First time we went in, we had no intention of buying a mattress, but then we left with one that we were making down payments on. That was very convenient and I liked how we could pay whenever we wanted as long as we paid by the date we were going to need it by. Things that kind of turned me off were: 1) an employee bragging about his sales/commissions 2) we were told we had the option of getting it delivered, but werent told until we paid off the whole mattress it was an extra $50. Us cheap-os strapped it on ourselves. 3) more just confused why they gave out correct mattress with the wrong name on it. We tried calling but they didnt answer the phone so we shrugged and brought it in the house. No way we were going to haul it back down there.

My first mattress came highly damaged. I submitted a warranty for it and then was told another mattress would be here within a week. It has been days since the warranty guy told me the mattress would be here. Every time I call the store they cant give me and update and dont even let me know if the mattress has come or where it is. Highly unprofessional business. Wish I would have gone somewhere else.

There were lots of great mattresses, frames, and pillows to choose from. The salesman was friendly and informative, and not pushy. I was able to find something that is working very well for me and was within my budget.

The workers in there are so kind and the prices are great for some really good mattresses. Much cheaper than anything you’ll find online or at big chain stores for the same brands. They include some free gifts when you buy a mattress too.

We got a very nice mattress and it was amazing the first month. but after a short while we noticed that the memory foam top layer was sunken in a lot. we dont weigh a lot at all. Im only 145 myself. So we think the defect in our mattress was the material or something in the mem foam layer. Were putting a mattress topper to compensate but it is important to know that the mattresses here might be defective in one way or another. Could be significant could be nothing. Overall loved it. after 6 months, not so much. we got a Morton by Southerland.

I searched online for a place to purchase a new mattress setup. I happened upon the Idaho Mattress Outlet in Rexburg since I was there. Working with Travis at the Idaho Outlet in Rexburg was a pleasure. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He offered as many possible options to fulfill my needs. He spent well over two hours with me. Not only did I leave with two mattress setups but with four sets of quality sheets at a wonderful price and a 12 lb heavy blanket to try for the first time. He did an excellent job at securing a new customer. I highly recommend them.

The sales rep “Braiden” was fantastic very friendly and understood what we were looking for, we were not sure how much money to expect to spend so we tried to keep it low though he was gentle and great at helping us realize we were thinking to low and for something that would be worthwhile and actually improve our sleep he then showed us the best options he had available, if you ever go to mattress outlet talk to Braiden he will take care of you he really really did the best job I’ve seen as a sales agent in my life, he really meant to help us out and did. We ended up getting a mattress and pillows and a protection cover for the mattress. The products were also above and beyond expectations we will be keeping business with them from now on.

They treated me well, they were kind and attentive, the problem is: after 3 weeks of waiting for my mattress, I called to ask why it was taking so long to arrive and the employee could not answer me, and the manager tells me that they will not order my mattress yet and that I should wait for 2 to 3 more weeks, it is not fair that I have to wait even longer than I should have expected

Beware! I purchased a bed frame last month, and once set up, discovered it was damaged. It collapses when you sit on the bed. I called and explained the situation, and the employee informed me that Idaho mattress outlet doesn’t allow you to return items even if they’re broken. No returns at all!! It’s insane! A return has to go through the manufacturer. The store told me to send pictures or a video, and they would take care of the exchange with the manufacturer though. I did, and almost two weeks passed and I heard nothing from the store. I called and asked for an update, and an employee said he would find out what’s going on and contact me. Well, I haven’t heard anything back from them still. Terrible customer service. Just hope you don’t buy a faulty product or you will never get your money back.As you can see below, the owner responded and said that they offered me in store credit but I refused and wanted my money back. He is either lying or misinformed. I was told I couldn’t even exchange the product. Obviously I would exchange it because that was my plan—I need a bed so why wouldn’t I? So now it seems they are shady as well. But I guess all it takes is a bad review and they will get back to you to take care of the problem.

Very good customer service. On our first visit we tested a few mattresses and within the first few the salesman (Austin) had already guided us to the perfect match. He gave us all the information we needed for the mattress and frame we were looking at and even offered personal advice to get a better nights sleep. On our second visit we were helped by another awesome employee that helped us load our bed and frame onto our car and tightly secured it to the roof. 10/10 service, very friendly customer service reps. 10/10 would recommend.

Their products and prices are fair, but they only had 1 employee there who didnt have all of the information. Maybe provide some more resources for the employee so he can efficiently run the store alone.

There was only one salesman there due to the covid nightmare (darn me for forgetting his name) but he pleasantly introduced himself when we came in despite being with customers. He then kept tabs on us while helping them. He gave us a good understanding of our options when he freed up and even when other customers came in he balanced well and my wife and I never felt ignored. We took longer to decide than some of the other customers but when we were done he was very apologetic for not being able to give us his full attention earlier and gave us a small discount because of our patience. We felt valued and he didn’t feel pushy. Of course he was a little salesman because that’s the job, but it wasn’t too pushy and he respected our choices without trying to up sell us.

Was very easy to buy with the layaway program. When I came to pick it up, the same dude loaded it on top of the car and tied it down with his rope. Great customer service. I’ve been using a standard pillow from Walmart, not that there bad, but Matt said try this one out. See if it makes a difference. I tried it for like 2 min my head ache went away my neck didn’t hurt any more took my head ache right away. Apparently all pillows are not the same. In town for my daughters wedding and I saw a sign advertising a deal on mattresses for newly weds. I called and spoke to Denton, who provided a range of prices and told us about free pillows and sheets with a mattress purchase for my newly married daughter. Denton invited us to come in and see what they have to offer. I went to the store and tried several mattresses. Denton was attentive and personable. If he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions he knew where to find it and never left us wondering about what I were getting. Our purchase experience was very pleasant and I appreciated all of Denton’s help.

Quick and easy. Our salesman knew plenty, was friendly and open. We showed up with a $600 budget and found one we loved for $325. He didnt push us in any way to buy a foundation once we mentioned we already had one. Great experience.

There is a 7 day trial where you can bring it back, not for a refund but store credit. So you can get a new mattress! You will need to purchase a protector thats an extra 50 in order to qualify for the 7 day trial period. Great store, great staff, and best bang for your buck.

A few months back my wife and I walked into the place, just to get an idea of what kind of bed we would like to get for in the future. The sales rep on duty was very helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable, an all round good guy. He talked to us about everything they offered and asked a lot of questions to get to know us and what we were looking for in a bed. He was really good!Months later we go back to put money down on a bed, and find the exact bed that we wanted. Which was great!So before we leave this new rep was telling us that he would put it in the system and get the bed off the sales floor and wrapped up for us.Next week I go to pay off and pick up said bed, and the new rep on the floor was being very complacent talking to other customers, and blowing me off for about an hour in total. He couldnt find our bed, and didnt look interested in helping me at all.I finally found out bed, on the sales floor, not wrapped up and moved....I am not the type to get impatient easily, and so it took a solid hour of this before I was agitated.All in all, we love our bed, but this place could do with some rep training.

They were so awesome helping us pick out and move in our California king mattress. My husband and I didn’t have a car at the time and they willingly delivered the bed free of charge and even moved it into the house for us. Great service! Great price! Would definitely come back

We liked their kindness and service, they were really nice to us. They tried to help us a lot. They worked very well, trying to accommodate us. We assumed we’d get a great bed so we didn’t worry about the NO return policy. After a bed we didn’t like, we knew we had to get a bed from them. After bed 2, we felt trapped into having to purchase a bed here. We got a 3rd bed and liked it, but it later had a defect within about two weeks, and so now we had to get another one from them. In total, we spent more than we should have. There was no refund whatsoever. We’re glad we have a bed. We wouldn’t shop here again because of their no refund policy, our bed currently isn’t what it seemed, and we’ve later found out there are way better deals on secondhand beds – even ones reasonably new. If you choose to shop here, the customer service is great, but make sure you know it’s the bed you want because there are no refunds!

I run a hospitality business so I purchased 4 twin mattresses for a cabin under construction. The mattresses were to go on prebuilt bunks. We took them out of the plastic and put them on the bunks but they were 5 too short. After trying to create a filler for the space and figure how to use them I finally gave up. I called to see if we could get longer mattresses but the company would NOT refund nor exchange the UNUSED mattresses because it was over a month and no plastic was on the mattresses. I should have called sooner but still... bad business in my opinion. I will not use them again.

We bought a twin mattress for our little girl yesterday. The experience was great! Everywhere else in Rexburg we went didnt have nearly the quality mattress for the discounted price. We ended up with a twin mattress and a waterproof mattress cover for $135.00!!! The mattress we got even had a soft top on it! The salesman was very informative but not pushy. He knew all of the prices right off the top of his head without having to check them. Overall, we will definitely buy here again the next time we need a mattress! Great experience!

This Mattress store has Quality Sheets, 1500 Egyptian cotton for very cheap. Plus they will give you a 25% discount if you write them a review. Regardless of the discount they have very quality sheet. I would easily say they are the best sheets Ive ever owned. They never bunch up and the feel better than silk.
