It was the worst place I have been too, I order a cake even got a call back to confirm, went to pick up the cake they didnt have, the lady I was dealing with couldnt tell me I had to ask someone else, they offered me no other cake or discount, said they didnt have a manager, I will not be back

The help was very nice. Isabelle and Katie were very sweet. However this location was very limited on flavors. Out of most of their basic ice creams. Drove very far to to be disappointed. Good thing the service was so good.

Hours of operation do not match google hours. Drove over 25 mins from another town to get icecream, all lights were still on including the menu and greeting. Simple correction that couldve saved us time and disappointment.

I went to get a chocolate malt. Was told they dont do malts anymore. A malt is what built the business. Is it because the new kids are too lazy to make a malts? I left without anything. Was just in Shawnee KS last week in line at a Baskin-Robbins. Everyone was lined up for their malts. Trust me, they know how to make them there. Baskin-Robbins owners, please stick to malts or you may losing out to Braums.

First, its 11:40 am and its not clean. Public seating is open but not wiped down. Cherry jubilee was old and tasted bad. Chocolate ice cream bar was gross. The chocolate never melts in your mouth (like a dove bar would) and it was flavorless. I cannot get the taste out of my mouth. Not happy and we will not return.

I went in tonight to celebrate my niece getting her first job. We stood there at least 10 minutes while neither employee acknowledged our presence. No one expects them to drop everything but at least say, hi, itll just be a moment or something. Then I couldnt decide between two flavors. They no longer give free samples which is disappointing but they had a sale on the front of the coolers, get a double or triple scoop and get a free waffle cone (not exact wording because I dont remember it). I figure this will work. Ill get one of each and a waffle cone. Apparently they didnt have any waffle cones either. Asked niece if she still wanted to order there. She decided we should go somewhere else.Over all poor customer service. No wonder it was empty.Next time well go to the one in Branson.And the niece chose Hurts Donuts, great service there.

It is a nice place to enjoy some ice cream and donuts. It has a drive through. Attention to customers is not the best, it could be more amicable but the products are good.

Only kept the flavor of the month in stock for 1 week, in the beginning of the month. Like how are you going to choose to not stock the Valentines day flavor on Valentines day. Its absurd. Im only upset because its my favorite flavor ever.

Hours on Google are wrong.Came here Sunday at 8pm because the Baskin website says theyre open until 9, turns out they close at 8 for cleaning.

I am amazed at how this location is out of ice cream continually. I waited three minutes for two scoops of ice cream in a cup. If this location does not get better inventory levels in place it will not last once Andy’s opens

I don’t normally leave a negative review, because I understand sometimes businesses have bad days. But last night was my third (and final) visit to Baskin Robbins/Dunkin and each visit has been terrible. So bad, that I warned my husband on the way there to keep his expectations low. We arrived an hour and 15 minutes before closing and every one of the menus were turned off inside. No one said a word about why - so we attempted to pull the menu up on my husband’s phone. We stood in line for about 10 minutes, no one acknowledged we were even there. There were four employees milling around, but not one of them said a word to us, so we walked out and went to Dairy Queen just down the road. We got to the DQ drive-they two minutes before they closed, but they still happily took our order. Five stars for DQ!

It’s a great place but the store hours need to updated if y’all are closing at 8pm.

So I wanted to get ice cream. Come to find out they are closed the hours online must not be right i have tried call over three time I’m sitting in my car I see one girl hand the phone to the other doesn’t answer it she takes it from the one girl and walks the phone to the back still doesn’t answer it. So I call again still no answer. I also get poor service every time we come in to the store. I understand they are teenagers but they need to learn customers service and how to answer a phone. They need some training!

This guy doesnt know how to scoop ice cream. Plays with it 10 times until well melted. Asked to get another scoop that the icecream was hard, did the same thing. Hey if I want good soft serve Id go to dairy queen. Forget it.

This is a wonderful Baskin Robbins. They are so sweet. I suggest the Cappuccino Blast with Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream in it.❤️

Usually bad, but the gentleman at night was very nice and courteous. Hustling well. I very much appreciated his positive attitude while he was busy, very understanding.

First time here and says its open until 11 Saturday night and at 830 its closed so we drove in the drive thru and almost out of ice and no dang cones. Never coming back.

Its really cool its shared with dunkin donuts and it makes the smell in there awesome!!!!! Its was super clean when we went and good customer service.

Was fooled by coming here for thirty- one flavors and this place only has 24 flavors. Lets call this place Basken n Robbins 24 flavors.

Service was a bit slow and we had to ask for napkins with our ice cream that was already melting, but the ice cream was good.

No more than sat down and was asked to leave as soon as possible so they could close the lobby.

The ice cream is good but the price is to high 2 Scoops in a waffle Bowl come close to $7. 00 Is that fair, We can go to Brahms for half the price and the ice cream is just as good !!!!!.

First time we visited and this will be the last they only had one flavor we ordered two scoops and received almost nothing I guess they where afraid of running out, save yourself some time and money go get Ben and Jerrys youll get four times the amount and save yourself time and money.
