The entire process went smoothly from the time we scheduled our appointment to our actual visit. The office staff were courteous and professional. Dr. William Kennedy was great in explaining everything that needed to be done for our child. He was very gentle and kind when he was examining our child. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a ENT specialist. He is knowledgeable in his craft and assured us that the condition our child had would be resolved. 5 stars across the board!
I had a nice experience with the front desk service in welcoming me to the clinic. Dr Kennedy is a very pleasant personality and he conducted a detailed assessment of my sinus issue. I am very pleased with all the services I received at this clinic. My sincere thanks to Dr Kennedy and staff !
Reston ENT has been great to us. Dr. Hwang is available whenever we have come with crisis and has always been good answering questions or concerns about different things. Highly recommend him and this place!
Excellent care. Competent friendly staff. Dr. Kennedy is a great physician.
The Dr was able to squeeze me in immediately! She was gentle and knowledgeable. I had a painful infection in my nose and was given the medication to clear it up. The office staff was friendly and very helpful. They followed up with me quickly. Overall I was very impressed and grateful.
Was referred to Dr Hwang by my PCP for Epistaxis aka nosebleeds. Laura, a Physician Assistant, examined me & discussed my experiences with multiple nosebleeds over the last month. She saw a crusted spot in right nostril on septum & ultimately chemically cauterized the extruded blood vessel beneath. That evening, I noticed that the cauterizing agent must have dripped down the nostril because I had a gray ‘burn’ all the way down to my skin at the nostril entrance, hope it doesn’t remain visible much longer. Laura was very good, but I never saw Dr Hwang at all.
Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time to answer questions and is informative. I am so glad to have found his practice.Dr Kim is also very knowledgeable and meticulous administering the hearing test. They are both great doctors who show compassion and kindness.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim, the audiologist for a few years now and am very pleased with her knowledge and guidance in choosing the right hearing aids. I’ve also seen Dr. Lee twice and have found him to be knowledgeable and kind. I’m very happy with this practice and would heartily recommend it.
I had a great visit to treat my vertigo. This was my second time to Reston ENT and both times I received great care. Everyone was polite and respectful to ensure I had a good experience. Everything was explained to me and I was very comfortable throughout.
All the people at the office were beyond helpful. They were very helpful in filling out the little computer questions as I am not proficient with it.They listened patiently and attentively to all my explanations. In all, they were a wonderful group. Dr. Lee explained what the procedure would entail clearly so Id be very knowledgeable. Id recommend them.
I had sinus issues for over two years and Dr. Edwin Lee is the only one who took the time to listen to me. Not only is he an excellent professional but he is also caring. The receptionists are very cordial especially Michelle and nurses are all nice especially Shelby. Many thanks.
Terrible experience at their Fair Oaks office just now. I wont mention the doctor but saw her today due to an incident involving difficult in equalizing while diving two weekends ago. I wasnt asked about pain and from her facial expression and responses I dont think she knew much if anything about what I was experiencing. I kept talking about my symptoms and getting generic responses. When I was asked about breathing through my nose I said yes I had had issues for years since falling into a brick wall as a child and no mention of checking for a deviated septum but said it could be allergies and left it at that. I kept repeating that none of this happened prior to the dive and that Id even coughed up some blood after surfacing. None of it seemed to register. She checked my ears with I believe and otoscope but it had no cover and I can only assume had been sanitized after the last person who had it in their ear. And (while I understand this because it was about a child and a relative) she received a call notification and if the earlier part of the session wasnt bad enough I felt even more rushed after that. She told me nothing more than the general practitioner I saw the day after the incident and the medics with DAN (Divers Alert Network) but did suggest a hearing test after I said it felt muffled at times (not always). DAN who have experience specifically with diving suggested it was a rather common middle ear barotrauma and I mentioned that but she just said she hadnt seen anything. I suppose the test is just yet another way to make money for the practice. When I called the main number to try to speak to someone, apparently their office manager was out as well and I was told theyd be in touch though the gentleman I spoke to was professional and tried to help.Based on this one experience though I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone, especially diving or pressure related. It was a completely unacceptable appointment!
The staff was super nice and competent from the receptionist to the tech who takes your info, the PA, the audiologist, and finally to Dr Hwang himself who is approchable and doesn’t talk down to his patients. The only drawback I can think of is that it took 6 weeks to get an appointment. Still not enough to take anything away from the 5 stars.
Great staff and nice Doctor. Very efficient and no wait time which is always helpful
Everyone was so caring and professional. I felt that my concerns were met with utmost care and the doctor and his staff were very thorough.
Dr Hwang and his staff were excellent and I look forward to going back. Dr Hwang was very detailed in explaining the process and was actively engage in the patient doctor conversation. Having a receptive doctor makes all the difference to me, cause if I’m paying for a service I expect the best service you can provide and that includes listening and being empathetic when needed.
I was able to get a quick appointment at the Fair Oaks office and Dr. Hwang did a fantastic job. I have very sensitive ears and he was very careful to limit pain, and also answered all the questions I had. His staff is great too!
This was my first visit to Reston ENT & I will certainly return if necessary. The staff were all polite and efficient. I only needed a hearing test for my yearly physical but Dr Colgrove patiently answered all my questions; the audiologist was equally professional. I recommend this practice.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with the level of the knowledge of latest research and how it might relate to me. I appreciate their level of patience with my questions and their genuine interest in understanding what I am experiencing. I never felt rushed or dismissed.
The fastest Ive ever gotten in to see the medical pros! Everyone was professional, friendly, caring. Overall a lovely experience.
Dr. Lee is the best. Very thorough and so nice.
Excellent team! Everyone is pleasant, professional and efficient.
I was able to get an appointment within two days. Dr. Lee always helps me and I feel confident in his diagnosis.
Everyone I came in contact with was so professional. I had surgery on my throat and went to office for follow-up after surgery.Dr. Hwang was the surgeon who performed the surgery. He was very comforting and explained everything in a way that I understood. Great doctor and office follow-up.
Great staff, easy in and out and time spent talking to really understand my issues and concerns. Groovy staff.
I had to change audiologiest because my first one (for 15 years) become unavailable due to COVID-19. Dr. Hannah him was friendly, effective, and clear in her communications. She made sure I understand the steps she is taking to repair my hearing aids. I hope and expect to have her as my favorite audiologist in the future. The office staff made my first visit easy and quick. So the whole operation of RestonENT was impressive.
Dr. COLGROVE explained my condition and treatment very well and handled the wound with great care. She also provided a very fast follow up for the CT scan result (in a few hours!) to ease my mind! I really appreciate that. All the support staffs are very friendly and through as well.
The staff are courteous and efficient. Dr. Nicole Colgrove was very gentle and courteous and knowledgeable of her area of practice.
Very afishent clean office very happy office great Doctor.
Reston ENT accomplishes the clinical task through a team concept. You talk with both support staff and physician. Its a great clinical method. In particular, Dr. Nicole Colgrove possesses both the clinical skills and the conversational tone to put you at ease. You end your session feeling as though...Everythings goin to be alright. So, get that procedure youve been putting off. Reston ENT...a great place to begin your healing.
The medical care was top notch - 5 stars. The new patient info entry was exhausting; I entered online all the info I was going to enter (not my SS #) BEFORE the appt., yet I was given a tablet that I had to go over / confirm all the info AGAIN, when I got there. The online appointment confirmations dont conspicuously show the OFFICE Address. This is important....BECAUSE...I made the appointment over the phone, based on web listing that showed a Reston ENT office location at INOVA campus - the appointment taker never mentioned that the INOVA location was closed, AND the 2 pronged email and text appointment reminders do not conspicuously emphasize the office address of where your appointment is. I didnt ask where the office was when making appt, because I was calling the phone # associated with the INOVA office info posted on web.......uggggggghhh.
So happy I found Dr Hwang/Reston ENT. The staff is amazing – helpful, patient, friendly, professional, and always provide exceptional customer service. I am always impressed at how I never wait over even 2 minutes after check-in. They always answer the phone quickly and are great with scheduling. Dr Hwang is very thorough and patient- I always feel like he answers all my questions/never rushes me through the appointments and is willing to work with me to find solutions. I did the allergy testing too, and she was so great and helpful. Overall, extremely happy with the practice and highly recommend!
I consistently find that the staff both at the front desk and the staff that support the doctors are professional but also very caring in their approach. That is not true in all health care offices. These people clearly love their work. I also cant say enough about Dr. Colgroves attention to my concerns and her communication manner to get my feedback and. to share all options to address my treatment.
92 yr old client of mine had clogged wax in ear. Dr. And All staff so Nice, Gentle,Polite, and Professional!Made 92yr old client feel so Safe and comfortable!!Thank YouCaregiverAlison
Excellent staff!! Dr Laura Norman PA, you speak with a gentle voice and no rush ... Thank you so much for everything 😊
Great doctors and staff. Have been using them for over a decade and had an extremely successful sinus surgery with Dr. Hwang
Dr. Colgrove was just wonderful with my 89 year old mom! In fact, the entire staff was very friendly and most helpful, making it a very nice experience. The waiting time was next to nothing!
Every professional I interacted with at the practice was polite and helpful. The doctor himself was thorough as also the NP & the nurse who took my details.
Staff were all very courteous and compassionate. Dr. Colgrove took her time examining my mother and explained all of her findings clearly. We left feeling confident with our plan of care.
I was suffering from severe ear pain for 3days and scared. Ms. LAURA NORMAN diagnosed the actual root cause and helped me within few minutes by removing my ear wax gently. She was very understanding and caring while treating me. I was able to resume my normal activities within 30 minutes after the treatment. Wonderful care by the ENT professionals⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From check-in through testing, discussions and check out, this practice and employees are among the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended.
Very professional and quickly determined my concerns and corrected the same.
I love this practice! Everyone is so nice. The Drs. and Nurses are so knowledgeable.
Very helpful, very professional, no waiting, fast and quick
Dr. Colgrove and her staff were very professional during my in-person visit. The check-in was hassle free and the doc did a thorough checkup of ENT and was in no hurry. I highly recommend this doc for all your ENT needs.
My recent visit to your practice was EXCELLENT in all respects. Everyone was very polite, respectful and extremely professional in every way imaginable!
I reached out Reston ENT for my jaw pain (possible gland issue) and post nasal dripping . The doctor kindly addressed both issues. Luckily (thank God) did not have major issues. The doctor helped me understand the possible root cause for post nasal dripping and provided me printed guide on things to avoid. The front desk was also very convenient. The forms are esign rather painfully writing your Biodata on multiple papers..(Thank God..)
Very efficient and professional. Excellent exam of vocal chords.
Great practice. It was easy to secure an appointment and complete the necessary forms. Dr. Nicole Hargrove was excellent.
Very professional treatment. Front desk is very nice
Outstanding doctors and staff!Thoughtful layout of the waiting room to ensure proper social distancing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.Dr. Hwang is one of the areas Top ENT Doctors....you will find someone who actually cares about you as a patient. And if you are fortunate enough to work with Renee, you will find out how fantastic she is...she is thorough in her explanations and helps you understand every little detail.
COVID-19 precautions were excellent. Office staff were polite and efficient. Dr. Kim adjusted my hearing aids, evaluated my hearing level and arranged for another doctor to evaluate me concerning my vertigo problem. I am happy to have found these doctors and the practice.
I was referred to Dr. Daniel Hwang regarding possible signs of acid reflux during my dental cleaning. This appointment confirmed it. That said, I was scheduled for 8:00 am. I arrived 2 minutes late and texted the provided number upon my arrival. I immediately received a message informing me to come up.This office is also paper less. I received several reminders prior to my appointment to fill out as much information as possible through their portal. At the front desk, I was asked for my insurance card and ID, to save time I already made a copy of both. There were a few things I didn’t sign so I was given an iPad to complete my profile account. I didn’t wait long in the waiting room. I think maybe 5-7 minutes before I was called by a medical assistant (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name). She checked my temperature before I followed her into the room. Everyone I’ve encountered has been polite, professional and kind.I had the pleasure of meeting Laura, their newest team member, she’s a physician assistant. She asked me a few questions then explained the procedure that needed to be done step by step. After being numbed, I met Dr. Hwang who performed the painless and quick procedure. Once it was over he showed me what he did. He provided recommendations and guidelines for me to follow/make adjustments to my diet. I appreciate him not prescribing any medication. He said it wasn’t necessary and to follow up if needed.I had a great first time experience. Thank you everyone at Reston ENT. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Hwang.
This place is great. It. Pilsner have been a better experience. All Aces!
Courteous staffs and professional team of physician group
Ive been a patient at Reston ENT for several years due to allergies (mostly). They solved issues I had been having for years, in a couple of visits. I highly recommend them! The staff is friendly, and their expertise is clearly evident.
I was referred to this office and Dr. Lee by my internal medicine doctor. I made my appointment and arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and called ahead to get the okay to come upstairs to the office like I was asked. After filling out more paper work I was called back into a room and asked about my symptoms by a nurse and then she informed me that the doctor would be in. A few minutes later a doctor came in who was not Dr. Lee who I made the appointment with and she introduced herself and began to ask me about my issues. I informed her that my appointment was made with Dr. Lee and that is who I wanted to see. She said that was fine she would leave and she explained she came in because he was with another patient. I do not know who told her to come in to take over my case and I was never informed that Dr. Lee was with another patient. She left the room telling me that she would tell Dr. Lee I was waiting. I was a bit taken back by this unannounced change of doctors and was wondering if this is your standard practice to switch doctors on new patients from the one they have made appointments with. I did not appreciate this switch nor the 35 minute wait I had before I saw Dr. Lee. However, Dr. Lee was kind and knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue and I left feeling satisfied. If I recommend this practice I will forewarn people about my attempted switch a roo and tell them to speak up for the specific doctor that they made their appointment with.
He was very professional and did a great job
Always efficient and very helpful. Excellent staff and Dr. Edwin Lee is the absolute best!!
Friendly staff. Exceptional customer service!
I had an appointment on December 31, I went for an intense earache, the doctor who treated me spoke very fast (my first language is not English, anyway I am paying for a service and I think you should take the time to talk, explain and ask and make sure the patient understands and explains everything), she told me that I might need a procedure, but we were going to try a medicine for a month, and that in a month I would have a consultation with her again, she told me to go to the counter and there they would tell me what medications I needed (they did not), wait a few days and called the pharmacy to see if they had ready and they told me that the doctor didnt send a prescription for me, I contacted the Reston Ear Nose and Throat center again, and they told me that there was no prescription and I explained what the doctor said, that I needed to use a spray on my nose for a month and she said ah! yes flonase but you dont need a prescription for that. I mean they didnt explain any of that to me, nobody! They could easily tell me the doctor indicates to buy FLONASE (give me the name on a piece of paper), and tell me to buy it directly at the pharmacy. I am not from here, I think it is important to ensure the treatment they give to patients because a service is being paid.A month later late at night I got a call that was a recording telling me that in two days I had the appointment again and that if I wanted to cancel I had to do it 24 hours before so they dont charge me, as I dont know how things work here, (I moved here to the USA a couple of months ago) I called the next morning (23 hours before) and they told me that I still had to pay $ 60 to cancel the appointment (i explained that i called the earliest i could and she said you can leave a message and i didnt know that) my experience was extremely EXPENSIVE, and the service was very bad, disappointing!!! 👎👎👎
Dr. Lee really listens, and was able to do a quick and comfortable laryngoscope diagnostic procedure to identify my problem. He explained, in easy to understand language, how to treat my issue. Great experience!
I had a positive experience at Reston ENT. They were COVID Safe, prompt, thorough, professionally excellent, and friendly.
Very professional. The doctor I saw quickly diagnosed my condition and gave me written instructions on how to deal with it. I was seen by a doctor in a very short time after my arrival.
Fast efficient service
Pleasant experience for a somewhat uncomfortable procedure. Very professionaly staffed, clear COVID19 safety measures in place, no need to concern oneself. Dr. Lee is personable and probably more so when one can view our faces.
Always a pleasant experience going to Reston ENT, everyone is so friendly and smiling...even behind their mask!Especially like to call out Dr Hannah Kim, she is very professional and explains everything in a very easy way to understand....Thank you Dr Kim :)Highly recommend them...William Manfredi
Good experience. no real problems. Some advance info I was asked to provide before the appointment was included again in info I was asked to provide on a tablet when I arrived. I found you could click through the qustions and see info previously provided.
I was seen at the scheduled time and was given a diagnosis that I am confident is correct. The interaction with Dr. Lee and the nurse practitioner was professional and cordial. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr. Hwong (sp) was extremely dismissive, he didn’t fully consider my issue nor did he provide a long-term solution for my issue. Additionally, he never called in the prescription that he suggested he would. I’ll likely never return to that particular ENT. Unless, of course, I’m able to see another doctor.
The personnel were very friendly and supportive. They were professional and knowledgeable about my condition. I would recommend them! Tony
Kind, smart, thoughtful doctors and nurses...highly recommend.
They do not care about your time and take too long to treat you. Also do not provide proper diagnosis and are too expensive. Avoid
Staff friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly. Dr. Lee was verynice, carefully explained the diagnosis. Happy to refer Reston ENT.
I do not recommend them at all. Mean staff, careless doctor. Went in for ear check and cleaning. Had to wait 20 Min. in the visiting room.I had to stop the ear cleaning procedure when the doctor stuck something in my ear being so careless and insensitive. Twice I complained about the pain as a result of his forceful method. Eventually I tried to raise my hand and When I did my hand hit his arm and whatever tool he was using went straight in to my ear canal with an excoriating pain. He should warn his patient during a procedure to not move their arms or hand to avoid such an accident. At that point I had enough and left his office.INCOMPETENT AND CARELESS.
New audiologist after my audiologist of 30 years retired. Based on my experience, I look forward to a excellent care from Reston ENT.
Drs Lee & Kim and staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Their entire team took time to listen and were very caring, and I would highly recommend Reston ENT!
I am retired military so I tend to demand precision and excellence and I was very satisfied with my experience with Reston ENT. They have a safe and effective system to keep patients protected while the COVID-19 pandemic is still a threat. They also have an extremely easy to use Patient Portal that minimizes filling out forms when you arrive and allows you to communicate with office staff. When I arrived I was prompted to come to an examination room within 5 minutes of arriving and a Medical Assistant came soon thereafter. After that a Physicians Assistant (PA) Laura met with me and performed an examination and procedure professionally and proficiently. She was an excellent listener and explained everything she was doing. After meeting with Laura, Dr. Colgrove met with me and reviewed the results of my examination and procedure and the next steps. Dr. Colgrove explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable with the process. The office staff was also friendly and helpful and explained how to get the imaging scheduled I needed next door at Reston Hospital. Extremely smooth, professional and efficient experience from start to finish! 5 star medical practice, highly recommended.
Reston ENT’s providers and office staff are excellent. Making an appointment was super easy, and I appreciate the extra precautions they take to keep patients safe.
Excellent customer service and excellent medical treatment. All around a very positive experience.
I visited Reston ENT for ear wax removal and the process was seamless. The front desk staff were professional and check in was quick and smooth. Thank you very much dr. Laura for your help. I would definitely recommend anyone who has issues with ear, nose and throat to visit this center.
Wonderful staff and very skilled. The doctor was very nice
Went in to flush out wax after urgent care doc tried for 30 mins and couldn’t do a thing. I was impressed with the procedures at Reston ENT, everything from checking in and filling out paperwork (on an iPad!) to being seen quickly. I was in and out in about 10 mins and the doc who helped me was friendly and efficient. Thank you!
Staff was nice, but I never got to see Dr Lee that I had an appointment with. There was a young lady doctor whose name I do not remember. She sent me to a couple of tests in name of dr Lee, including MRI of brain, which I got done very quickly. Unfortunately, no calls about results until 1,5 months later... That’s the reason why I chose another doctor in the end.
Staff very professional and have an excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend.
Dr. D. Hwang and his nurse Abby are super nice and professional. I feel comfortable in their care. Highly recommended.
As a new patient I was able to get an appointment within days. The staff and doctors were competent and caring.
The best and least painful (none) ear cleaning ever in an efficiently run office. Thank you.
Had a first visit here. Very nice staff. Dr Amy is so good. All doctors are very nice. There was a very minimal wait time even on a busy day. Had a great experience.
Dr. Hwang and staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hwang was attentive and seemed to care about details and making certain our questions and concerns were taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Hwang and we will continue to see him concerning ENT issues.
I would not trust them with health issues. No better than a regular primary or internal medicine office. I was not satisfied so I’ll continue to look for a place that can resolve my concerns. And yes like the other reviews said they do not put you with the MDas you requested. Maybe he just wants to see the patients he would do surgery for.
I was very pleased with the service 😋
While the medicine is fine, the customer service is horrible. They do not have hours available for school age children and when requesting the records get transferred to another place they claimed the serum was so super-secret that no one but them could make it. Even when trying to use them to make the serum they claimed THEY had to do the first shot every time. DO NOT USE if you ever want to move to another facility or you will be forced to start over, as my son is!
Requested medical records for prior procedures performed due to moving out of state. Informed by representative on phone that I should use the form on their website, to submit the request. Received a return phone call that they would charge me $15 for my records (despite providing for free to other physicians, who for some reason has more of a right to freely access MY health care records than I do), despite this charge not being listed on their website or on the request form. I asked why this flat fee was being charged (and not based on actual time or materials), and why it wasnt charged to all. Was informed bluntly that is was their policy and it wasnt going to change. I asked to see a copy of the policy, since it wasnt displayed or relayed to me during the initial request, and was told it was not written down. Policies such as this prevent patients from being an active member of their care team, prevent them from owning their health care decisions and as such are very unprofessional.
I’m very grateful to Dr. Hwang for both his expert medical treatment and his caring, concerned manner. He was truly an answer to my prayers when my ears—and world—went silent. Now my hearing is back, and I couldn’t be more thankful to him.
The wait time was pretty short, 15 minutes at the most. When I got back there I met the PA who was very nice, and was willing to answer all my questions without rushing. She performed a minor procedure on me and everything went smooth and was very happy with the results.
Dr. Lee and Dr. Hwang are both amazing surgeons with great bed side manners. They have pretty much taken care of my whole family. Office staff are courteous and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND their practice!
On time appointment. Dr. actually listens to my concerns.
THIS OFFICE HAS THE WORST STAFF EVER. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR 20-30 MINUTES AT A TIME. ONE DAY I STOPPED IN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE GRUMPY LADY AT THE DESK WAS ON THE PHONE AND SHE ASKED ME WHAT DO YOU WANT I SAID POLITELY I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. SHE SAID I AM GOING TO ME ON THE PHONE AWHILE SO GO SIT DOWN OBVIOUSLY I JUST LEFT. THEN I CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE RECEPTIONIST PUT DOWN THE WRONG DAY AND I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT IT UNTIL THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR A NO SHOW, NOW THEY KEEP BILLING ME AND THREATENING ME TO PAY FOR THIS NO SHOW. I KEEP CALLING THE OFFICE AND THE RECORDING IS DISTURBING BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY GO THROUGH PRESS 1,2,3,4 WHEN YOU PRESS THE NUMBER YOU WANT THEY GO OVER THE NUMBERS AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL YOU START PUSHING AND FINALLY GET ANOTHER RECORDING TO COME ON TO SAY WAIT FOR THE NEXT AGENT. THEN THEY SCREAM AT YOU WHEN YOU WANT TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON AND NOT ANOTHER RECORDING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE JUST BECAUSE THE STAFF DOESNT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE POOR DOCTORS IN THIS OFFICE SHOULD FIRE THEM ALL AND GET SOME PEOPLE WITH COMPASSION AND KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO TALK TO PATIENTS.
Its always a pleasure to head in to Reston ENT. Everyone, from Abby scheduling to Hannah (the audiologist), Emily (the PA), to Dr. Lee himself are fantastic and will make you feel at home there. Dr. Lee has a presence that calms you down as soon as he steps into the room, and all of the staff there are talented at their jobs. Would highly recommend using them for any ENT needs you have.
