Each time Ive come into this store I have been promptly greeted and offered some assistance with/for whatever I am in need of. And the offer of help is genuine. Its not the fake hospitality greetings you get from most customer service employees. The store is always clean and tidy and you can generally always find what your looking for. When it comes to pricing Ive always found it to be competitive without being greedy. Im sure you all know what I mean. Anywho... My parting thoughts/suggestions are this... if you have never stopped in, whether to browse or to buy (they have a TON of great items to choose from), then you most definitely should! Or, if you have been a customer in the past but had an unsatisfactory experience, perhaps because of an employee or item pricing etc, you should definitely reconsider giving the shop, and its great selections, another go.🤗😊

This is the best cigar shop with the best quality cigars that you can fine also these guys take very good care of their cigars theres not one time I went there and there was a dry cigar not one. You guys should come check it out if you likes cigars and They have other merchandise as well however their cigars shines better than most cigar shops.You diffidently need to come here. For the best cigar and smokes in Renton. Did I mention They have an amazing collections of cigar Aficionado top reviewed cigar here. And they always have A-Fuentes hemming ways.

Dont listen to the low reviews these other people are posting. I am new to the area, and was looking for my new go to tobacco shop that was close by. They are the real deal with cigars, and the store clerk went above and beyond by offering recommendations and even a free portable humidifier packet with my bag of cigars. Cigars are labeled with description and some are labeled with their ranking in Cigar Aficionado.

Great selection of cigars and the customer service was good too. The guy was super friendly and was very attentive. The place was clean and his humidor set up look very promising. Only set back was that I felt the prices were a bit higher then Id hope but if I ever am looking for that selection of cigars I cant find anywhere else, I dont mind pay alittle extra I guess.

Very poor customer service. Constantly give bad information.

Staff was discourteous and would not take any of the items out of the cases for examination. I went to purchase s birthday gift for a friend of mine and was questioned upon entry. A tazer flashlight that cost $40 elsewhere was $200 here.... ridiculous prices...I even thought while there that there is no way this place sells anything at these prices and it is a front for something else....lol... an truly unreal experience experience.

I come here often and probably will not return. I would say if you are picking up tobacco products cool but shop around for glass and accessories this place is not the place.Reply to Owner - yes very true in the area but there are other stores in the state that I am suggesting other people should check if they can. Get your money but as the consumer if I know of better priced and better quality products why not suggest that if people are patient they can find a deal. I only purchased that banger because I was desperate and I paid you and you made your money. Hey you cant make everyone happy. AND This is my 2nd experience in your store where I felt odd about our interacting and transaction. Maybe its you; maybe its me but we shouldnt interact in the future.

They sold me a fake smok v8 vape pen that broke after 2 weeks. Dont buy from this place go somewere eles. I ordered the same thing directly from the company online and now i have a real one. Dont trust these people they sell knock offs, counterfeit, fake vape pens.

This small businesses is very good if you like smokin, vaping, or other smoking accessories and items such as cigars. The people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable about cigarettes and most vaping supplies, and wont sell you on something youre not ready for.
