Well rounded place to shop for riding gear.From buckets to shoes they got it locked also special orders on point: I ask about the icon mesh af jacket they found it, ordered it and in hand upon me in no time I dawn the beginning stage of my new armor...I mean its a good place to shop for motorcycle gear. And to prepare for the coming trials the road beholds ahead.

I love this store. They have great stuff, High quality, good prices, friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and to top it off, its local. We need to support our local businesses as much as possible during these times. Highly recommend. If they don’t have what you need they will likely be able to order it for you and they have a lot of items made in the US which is wonderful.I Especially love the hair clip I bought from them, it is super high quality and has successfully kept my buttocks length hair from turning into one giant dreadlock.

These folks went out of their way to bring in a helmet for me on very short notice! No obligation to purchase once it was there and made sure it fit right. They made it clear that getting me the right helmet was far more important than making a sale. Good people that care about their customers. If I can find it there, I will be glad to give them my business for future purchases!

Local biker clothing and accessories. Great place to get some chaps or vest or any other motorcycle items you could need or helmet. And if they dont have it they will order it for you. Street rider right next door is a mechanic shop as well so you can make a one stop shop

I want to give it five stars but I cant, quite.It is the best selection in Reno for a lot of gear, and the prices are totally in line with the largest online discounters.The only problem is that when you need time to think about how a helmet feels, or you go in with an ibtrovert, you cant get any space.Other than that, excellent store. I have and will shop there by preference

Total trendy place. If you are a rub with a Harley youll fit in fine. If youre real motorcyclist who I was looking for parts avoid this place they dont even know what they have in stock or what they have to order. The help seemed very rub like and not very knowledgeable on bikes

Bill was very helpful. I had a problem with my bike that was stressing me out. He was patient and helped solve my problem to get me back on the road. He deserves more than 5 stars. Riding a 2014 Kawasaki Versys 650.

Dont know if they were lazy, incompetent, or just didnt care over the phone. Several times walking in waited 15-20 minutes to be acknowledged. This shop has a lot and can order what you need, but their customer service and knowledge is garbage. I would rather have my wallet dry humped at the Harley dealer! At least I would get a reach around and a smile while they over charged me!Update: Bill returned my call and apologized for the inconvenience. He explained they Couldnt find it in the book, but eventually did find it in another book. I will forever take my $$ else where, I know I will have to pay for parts/services, but I dont have to deal with incompetence or lack of give a $h!t Customer Service gives you the skills to pay the bills in their line of work.DO NOT confuse Road Rider of Reno with Street Rider of Reno this review was of the retail store, NOT the shop in back!!!! These guys always seem to have what I need. I made the mistake of wasting my time looking at the vendors of spring street vibrations. All they had was junk low quality at only one vendor had phone mounts but no clue of it would work and no way to test fit before buying. I was looking for a phone mount for my bars on my Indian. Of course street rider not only had something but they had something of high quality at a decent price. Way to go street rider!

Went in to check out options for jackets. Very helpful and experienced rider/sales guy. Bought a jacket and happy with service. Will check out their service dept for a front shock seal and report how they do.

Cant beat the customer service. These guy are great. They will do what ever it takes to help you out, and if they cant do it for you theyll make recommendations. You may have to wait a bit sometimes because theyre busy most of the time.If they dont have it they can usually order what ever it is you need. Of the many times Ive been in there they have only not been able to help me out twice, and that only because I ride a sport bike.Helmets, riding gear or accessories they have almost everything you might need. I even bought a very nice knife for my daughters purse. I cant say enough about the crew or the store. Oh yeah, they also have coffee and water for you, but get there early if you want a doughnut.

Not really happy with the service or turn around time. I was suppose to get a call from the manager/owner, letting me know if I needed new brakes or not. Well they just threw the brakes on without letting me know, or showing me the wear of the rear pads. In addition, I had to call them two times to figure out what was going wrong with my bike (rear break needed its master cylinder repaired).

Excellent experience, the guys in the shop were able to answer all of my questions and had me in and out for a tire change within an hour. Top notch!

Ya just cant buy a helmet on line, it never works. Was looking for a full face that didnt squ8eeze my face to puckered lips. Sales person was very knowledgeable and knew her stuff. Fitted me with a Nolan that does the job. Talked to Bill the owner or manager and had a very good experience with this store. Saved hundreds by not buying a helmet with the Harley logo.
