Absolutely fantastic service. I received exceptional information on doing concrete epoxy and working with the employees at Reno Paint Mart resulted in a nearly perfect DIY project. One year later and my epoxy flooring is holding up like its still brand new. Skip the cheap Home Depot / Lowes epoxy kits and head to RPM. They have everything you need and more. Photos are before and after concrete repair and PPG Aquapon epoxy.

Great customer service in a timely manner!..Called Reno Paint Mart for 15 gallons of paint and Jorge informed it it would be ready in two hours. I sent my wife to pick up the paint as I was busy priming the house, and he treated her very kindly as well as loading all of that paint into the car. Kudos to Jorge and the crew at Reno Paint Mart! Its refreshing to receive excellent customer service. We will definitely be back!!

If you need help picking paint colors, Tina Laramie is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Ask for her when you call. She personally came to our house and nailed our paint palette in about an hour. Tina understands color and takes in all of the elements of your home including architecture, surroundings, landscape, hardscape and personal preference. Tina is energized, passionate and doesnt stop until she creates the perfect color combination. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The company i work for buys paint and lacquer from them all the time. They are very accurate when matching colors and also very prompt. I needed a clear coat for some outdoor furniture I was building and they recommended a very easy to use yet amazing product. The staff is very knowledgeable.

We also recently scheduled an in-home consultation with her which was incredibly helpful in choosing colors for the interior. We are so thankful that Reno Paint Mart offers this consultation service!

This is a very nice paint store, friendly staff, small town feel. Folks are happy to help, and they really do try to have a little bit of anything you might need for a painting project.

I really appreciate the personal service at rpm. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The product lines are excellent and there is a repair shop as well as a design center. Way better that a big box we do it all store... They do paint and paint supplies and they do it well.

Very knowledgeable staff great products. My only complaint is restocking when they run out of something it seems to take days to a week to get back in house. I have had to drive to their Truckee location to pick up items that take them days to have shipped from Truckee to reno.

Wonderful staff, incredibly helpful. They know basically everything there is to know about painting. So much better than the service you get in the big box home improvement stores and with a much, much better selection of high-quality paints, stains and supplies. Will go out on any limb to make sure you get the color and finished product you want whether youre a diy homeowner like myself or a contractor who actually knows what theyre doing. :D Cannot recommend this place enough.

I purchased my first home, and was very excited about putting my own touches on it, but didnt know where to start. Paint is the easiest way to change the look and feel of your home, so I went to Reno Paint Mart. They have a design center where, for a very, very small fee, a color expert helped me choose the right shades of paint to fit my style and my rooms (based on furniture colors, lighting, etc.) I felt like I had my very own decorator at my fingertips. I absolutely loved my experience, and was able to paint my entire interior for a fraction of what I thought it would cost. The staff is extremely helpful -and I was shocked at their paint prices- many lines are less expensive than home depots comparable line, and I know the quality is better with the brands RPM carries. I would highly recommend supporting this local business in lieu of the big box stores!!!!!

Fantastic place. Randall the auto specialist helped me paint two cars; great advice and he gave me several deals on rental of the compressor and paint supplies; Randall also did a match for a long out of production mercedes paint code that was right on the money.

Staff was so helpful in picking out a color for a our living room. Who know there could be so many versions of tan?? Love supporting a local business even if it is a bit more pricey, so worth it.

Weve been going to Reno Paint Mart for YEARS and have always received impeccable service, both on the purchasing AND planning sides. The Design Center has Color Experts readily available to assist with picking out the best paint and color, which is huge for us since interior design isnt really our thing. The associates are so helpful when it comes to picking out the right paint for our DIY projects, which makes shopping here such a nice change from the bigger stores in Reno (they usually have NO clue what to suggest). If youre looking for a paint store that does more than just sell paint, then this is your place!

Mostly positive experience here. Local reno paint supply company. A bit on the pricier side compared to help depot, but you get what you pay for! My only complaint is I bought 5 gallons of paint and a couple months later brought the bucket back to get another gallon. Was told since it didnt have sticker saying paint name all they could do was try to match it the best they could. You should be able to bring the bucket back to the store and get the same paint if you need more. Due to someone there not properly marking the bucket now I may not be able to finish my job with matching paint.

We went in to get paint. Our first experience was good, however we discovered after painting the majority of our project the last gallon was a slightly different color. We went back and they said it was a manufacturer error and we had to take it up with them. Looking more closely all gallons were royal blue cr-2624 except for one the last gallon was royal blue ig-4024. Now because of this we have to re-do the whole thing Costing hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Not especially pleased with this locally run establishment!

Additionally, Bethany was able to help me find that perfect Greige which can be difficult after hours upon hours of searching images on Pinterest! Bethany was so patient with me during my search for the perfect colors and had a lot of great ideas.Additionally, if you are ever in need of matching custom colors, dont hesitate to give them a call. After I called with some specific pantone colors I needed to match, the crew at Reno Paint Mart was able to get me some awesome samples within 24 hours.Thanks RPM!
