Have headaches from paint fumes...try Scentsations...I have horrible headaches after painting so I was suggested this...I tried the vanilla scent and I couldnt believe it. It smelled like a brand new vanilla car freshener...I loved it! And I did not have any headaches! love it!!

I walked in looking for some paint samples for my house not really expecting much...but I do remember the girl running the store was very friendly and helpful. She ended up telling me about the ongoing sale and it was actually a really appreciated comment. You know when youre having a conversation about buying something, and it just so happens that the item you want is on sale? Super coincidental? Thats how this was - not cheesy or forced or anything. Just a super casual mention. I could 100% get behind that marketing. Dont try and get me to buy something if I dont clearly need it, ya know?

Besides having fantastic product the staff is amazing. The paint I wanted is only stocked in the stores on the North side. She called a buddy in the Totem Lake store and had him bring it home. Then picked it up at his house so I could have it the next day in the Renton store. Very cool. Ill be buying more paint there.

This Sherwin Williams store in renton gave me paint to paint a garage door. When I came back to the store because the color was few shades off and sheen was incorrect they said they would cover the osteoporosis of painting the door again. They arranged a time to come out with one of there painter on Friday no show no call back to tell me it was going to be later in week. Now this is 4 weeks later to no call no way to get ahold of store manager jermey. Who originally arranged this with me. They got color shade off the sheen off then didnt follow thru with what they said would be quick. Now my customer is not satisfied from something I could not control. They definitely need to work on punctuality and customer service. I wont use them again. Chris conner ceo of sherwin needs to work on his stores customer service.
