The manager Steve, is very professional including the service. I got a great deal in my set of 4 tires. Definitely I will recommend my friend and family to go there.

Extremely long wait even after making an appointment my car still was not touched an hour and a half after the appointment was set for. My appointment was at 11am and I took my car and left since it was 12:30. The excuse was employees had to go to lunch….but no one was on lunch they were still taking other cars before me that came AFTER me. All for a simple tire rotation.

My experience with American Tire Depot was great. I did not have an appointment and was seen right away. My only opposing thing was that I had to wait for 2 hours. But, the wait was worth it. The attendant was knowledgeable in the products I asked about. The staff were all friendly. I left satisfied. Great job! ❤️

I had appointment to have some tires put on my vehicle i was there for three hours and they still have not install my new tires i will not go there to have any tires install.

Great experience for me went in for a tune up and bought four new tires. Said they would be done by 12 and managed to finish by that time. Store manager Steven if I’m not mistaken was very helpful with helping me find the right tires for my car at a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back.

Steve is the best new in the area went in for a oil change and found out I needed a part from the radiator to the engine not knowing my car could of over heated with more damage very good guy 🙂

I generally enjoy my purchases at ATD and this visit was ok.I bought another set of tires, they cost more than I expected. The waiting area was outside next to a busy highway in absolutely filthy chairs. Come on guys, throw those out and buy some new ones.But ATD and I are friends. Ill be back.

They put air in my tire and were helpful in discussing the prices of replacement tires. I will keep them in mind for future purchases.

I needed new tires and this was the first time Ive been to a tire shop alone and the worker was very helpful. He understood my lack of knowledge of what exactly I needed and went out of his way to help. I got four new tires and the tires aligned and I was there about 3-4 hours. (Not sure if that is the average time it would take for the process or not). The waiting area was pristine but unfortunately the restroom was out of order (even though I seen the worker use it multiple times...) which wasnt convenient for a nearly four hour wait! I would recommend this location and definitely would go back. I paid nearly $500 for all four tires + the alignment (the total includes service fees etc.). The staff was very lively and welcoming, the worker that helped me (unfortunately I didnt get his name) showed me other parts I will eventually have to get for my car and described to me what things were or meant in detail to make sure I understood what exactly I was paying for. 5/5 would recommend!

I made an appointment online which was confirmed in an email. When I went to my appointment, the tires were not there and the appointment never made it to the system of the actual rialto store. I was mad. Rich, the manager made it all right though. He ordered my tires and got me in and serviced asap.

Place is tiny but the issue I have is that I made an appointment and it was approved but when I came in they said they couldnt see me for 3 hours. Im guessing they dont know how to schedule with their appt. system. Anyway wasted my time and will never come here again.

I cannot attest to their customer service more! I was running pretty close to closing time but called in advance and Phillip said he would wait for me. He accommodated my last minute needs and didnt try to up-sell me on nonsense i didnt need. He recommended an alignment and a balance which I agreed to both because it would make the longevity of my car last longer. I appreciate how willing to work with me he was and with a positive attitude!!Thank you Phillip!

I was told by a personal mechanic that I need to get new tires put on my car as soon as I could! I had been looking online to find the best prices for four new tires. So yesterday 3/5/19 while I was out and about I believe God led me to this place! I walked in really just to get a quote on four new tires. I had my mind set on what I would spend. One of the Managers and one of the other employees Victor were so, so helpful. They asked what I was looking to spend and I let them know. They did some searching to find the best deals for what I wanted to spend then boom! They got to work after an acceptable offer was presented! Let me tell you...I can truly say I was pleased! They were professional, they were helpful, they were patient, they were informative, they were friendly. Not only the Manager and Victor who were the main ones helping me, but the other workers were the same! Id come back. I just purchased 4 tires and before get there I make sure my wheels are ok. Only just one was bend over., And with intention to replaced for a new one purchasing in this place to.. they installed all tires but the wheel I ask for, dont have,, ok,, so I started inspect my car and I found another wheel bend en Two parts out side edge.. .I talk with the manager above the tech guy damage with the wheel machine..they argument about that was impossible they did it.. so I dont recommend this place for unresponsive personal no professional and lack of training poor customer service..now I have another wheel to replace thanks to them...

I visited this shop on 5/7/19. I needed brakes bad. I had called and spoke to Steve to see when they could see me and He got me in on that same day. I dropped car off at lunch and it was ready before my day ended. They did a fantastic job and the price was great too. Ill definitely be back! 😊

Took my tire in on saturday to get repaired had to drive around on my spare all weekend because they didnt repair my tie and there not open on sunday but didnt even get a courtesy call that they didnt repair it not cool at all not good customer service at all

I came here for an air pressure check and I can definitely say I didn’t enter knowing what would proceed to happen. One of the employees waa extremely helpful and made sure I knew what was wrong with the tires. He also shared a few wise words which I enjoyed a ton. Will come back!

Been getting my oil changed here for over a year. Things have changed a bit . A smiling face, not a grumpy face goes a long way. Sorry I did a lot of customer service and worked with the public. I know whats going on. Otherwise before they were always understanding. I heard a worker telling a customer if they couldnt afford the repair they could put it on their payment plan. I didnt get that offered to me. And my estimate was approximately $700 plus dollar. Anyhow Im getting some one else to fix that and I am very grateful they found the issue and alerted me on any problematic issues .... Thank you kindly

The service manager David went above and beyond getting my car in and out quickly. Not only did he help at 640pm when no other place Walmart auto Care(2 locations on foothill) were closed early due to being understaffed(more like lazy).... David helped his team deliver outstanding customer service and had me on the road by 705 by going in and helping his team. He also offered me great competitive pricing. I would recommend this place to all who need tires.

Quick service. I was there first thing in morning. In and out within half an hour. Close to home. I like that they open an hour earlier than the guys next door. They put everything back in its place, which is nice. Been here once before, most likely will come back again when its time for a set of new tires.

They sold me 4 tires and never mentioned that there will be a $7x4= $58 charge for fill up my tires with Nitrogen!... they Didn’t ask... also they claim at the beginning, that the balance and weight of every tire it’s included in the retail price and at the end in the invoice they charged ($2.99 plus $12of labor) x 4 = $59.96 which is excessive!!!!, but they said it was included!!!!??? Also they said that I will have warranty for 3 years for the purchase the the 4 tires... but also it’s a trick because in the invoice they charged $9.99x 4= $ 39.96 under the concept of “road hazard warranty... “didn’t ask either... and on top of that they gave me an certificate completely blank, no especifications of the tires, no date of purchase, no DOT numbers of the tires and no signature of the store manager.... the whole thing it’s a scam!!!! Look somewhere else to buy your tires and maybe there you find more honest people!!!

I went for an oil change. Great price. Great guys. And I say great price because I usually do it myself. Oil, filter and then pay to dispose of the old oil. My price is 35.00. They charged me 39.00 and I did use synthetic oil

Stopped by today .looking for some pricing on new tires.Great good of guys working this location. Long story short. They hooked me up. Beyond the excellent price on my new tires which was cheaper than other places I’ve looked. The manager also informed me of a rebate online for my tires so unexpected more extra saving thank you. He also walked me thru how to redeem it. 5 starsfor that. And he also informed me of a great promotion for indoor race cars that I will definitely look into for buying four new tires. And while I was waiting my tires to be changed the shop guy inform the manager of my oil light came on. And offered to check it for me and filled it for me. Great crew at this location. I will definitely be a lifelong customer. Thank you guys. In short I give this location a five star rating for good customer service and excellent service. All staff is well knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend. I would give more but five is the max. Please stop by. Do not hesitate. No where else in Rialto you will get this kind of service and excellent pricing on good tires and mechanical work. I will be returning in a week to get my AC looked at as well.
