My grandparents lost their beloved dog, so I wanted to send them something to brighten their day. I ordered an arrangement in the morning and it was delivered a few hours later. I appreciated the fact that they sent a picture of them receiving their arrangement, great experience!

Such a shame their wicked expensive. Melt my own chocolate and dip them myself just as good! Reviews are horrible missed deliveries i can only imagine the unsanitary practices at this place.

They sell wonderful arrangements, fresh, quick service, personalized cards, stuffed animals, and extras. Great tasty, fun thoughtful gifts. Order online and pick up or get delivered. No brainer

I ordered a fruit platter for Christmas eve to be delivered to my parents. I paid extra for a “Merry Christmas” balloon to be included. I live outside of the country, and I found out late Christmas Day that there was no balloon with the delivery. I have called 5 times and have been on hold for 10+ minutes each time with no response. This is the SECOND occasion this shop forgets the additional item that was paid for. After being frustrated for being on hold for 10+ minutes on an *international* call I guess I should let it go because my call to the states cost more than the silly balloon, right? Great service (sarcasm).In case it wasn’t clear, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Absolutely horrible. My mother’s edible arrangement was never delivered and when attempting to get ahold of them on the phone for two days I needed to get my dad to get the arrangement since they wouldn’t answer. Unbelievable. I live out of state the best they could have done was answer their phone

It was horrible! My husband made his order for Mothers Day and paid extra value to be delivered on SUNDAY, May 10, and the order never came. At 7:30 pm notification came that the order was being placed, and delivery was never made.... He called Monday and they said they will contact him in 48 hours to solve the problem.!! The problem does not lie in that, he was hoping to give the FIRST GIFT OF MOTHERS BECAUSE I AM WAITING FOR MY FIRST BABY AND HE COULD NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING FOR THE SUPER BAD ATTENTION OF YOU, NEVER SPENT TIME WITH HIS FAMILY FOR WAITING A GIFT AT HOME. I NEVER ARRIVE..... DEFINITELY YOUR WORK AND YOUR CUSTOMER CARE IS DISGUSTING!!!

I Order gift basket a day before Mother’s Day for delivery, at the day 3 pm it’s wasn’t delivered yet. Very disappointing with service. When I call what is happened with my order they hang up phone.

Everything was accurate, the online order was quick & simple. The pick-up date & time was on point. The strawberries were nice, big, juicy & fresh. Plus the chocolate covering they use has a really good taste to it. Everyone that I shared this with, loved them.

I bought a tray for the Birthday party of my friend and it turned out to be a great success. Next day I got many calls from my friends asking where did i get such a delicious thing. Of course I shared my experience with the Edibles place in Revere, which was wonderful and very much professional.

Wonderful people. I have used the Revere E A for years to send chocolate covered strawberries to an elderly cousin who lives in Chelsea. He loves them and always asked where do they get such big delicious strawberries. During one delivery the lovely delivery man happen to assist my cousin when he fell on the floor. Wonderful people. Have used this store many times and have always been highly satisfied. Fruit was always fresh and arrangement well made. There were always ready when I came to pick them up.

The worst attendant on the phone. As a corporate gifting I was expecting to be the place to go for the best fresh and different gift! But the woman was rude, in any moment patient to explain my questions. I was deciding on the phone but she didnt comprehend or be gentle to explain my doubts. They didnt know what they sell online. Was very bad!

I would give a better review. If I was actual able to get what I wanted. The person at the register told me nobody is here to make my order.

They didnt deliver a bear that was supposed to come with my basket and they didnt deliver my sister in laws basket either. What kind of decent business accepts more orders than they can handle? If they wont be able to do the job just admit it and dont oversell just for money that is not honestly earned 😡

The strawberries that I ordered were so fresh and delicious. Picked them up myself, there were a lot of people ahead of me, but the line moved very fast, in and out in ten mimutes. I cannot wait to order for Easter.

Horrible customer service. The lady who was there looked like she hated her job. She came to the front and didnt let me order, just started telling me the things she didnt have. She walked away from me as I was ordering and came back out with something I didn’t even order. Very unprofessional will not be going back ever!

The most unprofessional and disorganized Edible Arrangements location Ive ever dealt with. They dont answer their phones at all. Placed an order and they never delivered it, no notification and I have been calling for 4 business days and no answer. HORRIBLE!

Order a delivery. It did not come I had to go to the store there was a line out the door I had to pick up my order but still got charged the delivery fee

Wasnt home when they tried to deliver to me. Called and told it would be next morning. I needed to do errands so I called at 10:00 was told it would go out in the 11:00 run. Called at 11:30 was told driver was running late. He just left. Said he would call driver so I would be the first delivery. Its 12:40. Still waiting. I live in Everett!

Had to reschedule because recipient wasn’t home. Order was supposed to arrive yesterday and I received an email saying order was delivered but I called the recipient and they didn’t get anything. Now I’ve been on the phone for 45 minutes and still havent been answered.
