I have been dealing with Accellence Home Medical Equipment for several months now and I highly recommend them. I could not be happier with the equipment and service I have received. They are extremely friendly and accommodating---and every single time I have needed anything, be it supplies, information or help with my equipment---they always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are taken care of.

I was in need of medical equipment following a total knee replacement. I couldn’t find a company that would help me right away. It had been 10 days since surgery and I was desperate. With one phone call, expressing my needs, Lori had me set up and equipment ready for pickup right away. Which equipment in stock made very fast. My friend picked it up and had it at my house in a couple of hours. Thank you Accellence

Accellence is FANTASTIC!!!! The staff is awesome and i NEVER had a problem ordering or receiving my supplies. I have been a customer there for 5 years now and will continue to be one. I’ve mainly dealt with Priscilla when ordering and picking up CPAP supplies and again NEVER had any problems.

I just recently started using a c pap machine. Priscilla has been so patient and so helpful and encouraging to me in this transition. Great place and very accommodating. I now sleep well. I highly recommend this place!

Edwin did a great job of setting up a hospital bed for my wife. After my wife passed he came and got the bed and other medical equipment. He was a big help to our family.

People who complain about this company apparently havent worked with their competition lately. I cant say enough about the amazing lengths Accellence went through for a brand new customer, getting my supplies expedited and in my hands within days of switching over to them. I have severe bipolar disorder and when I dont get enough sleep, it can trigger mania and has caused suicide attempts in the past. I had a hole in my air hose and I had been waiting more than 3 weeks for a replacement from the company we were using before, and Accellence got me a replacement the day after we contacted them.I want to thank Priscilla and Lori (sp?) publicly for going above and beyond for me and helping me and my family get through a very difficult time. Their efforts may have quite literally saved my life, and I will forever be grateful! :D

The staff at Accellence Home Medical were kind and very helpful.They went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I was having with my portable oxygen concentrator and it wasnt even purchased from them!They swiftly provided alternatives and tested my unit and then swapped out for a newly refurbished unit without any cost!Julia and Priscilla were wonderful!Thank you! The staff has no idea what they are doing. 4 people gave me wrong information. I wanted repairs done on my electric scooter, it took 2 1/2 months to get it fixed. You have to be proactive and call them. They NEVER call you to let you know what’s happening. The staff NEVER returns your phone call. I left a message for the owner, who did call back and made every excuse in the book. Time to take ownership of your business dude. DON’T use this company!!

Thank you so much for getting my Powerchair, its made my life much easier. Julia Humphrey was a true asset to your company she made it all worth it & Lori the office manager was also a great help. Some of the other staff is very rude & in need of training on how to treat ADA people. I hope in the future my experience is better & you could have got five stars, but I gave four stars & review to make sure people know who is helpful & what to expected.

MEAN: The Oxygen tank is unbelievably RORING LOUD! whom ever would place their oxygen tanks in an ailing persons home or room is a MEAN, UNCONSCIOUS PERSON!

Very rude staff. It is hard to get my medical supplies from them. I have to have my cannulas mailed to me if I cannot make it to their office. Nothing but rude service. I ordered my cannulas over a week ago and still have not received them. Time to look for a different company.

I have been treated very shabbily by the staff at Accellence Home Medical in Reno. Their staff is inefficient and rude. They contacted me about equipment I returned to Key Medical months ago. After I received the first phone message from them, I called back and was disconnected. My second and third messages were either lost or ignored. Then, I received a letter. By that time I was frustrated, but the staff person took it personally and hung up on me! I will never use this company again.
