I was shopping around for a ATV. I knew inventories are low. When I found my Brute force I simply sent a email to Kawasaki of Reno. Within minutes I was talking to one of the hardest working salesmen I have ever dealt with. Marshal made sure that everything was handled and all I had to do was come in sign a couple of papers and was on my way with my new toy. Ive bought alot of new and used vehicles and this was the easiest purchase ever. Looked at the Mule on Saturday, decided Sunday to purchase, E-Mailed Jeff Sunday that my wife would bring a deposit in first thing Tuesday morning and I would pick it up and pay the balance after work if the Mule was still available. He replied back within an hour that it was still available and no need for my wife to come and give a deposit, he would hold it and would probably have it ready for pickup. He E-mailed me about 1:00 pm and said everything was ready. I was only there about a half hour or so and heading home with my new Mule. Thank you Jeff

Look around first. Bought my first ninja from this dealership. Don’t just go with this location because it’s got the title: The techs were always helpful and awesome but I’m never giving the sales people there another paycheck. I went somewhere else for a way better deal. There are other options. Love Kawasaki bikes, dislike the reno dealership because of my experience. You may have a better one. Friend of mine in the industry told me some things I didn’t know and they lost a $10,000 sale as a result. They wanted $220 for the first service to adjust the clutch and look at the chain lol. We know dealerships are expensive but that was comically overpriced For the job. Basically bought a friend a beer and he got the first service done. If you have money you’re dying to get out of your wallet because it’s too heavy and pulling your pants down, go here. They’ll also do you a favor while your pants are down and throw in a peg.

I was on a long trip passing through and noticed a weird sound coming from my Versys’ chain. Mike from the service department test rode it, figured out the issue, and had it fixed within just a few minutes - all free of charge. That guy deserves a raise! First off I bought my very first street bike from them a 2001 Honda super hawk. Then 5 years later I sold the bike back to them to chase my dreams and go back to school. So ten years later after starting a family and raising kids it was time to buy a new bike and from them of course. Jeff was amazing and wasn’t pushy at all. He was very clear he wanted what was best for me and the right bike. So I bought the 2021 Ninja ZX-6R teal and absolutely love it!! These new bikes are just amazing. As you can imagine going from a vtwin 1000 to a modern inline 4 636 the performance is a huge difference! I am 6’2 so the ride is not uncomfortable at all. However a shorter rider due to the longer wheel base may find this uncomfortable. Extremely happy with the bike and I will only buy from them and the whole staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Huge huge thanks to Reno Kawasaki!!

For being a kawi dealer they never seem to have parts stock. Even simple parts that are on the current kx bikes are not in stock. To order them it’s usually a week out.

Purchased our first side-by-side, and James was very good, especially in helping with education of differences between a Kawasaki and other brands. The 3-year warranty was really impressive. The dealership is family owned and managed, and you can tell by the awards on the wall from Kawasaki that they are one of the top performing dealerships. Good value for the money. John took the time to work with me and we finally found a new crate ZX14R in California. One week later Im in the saddle. Marshall was a big help through the whole process of receiving my new KLX110RL. When I initially called Kawasaki of Reno, I was informed that there was none in stock, and Marshall suggested I could enter on to the waiting list for one. He made it very simple and fast to give him my down payment, and reserve my spot on the list for one. As I did wait for my KLX to be shipped in, Marshall provided updates as to when it is expected to show up, and where I was in line. Once the bike was shipping in, Marshall called me immediately to notify me that it was being built, and that it would be ready to pick up the following day when I was off work. Once I came to pick up the bike, all of my paperwork was ready to be signed and I was on my way home with my new bike within minutes.
