KAHLs team focuses their process on the customer and creates a complete project from evaluating options, to purchasing, delivery and set-up. My experience with their team was exceptional! We are all settled into our building after moving here a year ago with help from KAHLs team to outfit some of the spaces. I (marketing lady) volunteered to help select furnishings for a couple of rooms to accommodate growth. It was so easy to work with the KAHL team to choose from the catalog. I saw that the ordering could be very complex and I suspect architects and interior designers know just what little extra parts go with what and I had some anxiety over it. But KAHLs project manager knew what I meant and priced a full installation. He helped us revise the choices after internal review and then ordered right away after approval. They set up an installation date - and held to it! The materials arrived and they pre-fabricated as much as made sense at their shop - so, for example, the chairs just rolled off the truck already put together. I met the courteous install team and showed them the rooms and access routes—and then went back to work and didnt hear from them for a while so I checked in and they were almost already done! No issues for me, they were just focused on the work at hand which they completed perfectly without a single punchlist item; they removed all the packaging. I am glad to have a resource like KAHL for our office which is still growing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality office furnishings, affordable pricing and great customer service.
