Wayne handled everything to complete the sale of a property from beginning to end during a very difficult time for me. He was always upbeat with a positive, professional, courteous, and cheerful attitude and went above and beyond expectations. Todd was also always happily willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend their services! Tiffany, in the office, was also very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

We have worked with White Knight on several transactions, including buying and selling a few manufactured homes and owner-financing a couple of properties. They are always so thorough and detail-oriented and keep the transaction on time and very organized. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with any real estate needs in the manufactured home arena!

Horrible customer service ever since Kelly left, would never give them my business!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND!Updated response:The reason you dont see my name on anything, is because Kelly was showing me a home in Carson and I suddenly had a family emergency in Hawaii (which is where i am from) and had to leave right away! I called Kelly that same afternoon and told her I would call as soon as i got back. So that is exactly what i did a week ago. I dont know who answered the phone, but she was so condescending when I told her I had promised to call when I returned. I never made an offer, Kelly met with me, showed me the home, so at that point we were only on 1st name bases. But thank you for assuming you knew what took place!

I bought my home a year ago from this place, I still tell everyone I know that this was by far the worst place to do business, everyone at my park agrees they wouldn’t work with them again. I encourage you to look everywhere else before buying here!

I was trying to buy a mobile in Sun Valley, and the realtor was appleonia, she was nice at first great communication (so I thought ) so I put in a offer on the house. She didn’t even let the owner of the house know I put in a offer( I know this because I stopped by and talked to the owner ) because she was trying to get the house for one of her friends,. who was trying to illegally run his business off of her property. she told me that the highest offer would get the house, so when I put my offer in she left her friend know so he could put in a higher offer and then when the owner of the house approved me (after she denied her friend because she found out about his business and that he wanted to run it out of her property ) they harassed me and the owner. I would not recommend this place at all. If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would.

Michelle sold our home in Donner Springs quickly. She was great to work with and was always positive. Her and her husband helped remove large items from our home at no cost and that is still shocking to us this day. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks again -Jeff

If you are in the market for a mobile do not go anywhere else. Michelle was so helpful. She drove all over Carson helping me find the right home. I was going through a hard time and was on a tight budget. She helped me find the home for my kids and I quickly.

Pretty disappointed with Tim and Michelle. Originally met with Michelle who said things like I just sold a house nearby last week and theyre selling pretty quick. We were paying them 4500 off the top and all they did was post to their website. Hardly ever heard from either of them the whole 6 months we tried to sell our house, they only brought one person in for viewing, and when we did hear from them it was to lower the price over and over.

The agent we dealt with was nice enough but lacked truthful oversight. Both he and the seller said the house would be clean inside, outside and READY to move in to. The seller did NOTHING. She left the place a disgraceful, filthy mess. She even left old furniture in the house. We had to pay to have stuff hauled to the junk yard and spent 40 hours cleaning before we dared move in. We were delayed nearly two days moving time while on a very tight schedule. Evidently building good public relations with proper oversight and by telling the truth doesnt mean anything to White Knight. I give them a minus 10.

Where to start this place is above and beyond anything you can imagine, I was going through a rough time and they walked through every step of the way they are the best around dont go anywhere else ! Todd from the parts department fixed us up with a new door. He knew exactly what we needed and gave us a few pointers. He even met us after hours so we could pick the door up on the weekend. These guys are simply great!

If you want to sell your house, dont use them as they do not work with other Realty companies, not even their own. I Tried to make an offer on a property and the realtor completely ignored my text and refused because it was below the sellers lowest point, but that is what a counter offer is for.

Charge for restocking a part they would have to put back anyway. With todays issues you would think that would be waived.

Deals, but a shade disreputable. Got ur 6
