Super, super good. Really affordable too. I normally go to Starbucks but when Im on This side of town this will be my new usual. Their bagels are like $1.50 and theyre so good. The coffee is big and tastes amazing. Drive through is quick and friendly.

The coffee is excellent. Service is great and fast. The letter board is a nice touch. Fairly priced, definitely worth my 15min drive to get there. : )

I loved their frozen Carmel! Best in the city so far for me. Its cold and sweet but actually tastes like coffee. And you can beat a warm yummy croissant on the side. So good I had to share. Dare I say better then Starbucks? Yes! I taste everyone of those 5 beans

Their frozen buckeye blitz is delicious and they are always so friendly! They even put smileys on your lid to put a smile on your face.

Great little shop, run by very efficient employees. The coffee is wonderful (Crimson Cup roasters), and they have a plethora of choices for alt mylk, syrups, and other add ins. They have very fresh bakery items, breakfast sandwiches, and more. Highly recommended

It was my first time ever being at 5 bean coffee and I would definitely go back because my experience was absolutely wonderful and my strawberry banana smoothie tastes fantastic! The cashier answered all of my questions and pointed me into the right direction on what I was craving this morning! They are super fast and very patient which I definitely appreciate! This place is amazing! Every associate so helpful in helping you find your drink! The ingredients are always top-notch good quality! The coffee always fresh always on point! The store is super clean and they’re using the highest standards possible during this pandemic Through the drive-through! Do you having a bad day whoever works at the window they’ll always make a conversation with you no matter how long the line is and treat you like you’re the only customer that’s there for the time that you’re there! It’s a great little shop!

Amazing! I had the frozen buckeye and it was absolutely delicious. I also got the 5 bean mocha and it is just as good! The buckeye is my favorite but I love peanut butter!

I can’t have coffee anymore but when I could, their coffee was amazing. Now, I’m in love with every single one of their non caffeinated drinks. The staff is always friendly and make you feel welcomed, wether you’re going through the drive-thru or coming inside.Side note: if you love pumpkin spice drinks, they have them available all year round 😍 🍁

Delicious coffee! Boyfriend says the iced white mocha is better than Starbucks! Strawberries and cream freeze is amazing! Frozen Carmel latte is delish! And I love their sign out front that they change often with cute sayings :)

I pass Starbucks on the way here.Better selection, better service and better prices. They literally have something for everyone. My favorite items are the kids menu drinks, only 2! Cant beat it.

5 bean is the place to go. Coffee drinks are superb ☕. Service is awesome. They always have a quippy saying on their letter board while you wait in the drive thru. I am not a huge fan of crimson cup usually but they have altered my perception.

Iced Coffee was delicious and smooth. The car in front of us paid for our order! Very generous and we kept the trend going. The drive-thru is super convenient. Mostly different type of coffee beverages available, as well as a selection of other beverages. They also have a few bagels with eggs, cheese or bacon added if requested.

Seating indoors and out on a busy avenue, (but the shop is setback) with lots of shops, so you can take care of errands and then stop for a coffee. Friendly service. Great place to meet friends for a chat.

Cappuccino just ok. Smoothie disappointing. We went inside, service was prompt for drive thru customers, not us. There were no condiments available to customers. I had to ask for sugar! No cinnamon, nutmeg or chocolate powder. Seemed odd for a specialty coffee place. Wont be back.

I usually go to Starbucks, but was pleasantly surprised how many sugar free syrups they had to flavor my cold brew. The marshmallow was great, and I definitely will be coming back!

I’m most positive that an iced MOCHA is coffee with chocolate. But I guess they don’t know that so they give caramel instead. How many times does this have to be done and how many times do I have to confront about it?

Used to love the coffee here, but now theyve got no masked workers and a sign that says nude face colonyCouldnt see the sign til i already paid, and they didnt have cash to give me a refund. Wasted $5 on a mocha i dont feel safe to drink.

Just tried tonight on Doordash! Starbucks was out of what we wanted so we got the white mochas from here and a frozen vanilla latte, also ordered some cake pops for my kids. Prices are cheaper than Starbucks and the coffee is just as good. The texture of the drinks are a little thicker and creamier than most places. Super good. Will probably buy again!

Great little coffee shop. Good selection of coffee drinks and breakfast bagels, treats. We visited around 930 am on a Saturday. They were pretty busy but busted out our order for 3 different coffee drinks pretty quick. Friendly staff.

5 bean is my favorite of gabs for coffee!!!! The lavender latte is the absolute best but they have other unique choices as well. Their beans do not have that burnt taste which is one of the reasons that I have been a loyal patron for years.

I have been going here for a year now and the coffee is fantastic. The staff is very friendly as well. Anytime we go with our dogs they give them free pup cups. The bagels I am not too impressed with, then again Im originally from Nj, where they do it differently. Everything else is great and I talk about this place to people often.

Sad to say the lattes here were just glasses of milk. I kindly asked them to remake it because it didn’t taste like there was any coffee in it and it was basically white....the one they gave me was not much better. Plus I got many hairy eyeballs from the baristas in the back for asking for a new drink. I won’t give it 1 star since i haven’t tried everything on the menu but after this experience I doubt I’ll be back.TLDR: Disappointing:/

The baristas were very social and treated every customer like they had known them for years. My drink was a recommendation by one of them and it was much better than any of the chain coffee I’ve had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new spot.

I am obsessed with this little coffee shop. The great customer service here has been very consistent with the young ladies I have come in contact with while being serviced any day of the week. I purchase way more than I probably should and on a regular basis. The frozen vanilla latte is my fav!! I have one concern that is bothering me internally. There is an older woman who charges me about 25-30 cents more at the drive thru window whenever she is operating the window. I’m unclear if this is a training issue or something deeper. I’d hate to pull the race card but this is what it feels like to me. Hopefully 5 Bean Coffee can shed some light on this issue and have it resolved in a timely manor. From my experience it is only one particular person doing this as mentioned above. I have reviewed my bank statements so I know I am not imagining things. Please resolve this issue because I really love this place and the products that you serve. They are delicious and get me through my day however if this continues I will be forced to go elsewhere. Right now I am uncomfortable with returning.

Really good experience!!! The staff were very friendly! Were from out of town, pass the Starbucks and go there! New Orleans iced coffee was delicious and my friends enjoyed the blended caramel creams.

We were in the area for an event and saw the great reviews on this coffee shop and wanted to stop by. The teenage girls absolutely love the chocolate chip muffins. one got a vanilla bean drink loved it the other one got a vanilla latte iced she said she would give an 8.5. I myself got a hot latte no flavoring I would give it a 7.5 not my favorite brand of coffee it was a little bitter, but overall very tasty. The two ladies that were working were very pleasant, very helpful and courteous. I would definitely go again to this coffee shop if I came in the area.

Friendly service; average prices. They serve Crimson Cup coffee, locally roasted here in Columbus. If you have never tasted it, you really are missing one of the better coffees out there!

Real coffee in the area. We were in then for the holidays and needed good coffee after a few mornings of hotel breakfast coffee. The staff was friendly and the coffee was good. I had an Americano and my wife has a latte both were made quickly. We will come back next year.

I love the independent mom and pop businesses. Ill come here first before the large chains, e.g. Panera/Olive Garden. I love their use of other local businesses as their suppliers, e.g. for the cookies (fantasycupcake.com) Tashascaramelcorn.com, and the locally roasted coffee. Great medium 👍 roast to go. I sat on the chairs out front and took the time to slow down and enjoy it. Ill be back as often as Im in the area.
