I was given a time frame when the technician would call me to walk me through the steps to fix my issue. He called me within the time frame and it only took us about 20 minutes for him to log in and walk through the steps to get my issue resolved. Carlos was amazing, and very helpful!

We have not called for service in a while and when I did call they were right on it and the technician was very prompt and on time and professional. Very pleased with the response time. Thank you so much for the prompt service. I also love the way we can email directly to ourselves and others from the copier, it is in my email before I get back to my desk after I hit send!!!!!

Best printer company ever. We have several offices that use Ray Morgan printers and we have had a great experience. Machines are easy to use, supplies show up before we run out and best of all when there is a technical issue Ray Morgan is on it within 4 hours. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME. BIG THUMBS DOWN IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.

Their sales reps are great. Other than that I dont have much that I can say positive. Whenever we have an issue, the techs will do anything in their power to not come out for a service call.
