog done, she was very happy with the service, she said they where very respectful and also explained the process and price, smog was done in 20 minutes even thou they had to drive the car to their other location because a star smog was required. I think I just find me new favorite shop.I Highly recommend going here for any work you need

Have only come here for basic stuff so far, but each time theyre quick and courteous. Id called ahead for a quote on my oil change and was very specific because another shop wanted to charge me about 60 for a 4 cylinder high miles 70 for 6 cylinder. This place quoted me $35. On arrival they dais is $40 when I mentioned the quote they said $5 disposal fee and asked if that was ok. I agreed but when it came time to pay they only charged $35. Im satisfied.

Awesome same day Service! Came in with my baby to get my breaks check. They had started squealing. They could have easily taken me for a fool but they are professional and are there to do a job and do it right! To make a long story short went there check engine light was on, replaced catalytic pick up my truck engine light still on . I replaced oxygen sensors engine light still on took it back for diagnose they said oxygen sensors where played wrong, I paid them to do is right I picked up my truck engine light still on, so after going back three times they never could fix it and 200.00 dollars . They are courteous people but they just couldnt help me

I had this guy put a muffler in my car and the wielding this guys did was really bad the pipes are leaking it was the wrong muffler I wanted.Dont use this guys their new owner and dont really know how to wield.Never again will I ever go here again.
