If you ordered online to pick up at the store (curbside pick up is available), you will need to press the online order button after you walk into the store. The button is located on your left right after/next to the carts. Its easily missed because there is a large covid info sign right in front of it. I ended up pressing the button twice because no one came to help as I watched cashier checking out customers. I finally got one if the cashier behind the counter, and a nice lady when to the back and fetched my order. It was very fast, and she verified it was me with my ID, not email.

Very large selection of craft items. I love how big the marker section is. I think this store has the largest selection of markers ive ever seen. I was looking for fabrics, the selection is very slim, but they did have what i needed. The staff was very helpful in helping me find everything i needed. The line wasnt very long, but they still opened another register so we werent waiting long at all.

This was my first time in a Michael’s and was overwhelmed by the size of the store! Every craft you could imagine had its own aisle. I could have spent many hours in there but sadly ran out of time. I’ll definitely be back.

Wow, they have so much cool stuff! I started wanting to scrap book, make candy, paint something, and on and on. This place for sure got me inspired. I ended up buying chocolate molds and made little tombstones.

Some of the staff is very nice but my experience with one of them was not the best. Very rude and sassy for no reason. If you’re going to work in a client-based environment please learn how to communicate politely with people.

UPDATED: This store has really gone downhill fast. I had to downgrade it to a single star. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it was an absolute mess. They shouldnt have opened that day. There was stock all over, whole aisles blocked, broken merchandise every where. Its gotten so I actually straighten stuff for them. You can take a girl out of retail but you cant take the retail out of the girl. One cashier on duty and struggling. It is chronically understaffed. We deserve better! OLD REVIEW: This place has had year plus staffing issues and manager changes which may account for general poor customer service, apparently overworked cashiers, problems with timely restocking of merchandise, damaged merchandise, messy displays and no make it classes or crafts classes. Basically they are failing to deliver what I expect from the brick and mortar business and has me looking at online options from other sellers. Its a pity because I like the merchandise, although there has been an appreciable decline in quality of findings and beads. Stores like this are making the mistake of failing to properly train staff and adequately staff the sales floor. Same mistake that caused other businesses to lose customers and fail. I worked in retail part time and full time. I know its challenging. But they need to invest in improvements.

Get place to get crafty. Supplies for all sorts of DIY crafting endeavors. They also have a good amount of Christmas and other holiday decorations.

Store is well organized. Large floral section. Large picture frame section, including custom framing. Recently they have added lots of toys - books, crafts, figurines, etc.The check out line is regularly really long, but they are pretty quick to respond and open up additional registers.Biggest complaint is there is no where to return carts in the parking lot, so with young kids it is a hassle to walk carts back to the store.

I had the nicest experience here when shopping for a shadowbox. I wasn’t quite sure which size to get and one of the employees walked me over to look at them and gave me a breakdown of which ones would be the best. Also, when I went on to find some supplies for another project, I was asked a few times how my day was going and if I needed any help. The store is very well organized and the people were very friendly and helpful.

Love this store. From seasonals to Staples they have a ton of variety. Staff is pretty helpful too with most folk being able to answer questions themselves. Great framing department. I was weary about getting framing done at Michaels as some other locations had bad reviews, but I had a gift card. The lady that helped us pick out a frame and matting and had great ideas about what color combinations to use. She even pointed out that one edge of the painting was not straight which would be more obvious after framing. The finished product looks great and I would definitely go back.

I had a relatively okay experience Michaels. It was a nice to wear with good options, but it was a little hard to find the one thing I was looking for when I was there. They also had some pretty weird toys and things at the checkout line. The people there were friendly but didnt really talk much. Its basically just an average Michaels store. Theres nothing special about it.we just came here to get some duct tape and we did get it so they did have it which is good. Its a normal Michaels.

Usually pretty great. Not a super good collection of fall items after Halloween, so no decorating or crafts for Thanksgiving, they just push out the Christmas stuff and ditch fall.

Store was extremely busy and the parking lot was a mess, but the staff was friendly and I was able to quickly find what I needed and check out. Love how they always have coupons available. Saved 40% off my purchase!

The place is closeby, friendly staff, Ive had no problem returning stuff, good offers. That being said, EVERY single item is overpriced. Recently Ive been keeping track of the prices and I find the same product is 2$ less in Hobby Lobby and also at Walmart. So even with all the coupons, Im the loser.

I went here for a Red Hat. I went to the hat section and only saw pink and white. I went to the check out and asked if they had red hats because I saw them online. The young lady working the register radioed to her warehouse manager and asked if they had red hats. She told her they do not carry red hats. I went back a few days later and they had red hats on display. Lack of product knowledge is not acceptable, especially at the management level.

It has everything but fabric. The section with sewing notion is limited. I definitely do not like the layout of the store the aisles/racks are all placed at odd angles, very frustrating. I left after 20mins with two spools of inexpensive thread, again bcuz the sewing section isnt very impressive.
