If you need a lawn mower chainsaw or any yard cutting tool dont waste your time at the big box stores. All they do is sell you something they know nothing about they cant even answer questions about what youre buying but I found the total opposite to be true of Outdoor Power. First of all they have a beautiful showroom and are the most knowledgeable people of the products they sell than any other place Ive ever been you cant do better than Outdoor Power !

A Briggs & Stratton (B&S) dealer that won’t work on B&S equipment. The owner claimed he can not get parts but I pointed out that I already found these parts on Amazon; he said he didn’t know what Amazon was - I don’t need to do business with liars.

Great place to go if you like Husqvarna or Echo products. They also have a decent selection of arborist gear. The business owner is very involved and does his best to help me out when I need a hand with a repair. Kevin is also really friendly has helped me out a great deal with equipment over the years. They’re also very involved in the landscaping and arborist communities.

First, great service and excellent pricing. The brush clearer attachment we got was cheaper than even amazon. We’ve purchased and special order several things and it was always a great customer experience. Second, it’s a locally owned business and I’d always prefer to buy from a local than a big box store.

I am giving them a 4 but only because I cant give a 3.5. I think the guys in the back that do the actual work are very knowledgeable and good at their job. When I asked questions about some of the products up front the guy had no answers and finally admitted as much.

I run a small/medium size landscape maintenance company in town and have bought commercial equipment from every outfit in town. Outdoor Power is my go to shop. Craig and his team are great. As my company grows they direct me to the best equipment for the jobs and have hard to find parts in stock.

I have taken snowblowers, chainsaws, generators and leaf blowers here.I try to buy quality stuff that is worth repairing. These guys never disappoint!I would not consider going anywhere else in town to have power equipment fixed!Great staff, fair prices and good location.

Very helpful, courteous staff. Patient and tried there best to find the engine for my antique, tank like rototiller. However the price was a bit high and it might be best to buy a new rototiller

Very knowledgeable

I took in my, used one season, Troybilt snow thrower because it was running rough. Found out that Ethanol produces a water substance that gasoline refreshers cannot treat. As a result, Craig drained the tank, changed the spark plug, and it now runs smoothly. Because it did not take a full hour I had money coming back to me, I was so blown away by his honesty that I purchased a gallon of Ethanol free gas for next years use. Wonderful, honest, full of integrity, shop. A better place to buy garden equipment because you never know who (Inexperienced) is assembling your equipment at a big box store.

My boss sent me there too shop for snow blowers, I didnt buy anything but the people at the store were very helpful.

This is a great repair shop. They are up front on estimated costs and are quick on the repair turn around time. They also have a fully equipped showroom and are very pleasant to deal with.

I am very impressed with both the service and sales department. I called and spoke to Brett in service regarding a specific problem with my Snapper lawn mower, Brett was the only guy that gave me information as to what could be wrong and an estimate of what the issue costs to fix. I called three other shops who all just told me to bring it in. I dropped off my snapper mower and echo trimmer for service. I was also looking to purchase a piece of equipment so Brett introduced me to Kevin in sales. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I had a great experience and highly recommend this business.

I came to the store to check out the chainsaws. Craig was very helpful and understanding. After I decided what chainsaw to get, Craig took the time to give me a quick walkthrough on the Echo CS590.I had a very nice experience.

I went in to ask if they had a replacement part on my mower. I brought the part with me along with pictures of the mower and what I thought was the serial number which turned out to be the engine number. Long story short the guy at the counter was rude and unhelpful. He said we’re not a craftsman dealership and for me to goggle the part and come up with the part number. I was nice but told him he was very rude and I wouldn’t be coming back.

This place is an absolute joke. Dropped off my equipment for service, 3 weeks later it hadn’t even been looked at and no one could tell me why?!! Was like a deer in the headlights. Totally clueless. Definitely will be taking my equipment elsewhere for service. I would not recommend this place at all.

After numerous attempts by both the major outdoor box stores, one of which the product was purchased, could not figure out how to open a trimmer head to add new string. The folks that tried to help me were both ground crew and management at both locations. Couldnt open it, PERIOD. I finally contacted Outdoor Power on Longley and was simply shocked at how quickly they opened it and was surprised how they did it. They also suggested a substitute head that saves tons of time and doesnt require a complete breakdown of the trimmer head. Way to go and thank you very much.

Craig was extremely accommodating and even delivered the machine to my home personally. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and just an all around good guy. I will forever be a customer of his business.

Craig was very nice I unfortunately lost second job after i dropped off an old chainsaw. They have been very patient and understandable I came in today to pay and they hoped that all was better and was very nice about things. I would definitly come back to buy a piece of equipment when yhe time is right . rotitiller needed in future ill be back

Have had Toro mower and Stihl trimmer and blower serviced and very pleased with work. Craig in service extremely helpful.

The service was indeed very friendly. But they gave me a wait time of 2 months. Even though its the peak of the summer season, that aint gonna cut it. They are way backed up.The service guy took my broken push mower, started to take it through the showroom to the back, and was promptly shooed back out by the manager who wanted to keep the showroom floor clean. I understand why the manager would do that, but his attitude told me what I needed to know, and the backlog confirmed. This store focuses on selling equipment more than repair, and they dont always treat their repair guy like a partner.I found another place that promised my equipment repaired in 1-2 weeks, and actually turned it around faster.

Dropped off my mower May 1. They said it would take a week or so. After a month I got tired of waiting and went to pick it up. They never repaired it. Two guys standing around and my mower is still broken.
