This place is great. Everything a guitarist, bassist, and/or other musician would want in a music shop. They even offer lessons for anybody willing to learn. Tim was more than helpful, wish I had more time to talk about music with him.

Pitifully inept customer service. I attempted to buy a guitar from this joke of a music store. I wont make that mistake again.After going through a process much like pulling teeth to get my questions about the instrument answered, when I then attempted to buy it, I was completely and 100% ignored. I dont enjoy attempting to spend my money only to be completely put off. If you guys dont want to actually sell anything online, and cant bother to respond to people trying to spend money, I have some solid advice for you: dont list things online.I have purchased many guitars at many music stores over the years. I have not dealt with this type of poor customer service ever before, anywhere. I will certainly never spend a dime at Music Fuze.

I have started Bass guitar lessons and have enjoyed every one. Tim is a great teacher and patient. Especially with my limitaions. Having Severe RA and Parkinsons makes learning a stringed instrument challenging for both parties to say the least. I have also placed equipment on consignment and have no second thoughts. I sold equipment this way in the past and they are very competitive. Yes they are a distance to get to but it is worth it all around.As it has been a year I would like to say after continuous lesson on the bass and numerous items sold and bought this store is the finest music store in Reno. Maybe not the largest but Tim Lake makes it seem bigger than it truly is. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. If they dont have it they can get it. They kept me coming back.

This is a great music shop. The owner and staff are both knowledgeable and helpful. They have a nice selection of guitars and amps. Everyone is happy to answer questions and I have always had a great buying experience here. I also take lessons at the store and not only have I gained a lot of ground as a musician, I have had a blast while learning.

Best service that I have ever gotten from a music shop, The owner of the shop is a great dude and really make sure to take care of his customers, I had a guitar that I bought from him and wasn’t liking it as much as I had hoped because I chose the cheaper guitar but he hooked me up and was able to get that guitar trade it back in and I was able to get a nicer guitar for a great deal. As long as I’m in Reno I will be going to this guy for all my music needs. Highly recommend this place.

My son takes drum lessons from Matt and I am so impressed. I feel like he has a special relationship with my son and doesnt just see him as another paycheck. The rest of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They do instrument rentals for children in school as well as every type of one on one instruction. They even bought cookies from a school fundraiser my son had and open up the gumball machine to give my little one the exact color he wants. It may sound silly, but its very rare to see anyone go out of their way to make people happy. I feel very fortunate that we chose them for all of our music needs 🙂

The Muzic Fuze store in Reno is a fantastic place to visit and the owners are super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me sell my drum kit and handled the transaction with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend them for any and all of your musical instrument needs.

Amazing!!!!I signed up my children for a camp because of the convenience of the location to my workplace. How fortunate for us!!!! My 12 yr old daughter and 10 yr old son had BLAST everyday. One the way home one night my son exhaustedly told me he could not wait until the next day. I asked why. He said MUSIC CAMP I laughed at the remark, considering we had just left.We since have signed up for weekly lessons. Music Fuze is a special place for children to learn a passion for music!

They advertise consigned used equipment on Craigslist but try and pedal their specials instead of the consigned equipment youre looking for. I have never bought or sold anything with them but have attempted to buy twice, and both times were not great experiences. I would be a little annoyed if I had equipment at their store. Doesnt feel like they are being 100% honest.
