Dont bother to apply if youve had ANY kind of arrest, they will discriminate against you. It saddens me that I lost my job putting in a two week notice to come here and work just to be told the background its gonna take a month longer and now, because of a simple misdemeanor, they wont hire.....

This is a far cry from my initial thoughts and words. After taking some time to reflect, I will say this. I had the worst interview experience of my life, filled with animosity, vexation, dismay, I hope no one will ever have to experience what I did. The hiring manager Ashely conducted my interview. Instead of going on about what happened I will pray for the future. Father God I pray for Ashley, I pray that whatever struggles she is facing will come to pass, I felt her eyes, I have seen her heart. Father God please give Ashely strength, courage, wisdom, guidance, peace, love, and happiness.  Amen.
