I brought my geco model 1919 in for a repair on the bolt. I was quoted 75-85 dollars and 2 weeks. The repair ended up taking 5 weeks, which wasn’t a huge deal for me, however I was only charged 45 dollars and I’m quite happy with the repair. Accurate estimated times seem to be an issue with these guys but the work seems to be quality. I would recommend if you’re not in a hurry. B++

Needed assembly for my shotgun. Brought it to them in Jan 2020 didn’t finish till Dec 2020. when I called during around Father’s Day they said they had all the parts and told me it would of been done in two weeks. I called every month after to see if it was assembled. They just told me next week it would be finish and we’ll call you. But no call. When I called in December they said it was done. They didn’t even call to tell me it was finished. Nice job.*** I Do Not Recommend This Place ***

I took my AK rifle there to have a polymer handguard put on my gas tube, since I try it myself and ruin the gas tube. The work was completed by (Gunsmith) Andrew Faircloth I found his work to be fantastic!!. Thanks again, Parish Sparks Nevada

I have had scopes mounted, stocks changed, muzzle breaks installed and trigger jobs done. I dont know if their prices are low, average or high I cant comment on that but what I do know is all the work has been excellent. Andy and Justin have always explained what they have done and answered all my questions. I have and will continue to recommend Reno Gunsmithing.

Called to get pricing on simple muzzle threading on a barrel alone ( no disassembly needed) for a Remington 700 and was quoted over 200 dollars.... called around and the standard pricing was around 60 dollars.Not sure what they do that makes them think 200 dollars is justified but yikes

I’ve been looking around for a while for a gunsmith I could depend on I believe I have found them finally. I had them change out a stock and they did a great job. Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service, good turnaround time and just an overall great experience. I would highly recommend them or at least if you have any questions call them.

I brought my rifle in the middle of July. When I called they had told me that they could complete the work I need done on my rifle and gave me a 6 week estimated wait time. I let 5 or so weeks go by before checking in on them and they replied with youre next in line and I was next in line for about 5 weeks. Now that 10 weeks have gone by I call and they tell me they didnt have the parts the need to finish or even start the work as they had ordered it and had been waiting for it to arrive. I called a week or so later and they tell me the parts have arrived and theyre going to start working on my rifle. Im now at 14 some weeks and spoke to them nearing the end of October when I asked them what has been completed on the rifle and their response is nothing, nothing has been done. What was this super complicated task that required 14 weeks for them to even look at? Pressing the gas block on, which they said they could do and have done, and drilling 4 holes. I get the feeling friends and preferential treatment come before business so I will be finding another gunsmith to get the work done.

Do not take your firearms to this place he is a liar and a thief had my rifle for 5 months to Sarah coat the receiver of a 30-30 he quoted me 150 bucks charged me $200 when I got there . Absolutely horrible gunsmithing I would never take anything back to him ever Andrew lied to me twice on two different guns

I first began using this shop after going through a manufacturer trigger recall a few years back, and that manufacturer referred me to this shop as an authorized repair facility. Since then, Andrew and his team have performed work on two of my firearms, and re-coated one entirely. Both of my experiences have been stellar. The single time there was a delay in the time estimate I was given, I was notified by phone and provided with an explanation. If you want same-day service and less than half the quality look elsewhere. If you want safe and reliable service and understand that firearm work isnt a drive-thru experience, stop in and speak to Andrew and his guys.

I purchased a firearm from Howa and Reno does there warranty work. From my few first contacts Justin seemed to care about making things right . Upon receiving my rifle back with incorrect after numerous conversations about the work to be done it was incorrect. I contacted Justin today and was yelled at and given attitude for there mistake. I will never do business with them again.

My son took a gun to have the barrel threaded.The cost was a bit on the high side and it did not includea thread protector cap. I have had many barrels threaded and neverhave I not received a thread protector cap.

I took in a new gun that had problems from the factory and was reviewed by various people on You tube as a problem gun. Reno Gunsmithing Inc. fixed the my gun, and I am very satisfied with their service and their knowledge.

I had some new sights installed on my Walther ppq m2 with professionaliam. They charge $35 and will adjust later if needed just keep recept. Great service.
