We made arrangements to buy a Husqvarna TC 65 from here, over the phone. We tried to pay for it on the spot so that it wouldnt get sold before we could come pick it up, as we live 3 and a half hours away. The salesman said to wait to pay. He assured us he would not sell it out from underneath us but sure enough he did. Very disappointed in this dealership and we will not be buying from them again which is unfortunate because we all get new bikes every 1-2 years. At the most.

This store has a great supply of bikes and parts. Ive been riding KTMs for a long time and other dealers dont compare. They always have the part or the fix i need. Very knowledgeable and will help you with anything. Other dealers just dont stock the parts.

Very happy. Bought a John Deere from them 12 years ago. Sadly, I had to retire it, so I shopped around. I checked the big box stores and Wheelsports... surprisingly Wheelsports had a better price. And they didnt pressure me.I left with a CUB zero turn RZT-S. (The S must stand for sport, because it cut my yard in about half the time the old Deere did.)PLUS, I got a free hat... AAA+

I purchased a new KTM 690 Supermoto from Wheelsports this spring, and found it to be probably the best new motorcycle buying experiences Ive had. Wheelsports is a smaller, family-owned business, run by Wally Wilson, a life-long KTM enduro rider/racer who has turned his passion into his livelihood.I was searching for a different bike than what I ultimately purchased; it was Wallys suggestion I consider the alternative KTM 690 Supermoto that brought me in as a customer all the way from Detroit. The bike itself is incredible, exactly what I wanted in my new cycle.We were able to conduct all the preliminary business over the phone so that on the day of delivery, we were able to wrap things up in less than an hour. Wally went over the specific details of my new bike, knowledgeably answering my questions. He then sent me off on my ride back to Detroit with a full tank of gas and the initial oil change supplies that I had purchased during my visit. Wheelsports will be my first choice for any future KTM or Husqvarna motorcycle purchases.

Rating them 5 stars because I cant rate them a 6! Best KTM dealership in the nation in my opinion. I have bought all of my bikes and power equipment from them for years and their selection and service has always been excellent. I dont typically waste my time critiquing the world on the internet like most hyper-particular, impossible to please, want something for nothing, he said-she said cyber-whiners. I would imagine this also holds true for the thousands and thousands of other satisfied Wheelsports customers who have done business with this dealership throughout the years. KTM needs to demand Mr. Wilson staff his service department. This is the second year Ive had to travel to Mansfield or Clermont county to get service. Best selection you will find anywhere on new KTM bikes and parts. They have just about everything. With a master level mechanic on staff, you never have to worry about who is going to take care of your equipment. The only place that Ill buy a new KTM.

This dealership I thought would be a good experience but it was far from that. Im not sure if I just caught the wrong time to be there but they had 4 husqvarna dirt bikes and 6 ktms. Im not sure also if this is just not the place to buy just dirt bikes but more lawn equipment because they did sell mowers, but basically the guy who was there at the time when we told him i was looking for an 85 he said very rudely you do know these are competition bikes and I responded with ya he then said the 85 is just a little bit bigger than the 65 which isnt completely wrong. If anyone had a good experience here please tell me because like I said i had a bad one.

Great dealership with great service. I pass two other KTM/Husky dealers to do business with them. I live west of Cleveland and travel to Reynoldsburg for service and parts. They always have what I need. Weve bought two bikes from them in the last 5 years and reccomend them highly.

This has been the most disgusting & rude motorcycle repair shop I have ever been to. Unhelpful employees, ordering the wrong parts, & negative attitudes to boot. I wouldnt even trust this place to put a spark plug in my lawnmower, much less handle motorcycle repair. I should have listened to the other bad reviews before coming. So many 1-star reviews vs. 5-star reviews is suspicious, and i suspect they are adding their own good reviews. Most of the 5 star reviews have been posted in the same timeframe, by users having a single review (wheelsports only), and written in the same commercial-advertising fashion. I hope the BBB gets involved here

Wow the Google reviews on here are about as bad as the service at this place. All but 1 of the 5 star reviews the user has only reviewed this place, seems a little odd.They told me to watch videos on YouTube if I needed info on the new KTM street bikes, parts department told me they cold not sell me a gasket for my stihl carb and tried to sell me the whole carb for $6 over retail.Ive tried 3 different times to go here and like the place but been let down everytime.

I have been riding, racing, & repairing motorcycles for over 10 years. I make a living as a mechanic. I would like to describe my appalling experience with what has been the WORST motorcycle dealership I have EVER been to. As this is the only KTM dealer in the central ohio area, I needed a part quick, and called a few days ahead to make sure they had it in stock. The salesman assured me he had multiples in stock, for a front sprocket nut, and I made sure to speak clearly and pronunciate the proper bike model and year. 3 days after calling, I made the half hour journey to their store. I called once again to make sure it was in stock. Upon arriving, I asked for the part, and was quickly presented with a nut that was clearly different. I told the salesman that this looked different and was not correct. He assured me it was, and replied with an arrogant Well thats it.Upon complaining to a couple of different people, the head honcho came out, and claimed he was the one that took my phone call 3 days prior. He said that the part numbers were similar except for the last 3 digits, I guess they only pay attention to the first half of the part number? I was visibly upset, told him that I just drove 30 minutes to get here, and had just bought parts previously a couple weeks before all of this. I was greeted with complete apathy, no apology, no trying to make things right, no discounts or anything. I could not believe how rude, careless & disrespectful the staff here are.I have used MANY parts catalogs as a mechanic, they are really not that hard to use. Thats what I said to the saleman as I was proceded to leave the store- for good. His reply? Im sorry you feel that way. This is the worst excuse for a motorcycle dealership I have ever witnessed. This place is a joke. Stick to selling chainsaws, motorcycles are clearly over your head.and on a side note: this place has some serious age discrimination/discrepancies going on. I have seen about 6 different employees there, all over 50 years old...I will be ordering parts online from now on. I dont care if I break down 100ft from their store, I will never spend another cent in this god-forsaken store.

There may be other places you can buy a KTM or Husaberg in Ohio, but from my experience, Wheelsports is the best place. I have been doing business with Wally, Deb, Craig, and Marty for 10 years and I have found them to be highly knowledgeable about everything to do with these two brands, offroad bikes in general, and especially offroad racing. Wally is a former International Six Day racer and Marty is one of top regional racers and they regulary give back to the racing community. If you are looking for the very best in offroad bikes from someone that knows them intimately, then make the trip to Reynoldsburg.

Whew! I thought it was just me. I bought a Stihl chainsaw at this place. I should have walked out at the time and bought it somewhere else. Rude, and rude when I went back to have a chain sharpened. I wont be back and when I need a smaller saw Ill buy it somewhere else.
