I purchased a recumbent bike today. Ron and his staff are so nice and helpful. They truly went above and beyond by helping me get the item in my vehicle. It works perfectly.The store is well organized an immaculate. Ill definitely shop there again.

I thought I purchased something from them via OfferUp but then when I showed up they said they sold it to someone else. I put in my offer last night and they said Okay sounds good. But apparently in their version of the English language, that is not agreeing to sell something. So I completely wasted an hour and 20 minutes of my day driving down there and back home.When I asked if this is the way they usually do business, he said that he hadnt had a complaint in 16 years. By the looks of these reviews, that is not at all true!

Excellent customer service!! Called to inquire about a baseball mit and they gave me all if their options available and when I went to the store it was very clean and organized! Staff member was very helpful and cheerful!

Went here the other day at 11:30. It was closed. Dont know if there closing down or different hours because of covid.

I went in a few times when I moved into the area. 2016. The items are not thoroughly cleaned before being put on the display floor. The items are a bit dingy and worn down. You can find better items new on Amazon for half the price. Customer service wanst all that great. Men clients get acknowledged more quickly than women. Sorry but Amazon won my business.

Great place to cash or trade in your sports equipment that is sitting around the garage for another sports equipment that is of interest to you or you can donate it to them. Good customer service and nice equipments new and used.

Ron is such a nice, kind & helpful owner. I got a NorticTrack elliptical at first, but had some strange noise in the wheel, then change to a Schwinn, deliver twice all free, Works great! and worry free!!

Called to check on equipment my husband brought in and was told he wouldnt deal with me and was NOT trying to get in the middle of something. Complete assumption on the owners part. Didnt think people so unprofessional could actually have a business. Will NEVER go there.

Went in to buy a SUP and while talking to the owner he mentioned he n his wife were going to Costa Rica and taking an Inflatable Standup Paddleboard. They could check it as luggage rather than pay an Oversized fee to check a Rigid paddleboard. I chose an inflatable, and the Entire family, including the grandkids LOVE IT.GREAT STORE AND THE OWNER TOO.👍👍

Bought an elliptical and then had doubts if it was the correct fit for me. Im 48 with uneven legs and though I never have had an issue using an elliptical, but Ive had a knee injury since then and only used Precor (way out of my price range). I spoke to the owner about if possible I could exchange it for a reclining bike if that worked out better. We agreed that I could come by the following Saturday (my bf and I work nights). We came by this past Saturday, I checked out the bikes and they didnt fit right. I went with the initial purchase. When I got home I realized my phone was missing and figured it fell out of my pocket. I checked my car and looked in the apartment to no avail. I called the store and an employee said no one turned one in. I found out Sean had called to deliver it and I was going to ask him to call me if the phone turns up at his store. When Sean arrives with the elliptical and when he gets out he hands me my missing phone. Though I had people to help with getting the elliptical up the stairs he still made wed be alright (my bfs grandfather is not one to idly sit by and let others do the work). Once up the stairs it was easy to wheel in.Much thanks to Sean and Terri for your assistance, patience, understanding and delivery to Auburn. Thank you also for bringing my phone :D.Also thank you for non-pushy, friendly staff. :)Will come back in the future and check out other items.

I go here semi-frequently. Every single time the staff has been very helpful, even once giving me a helping hand to load a kayak into the back of my SUV.

Be careful. They bait and switch with ads on Craigslist. The prices are reasonable but they are not as good as their ads make them it to be. Certain not worth the long drive down.

Sales attendant was very polite. Willing to help with information. Not pushy.

Called the day before about bringing in a treadmill giving model number and whatnot and was told they take it. Lugged it to truck and out of truck and was told we dont take that brand. So I lugged it back in truck and have to lug it home. Waste of time, gas, and energy. Asked for even $10 for it and was told no...Never liked this place to begin with and now despise it. Jip joint, high prices for used crap you can buy new.
