For the life of me, I can not understand how this pharmacy can make the same errors and different errors on prescriptions every month. RUDE RUDE - We learned years ago not to trust them with our Make a Wish childs meds.. But over the last 5 months they have messed up 5 different prescriptions at least one of them each month. All the issues - HANDED ME THE WRONG MEDICATION ONCE last month. I wouldnt have noticed if price wasnt the what I was used to paying.. Then arguing with us on cost that quadrupled. We asked if they ran it through insurance, they said yes - and that they were too busy to call insurance You do it click went the phone.. Well turns out they never did run it through insurance - WE ARE PULLING ALL PRESCRIPTIONS FROM THERE AND GOING ELSEWHERE.. For anyone reading this - save yourself the hassle.!!!

One of the Rudest places,Ive Ever gotten my perceptions, Filled at!The Pharmacist themselves are Nice But thats it! The Employees act like you are inconveniencing them bringing your medications in! I took my medicine ations some place else after the song & dance I received with them!

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY!!! Nothing is ever ready when you ask for a refill, you get partial medications when they do refill them, the staff is clueless and blames eachother for persciptions not being filled. Its always a hassel to get prescriptions. There have been multiple times i have gone to the pharmacy 3 times in a day just to try and get an get an antibiotic. They make times they cant keep. The perks dont work at the pharmacy. Meijer should stick with being a grocery, they obviously are not capable of handling a pharmacy.

My mom and I dropped off a prescription that weve filled here before for our dog, and the lady we dropped it off with was really nice, but when picking up the prescription at the end of our shopping trip, that lady was so rude. Tried to say We dont have your prescription its not in our system. But the first girl was literally pointing to the prescription saying That ones for them. And when she finally got it, she kept asking my mom for our dogs birthday. Now, weve had this dog(Kiehly) in the family for about 11 years now. She was a rescue. We dont have an exact birthday for her, we have a general idea of when she was born. But then she said she was trying to make sure were not going to illegally use the drugs. Theyre antibiotics for my dogs EAR INFECTION. And my moms name is on the account... Weve been racially profiled here at this location on other shopping trips but this is exhausting. My dad literally works at this store. Can we please come in without having issues with your employees??? My dad literally works hereeee... We go here all the time and have had so many issues. The next closest meijer is not close at all... Do something about this.

Prescriptions are filled on time with auto refill and are always correct.

This place is horrible! Will not go back. After waiting in line for 15 mins, when I was next, the lady went to help someone else.
