I’m all about customer service and Rylen made it smooth for me to load my computer desk into my small compacted car with a family of 5. Also before he closed the sale he seen me with the desk and approached me for assistance. He offered the warranty and also offered to help load it into my car. Great customer service to this guy. Keep on being excellent my guy!

I usually go to the Staples in Heath but this one is open later so I decided to check out the Reynoldsburgh location yesterday evening. Good service with my copies and faxes but having to have a card to make copies was sort of a paon. Other then that it was great with all the supplies I need and I love the hours of operation of this location.

Went to get a fax machine and with the help of Rylen ended up with a great deal on an all-in-one printer which suited my small business perfectly. He had a plethora of knowledge and made my experience effortless and pleasant. Definitely will be back to this location for all my office needs.

Went to the local Staples with a lot on my mind, but no idea how to find what I needed. I was immediately greeted by the store manager, not in a confrontational fashion, but in a genuine, friendly way. Within 10 minutes, I had everything I needed and the store manager also made my day with her helpful, friendly attitude. Service like this is extremely hard to come by nowadays -- hopefully, Staples can survive the Amazon marketing forces and continue to serve our community. Thank you again for a very pleasant exprerience at your store! Keep up the great work!

Went to Staples with a work project in mind, but no idea how to find what I needed. Immediately after I walked in I was obviously clueless on where to start. That was when Cheryl happily asked if she could help, and help she did. Within 5 minutes, I had everything I needed and she also made my day with her helpful attitude. Service like this is hard to come by nowadays. So it is important to appreciate it when it happens in rare form. Thanks Cheryl!

Same day print, is a joke. I ordered 250 business cards and they can only be pick up by the end of the day 8:30pm, if you need them sooner, good luck. This is why, old business practices go out of business.

Came here looking for a decent but affordable office desk and was not at all disappointed. Looked in several places before I finally went into this Staples store and not only did they have exactly what I was looking for but the service itself was great. Very friendly staff, and very helpful. I came back the next day for something else and once again it was a good experience. Im new in the area and I noticed many people rated this location 1 star but personally I didnt have a single problem. They may have new employees here but Im not sure. In any case, I will definitely be back.

We went in to Staples to return an ink cartridge that was the incorrect cartridge when delivered to our house, and waited in line for a while, but that was not a big deal as we expected that to happen with everything going on in the world, but the problems occured when we got to the counter for the return. During processing of the return they stated that their system was down and they couldnt process the return fully, so they could make an exchange, but they did not have the correct ink in the store. The issue is that we already ordered the correct ink online again, because thats what we were told to do when we called about the wrong ink being delivered. At that time my wife noticed they had hand sanitizer and we have been looking for some, because I hire nurses to work in nursing homes and hospitals in the Columbus area and have been wanting to give it out to my nurses. So my wife asked if we could just exchange the ink amount for the same amount of sanatizer, in which they replied with I guess. If there is a problem with it, that is fine, but dont act like we are forcing you to do something. I honestly did not care either way. Anyway the next employee who walked up to help with the transaction did not have a mask on, so my wife asked that he put a mask on as they required all of us to be in masks. Then the manager was called over, because the little old lady helping us couldnt get it to work. So they said we cant sell you the sanatizer, because our system is down, but they hand wrote a receipt for the return on the ink. We said ok no big deal and we left, but then in the car we look at the bank statement and we were charged for the sanitizer and the ink, so we went back in and the manager who this time was very rude stated that we would have to dispute the charge with our bank. The employees there are always a little rude, but this time they seemed almost aggresive. I get that its hot in the masks and the heats makes people angry, but it was just a very weird turn of events that Im not able to articulate in my story. So in turn we had to leave the store with a hand written note that said our refund would be there within 10 days for the ink cartridge, no sanitizer that we purchased and no attempt at a refund for the sanitizer that we purchased. Is this the way staples wants to represent itself now?

Hours before I drove 45m to this store, I called to confirm stock and that they are able to perform a price match to an online price. The employee found the item and looked up the price they were supposed to match. The employee told me he would be able to match the price I gave him, and I asked if he was sure. Again he said yup, no problem.I drove 45m to their store and during checkout I was told they would not be able to match the price. I asked for the manager to reconsider before losing the sale and losing a customer. Carrie confirmed that she would not be honoring what her employee previously promised.I would avoid doing any business with this store, I certainly will not be.

Stood there in line for 5 minutes while the problem customer was being attended to. Some other customer ‘service’ person brought another customer to another register while I was standing there waiting (I was next - apparently not according to them). The problem customer in front of me and the customer ‘service’ person tried a transaction. Then I saw him call someone over to help.. not to open another register to checkout people waiting for 10 minutes at this point. I put my stuff down and left. This place is pathetic.

Rude... I am a pretty tolerant person but I asked for a price match and then the nice faces peeled away. The associate kept looking up a different item then I was trying to purchase and raving how they were $100 dollars cheaper when obviously it was the wrong item. Wont be back.

This is my favorite Staples location in the columbus area! Ive gone to several others where the staff is just not as good as they are here. Ive had both my wedding and baby shower invitations printed here and they turned out exactly how I wanted. :-)

What a waste of my time!!! Was told that it will take an hr and a half to print out 100 copies. I wait to get them. Go to the counter and they still arnt done! I watched them print my flyers out... It took 3 minutes! Never going back! Horrible customer service and when I told the cashier all I got was lame excuses! Ive worked in printing before... This is NOT how it works! Never going back there!!!

Print shop is a joke. I am the first person in line waiting for the attendant to finish up with someone and ask her to print an image out for me. She said I have to go online and order the print on there. Then she goes to the next customer and completely stops helping me. I get passed around 4 times before I got tired of trying to order my print, which I chose the wrong paper and I cant create an account on my phone to order the print! Then says you can use our computer for $.30 a min and upload it to another customers hard drive. Complete waste of 15 mins.

I try to use fedex office whenever I can but was forced to go to staples and they proved me right time after time with their poor and slow service unwillingness to help. Just because you have self serve doesnt mean that you can stand there and do nothing than look annoyed when someone asks a question. Go to fedex less hassle and the machines are more user friendly

Ordered business cards on Monday....advertising says they will be done within 24 hours for pickup but my email said ready by 8:57PM the next day. Tried to call on Wednesday to see if they were ready but couldnt get through and sat on hold forever. I had to stop in anyhow to grab a few things but the line was so long for people who actually needed help with printing and they only had one guy working that area and since I had already paid for it I asked if someone could just see if they were ready but I was told I had to go up there and stand in that line with my baby and toddler. I tried but it was so long so I decided to just go check out and then come back might I add while I shopped I was asked repeatedly if I needed anything and not because they were being friendly, I felt like I was being watched like a hawk...maybe they have shoplifting problems?? Super annoying. Anyways had to leave without my cards. Called again today (Thursday) and the guys apologized and said they werent done, even said that he was surprised because I placed the order two days ago and THEN told me they were out of business card paper. Long story short I have to go to Easton to get them whenever they are done (they are supposed to call me) and I need them for an event on Saturday so today and tomorrow are the only days I can get them.Update:Called Easton to get my business cards and the Reynoldsburg location forgot to send them in. NEVER GOING HERE FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN.

If you live in the Reynoldsburg/Pickerington area and need something printed, make the extra trip up to Easton to Office Max. When I went in to pick up my print job I had submitted online, the clerk wasnt friendly - she could clearly see that I had picked up a book from the bin outside the store and didnt offer to let me pay for it as well. Then I tried to use the paper cutter near the print desk to cut my job I had just paid for, but the blade was so dull it tore my paper. When I asked the clerk if there was another paper cutter I could use, she responded No. I know I need to order a new blade for that one. She then turned back to what she was doing. For a store that SELLS paper cutters, I didnt think it should be an issue to replace it. So Im stuck with one ruined part of my project and the rest to cut by hand.
