Sound window solutions was able to handle our huge windows when others couldnt, and at a very reasonable price. The service was outstanding. Installation took well under an hour. Proper covid precautions were taken the whole time. They even handled the whole process of getting a warranty replacement when one of the blinds were damaged in transit. Great company to work with. Would recommend!

We were trying to decide between installing blinds ourself or having a pro come in and do it. I am SO glad we decided to have Sound Window Solutions come in and do the work for us. We have 3 very large windows, 118+ inches and not having to install that ourselves was worth every penny. We are very pleased with the level of service and communication from Brandon. His bid for the same blinds was nearly $2k less than another company we got a bid from. Even they said his bid was very aggressive and they couldn’t come close to that but did change their bid a bit less and wanted us to place their sign in our yard for a year. So I rarely rate services online, but Todd deserves one. So I had been looking for blinds/rollers for three months after moving in my home. I spoke to several vendors, but they mostly were either irritated by the fact that I didnt exactly know what I wanted, i.e. blinds or rollers/motorized. So most of they either go irritated or just stopped providing information.Enter Brandon, from our initial call; the guy was calm and accommodating, no pressure. Even better, he was willing to drive all the out to my place to slow me samples, take measurements, and he came over twice. Brandon was even willing to share the measurements he took and gave suggesting how to best obtain dimensions. We had a good experience with Brandon. This is our first time buying window shades and Brandon was very patient and helpful. We did get quotes from other companies but Brandons quote was much better compared to those. Installation was professional and was done earlier than the actual date.

Brandon is great to work with. He’s very convenient and easy to reach by text. He came the next day we contacted him, measured, put the order in and the blinds were here in a week. He is also available on weekends if you are in a close proximity. He has bunch of selection to choose from transitional blinds to faux wood to roller blinds. He also works with your pace. We took time choosing our blinds because we are first time home owners. He was patience with us as we made lots of changes. The blinds looked amazing when they were put up. We got the whole house done from him. We got honeycomb shades upstairs and got dual/banded shades downstairs. They looked very modern, the way we wanted it. I will use him in future as well and refer him to my friends as well. Definitely recommended!!!

I was so excited to find someone to purchase our window treatments from that had started his career as an installer. He knew exactly how to measure for a tricky installation with windows that werent square. His communication skills were excellent. He texted us as to exactly when our blinds would arrive and let us know when he would be at our home. Even when he was on vacation, he let us know about arrivals of product. This is the 6th time we have moved and purchased custom blinds and it is by far the best experience we have ever had.
