Good affordable prices the staff are sometimes helpful and full of attitude but all in all the store is great for groceries and clothing,The bathrooms are not very clean.

The yogurt wasnt as good as it used to be. Maybe the mix was off and later my stomach was upset. But my two companions who had different flavors were fine. I was just disappointed. I will probably try it again sometime....maybe.

It’s Walmart, what more do I need to say. They advertise everything, and always have nothing. It’s like children work, run, manage, all Walmarts. So that’s why it’s received 2 stars from me.

No greeter and customer service rep wasnt very helpful on the phone told me just keep calling electronics dept UNTIL SOMEONE ANSWERS.!! I thought that was rude and never got any help!

This particular store is probably my most favorite one. Usually its always clean. However, the last time I shopped there, i needed to use the restroom. And it was filthy. Unlike I have ever seen it before. Other than that, staff is very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is always pretty good. Just this one time the bathroom was not up to par.

I agree that help is almost non existent. There are about 10 check out lanes but is rare to have more than 1 available. The owners obviously want you to use self check out, whether you want to or not. They also used to stay open 24 hours which was great for insomniacs but that was discontinued.

You will seriously regret ordering delivery from this Walmart. The door dash drivers can’t see the tip until at least 24 hours after they deliver your groceries so they think they are delivering groceries for free.Walmart and door Dash have a bad relationship. The pick up is OK but seriously, heed my warning, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE!!!I’ve had people yell at me, threaten to steal my groceries, actually did steal $250 worth of groceries from me, I’ve had delivery drivers who are unable to carry items because of their physical maladies. It’s just ridiculous.

One or two self checkout stands for 15 products and up, are always out of service making the waiting in line very long. There is only one cashier available and that line is usually super long. The people that check your receipt are rude and especially a lady called Sue. I called the manager on her several times. I try not to go to this location any longer. I go to the Walmart on Kitzkie lane. Why the Managment don’t do something about the people checking your receipts and why that lady is still working there.

Nice place to shop, clean and friendly staff, plus they had everything I needed on the shelves unlike the Walmart where I live.

My shopping experience in your Damonte ranch has ended with todays trip. I have been shopping here for 30 years. There is only one line that accepts cash. It is a line with 5 full shopping carts that I am waiting in. Is you dont make cash an option I will not be shopping here. I know you probably dont care...if my service toward my customers was this poor I would not have a job.

Actually the worst shopping experience I have ever had the utter displeasure of having. Unbelievably useless employees, customer service was just as bad and they had literally every thing you wouldnt need, the one practical item we needed wasnt there. Terrible just terrible

The store is relatively new, its been renovated recently. Self check out is a bit more crowded than Id like, but overall spacing requirements are being met. Masks are supposed to be worn, but proper wearing isnt enforced.Store is clean and well laid out. Its easy to navigate and find what you need.

By far the most poorly managed Walmart Ive ever been in.Shelves are never stocked.Floors are dirty and STICKY!Employees are rude and angry.Never more than 1 checkout lane available, no matter how many people are in line. They are clearly trying to force people into the self checkouts, which is fine if you have a few items.They do not accept returns you purchased from a different Walmart.And finally, check your receipts! Prices are consistently wrong. (Which explains the long lines at customer service)

Only one out of all the available registers are open. That does not work for people who are disabled or who cannot lift objects and need a checkout clerk to assist.No help in any departments, even after asking multiple employees for assistance lifting heavy items I want to buy.Zero stars. Not one.

It was an average shopping experience. The customer service was better than most and the store was cleaner.

I guess if you want good service you have to pay your employees more

Cha Cha kept me not only waiting and promised me just a couple seconds....but could not find India ink though I told her her web site agreed. She finally looked it up but still couldnt find it. I finally did. Kudos to her for finally calling me that she found it. Very short staffed. Find another Walmart.

Self check outs never take cash only card, when I use my debit card they have to suspend the transaction and do it at the actual register because their self checkouts are terrible. It’s also more expensive at this Walmart then other Walmart’s in Reno.

One person at front desk he was friendly, very long line, and very long check in time. Person before us was waiting in line to report blood and hair on toilet seat. Extremely disappointed to find the 2 top reasons for us to stay - pool & breakfast no longer available, posted note due to Covid. Restaurant across the street was the best part, awesome burgers!

The workers are usually doing their best and the Damonte store is one of the best in town, but despite the generally better prices here, the feeling of despondency and dread going to Walmart is palpable.

Walmart is extraordinarily organized and managed. All the shelves are fully stocked. The aisles are wide enough to easily accommodate 2 shopping carts progressing in opposite directions. Large signs throughout the store make it easy to find the merchandise you seek.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer service is non-existent at Walmart. No employee answers the phone and minimal employees know what they are doing. First we were sent an email saying our items would not be ready at the requested pick up time. Once we received a text saying our items were ready, we headed right over. At the pickup Center I called the phone number to inform them I was in the pickup area. The number went straight to voicemail. This is the second time this has happened where no one is answering the pickup area phone number, and its going straight to voicemail. So I had to flag down an employee to inform them that Im waiting for my items. The employee said they put my request in that I was in the pickup area and someone would bring my items out. After waiting another 20 minutes, I flagged down another employee who stated I was not put in the system, and she would put me in. This is completely unprofessional, as the first employee stated they put me in their system for my items to be brought out. I ended up waiting over an hour to finally received my order. Clearly Walmart hasnt figured out how to run a smooth and convenient order online and pick up service, as this has happened at 2 separate Walmarts.

They had a Dunkin Doughnuts in the store, a wonderful suprise.

Stood in line for 30 minutes with two packs of beef jerky. I had to put said jerky back because I had to work. Now I’m gonna be hungry. Don’t go here for food ever. You’ll end up being hungry

Needed a light bulb for the tail light. I walked around for 10mins looking for an employee to unlock the case. Not one employee from beauty sporting goods or automotive anywhere. So I called Walmart customer service phone rang for another 10 mins. Walked to electronics and asked an employee to page someone to help and he said hed take care of it. Way to go. I was pleased he took the initiative to assist rather than paging another employee and me waiting longer.

It was DELIGHTFUL!!! I Do not believe in mask wearing and they were courteous to me the whole time. The customers were still smiling, albeit, with their eyes as 100% were wearing masks. I HIGHLY recommend this Walmart for their part in protecting my civil liberties 🙋🏼‍♂️

Walmart carries items we need such as Soylent protein drink. Also, we buy our toiletries there. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Walmart is Walmart most times I walk in now I feel like they keep rearranging what I remember the last time I was there or i feel like when Im able to check out... Theres only 1 or 2 cashiers on and they have so many stands not open for business for people to get their stuff and leave.

Probably the nicest walmart in town, but it is still a walmart. Was here at eight pm on a weekday night and only the self checkouts were open, line was crazy long. Go somewhere else for fresh produce/meat.

Get more cashiers. Put cash in the self service register. Not everyone uses credit cards. One register with a real person open and the longest line 7 employees and managers standing around. People had full baskets and all were paying cash. This store is a joke.

Tire center would not honor road hazard/rotation agreement! I bought a set of tires two years ago at the Gardnerville Walmart and the Reno store said I had to provide proof in order for them to rotate them! That’s what computers are for! I’ve purchased 5 sets of tires from Walmart over the years and never had to provide “written proof” to rotate tires. Very snotty about it too. Hope someone in management reads this.

I like shopping here, but I dont like the fact that they mostly have self checkout. Takes away from the jobs & economy.

Every time we go (mid afternoon), the aisles are blocked with large pallets of stock. Very hard for those in a wheelchair to navigate.

Its an easy trip if you go early. I dont buy much, so the self-checkout is fine.

Walmart has plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. However, trying to find cleaning supplies is like trying to find Waldo.

I go to Walmart for a few things. The my best is their individual pies $.50 each. I love cherry 🍒🍒🍒. But they have them is blueberry 🫐 peach 🍑 lemon 🍋 apple 🍎and pecan. Also Im a fan of Reese peanut 🥜 butter cups. They have a buy of 12 cups for $1.98 thats a bargain. They have English toffee Maxwell house for $2.98 for my coffee. I buy Aragon oil for my hair. Same stuff sold at Sallys beauty supply. But better price both @ $ 12.00 Walmart is not one for meat, vegetables, or deli stuff. They have a wrap that makes a good lunch... And the potato salad/ red potatoes. Thats ok. Best to get that somewhere else. Happy shopping.

The Shelves are bare. You have to be there early and on the day the trucks get there to get the stuff you need.

Pulled up for an order that they said they didnt have. Told me to get an order number so they can re-pull the order. So I go home to get the order number and they say oh we do have your order I just checked in the wrong place. Ok cool so I pull up and call at 10am and they say sure your order will be right out. 30 minutes pass and cars are pulling up after me and leaving so I called back. Oh I went on break but your order is on its way out. Im pretty patient but this is too much. A quick pick up turned into 2 hours.

This is a nice place to pick up gluten-free and dairy free baked goods. Love every thing so far and so happy to have bagels at last!!!

Wal-Mart is carrying some natural and sulfate and phosphate free cleaning products, like Seventh Generation. 👍👍However, folks at the store were not respecting social distancing guidelines. I did not feel very safe shopping there. 👎 Glad I only go from time to time to buy cleaning products.

This is definitely the nicest Walmart in the Reno/Sparks area, its well organized, its not as crowded as most Walmart, & the quality of the people are better, youre not getting hit up in the parking lot from some heroin addict saying they ran outta gas line the rest of the Walmarts out here.

This place has gone downhill. The guy at the checkout was obviously ticked off to be there. He was making negative comments to all the customers, throwing their groceries, and was being physically rough with the register/computer. He made a negative comment to me about my shirt and then made a negative comment to my wife! Dude, with actions like that I will be surprised if you never leave WalMart. Seriously, WalMart needs to check their employees!!

I love Walmart, only issue is that they dont carry a large supply of young ladies tops in various sizes. I found a top today that I absolutely love, they only had extra small and small. They had similar tops with a thick lining, would have been very hot. Carry a great size range in clothes, not just 2-3 sizes and thats it.

Pretty decent slection, especially for keto/vegan/veg id pass on the deli, slicers arent wiped down between selections and its just generally been dirty on various visits. Produce selection not the best for walmart standards, either super ripe/rotting or picked too early.

I only go to Walmart if I have no other choice, as always the lines were long and staff was short wal-mart really needs to improve their overall performance

I was at Walmart Damonte Ranch today to buy some plants, and while looking I became painfully aware that most of the plants were dried out and dying from not being taken care of and a simple thing like not being watered. What a waste ! I did purchase a few plants that did have somewhat of a chance to make it why isnt anyone watering these poor plants ? I begrudgingly give a one star ! Shame on you Walmart.

Best walmart around!

Most items are on the wrong shelves. You see the price and then go to ring up and its entirely different price. Then you look around and see 5 or 6 walmart employees standing around talking. Like there just to hang out. Under stocked and what is there is not were it belongs. Will say its clean and never smell bad like some others Ive been to.

Quality of every vegetable very bad. It feels and looks like as if someone picked all the vegis from trash and selling at walmart. Go check Avacado, Cilntro, Beet root area.

Empty maybe 40 other people in the store. Had the whole place to ourselves. Didnt have to wait in line. Shelves were full to brimming with items. Very nice experience. Everyone was cleaning the floors and dusting and mopping and sweeping it was really nice.

They have over 30 self service registorsThere business modal in part is make it easy to spend your money. The wide variety of products they sell make it a one stop shoppe.

Store was of the nicest kept locations Ive been too. Ill be back there for sure, only complaint is I went inside and got what I tried to order for pick up before they had even processed my order or prepared it.

Other customers with no basic decency shop here. So there is always that. It is like You low on money? Want a good price? Well come to Walmart and fight your way through bitter cart walking rage with other customers and those huge carts staff use to shop for other people not in the store. Our staff also a lot of times hide from customers because we are all scared of customers annoyed attitude. Sure it is all annoying but you will save so much money Shop at Walmart. I mean how can we not go there?

On the eve of Christmas Eve, the store was very busy. One employee was wearing a neck gaiter which I believe isn’t acceptable as a mask....not the first time... I’ve seen employees with noses out and about. The employee who opened the razor cabinet did a great job!

My card was charged but they didnt have my name in the system. So they said someone would be out to talk to me but nobody showed up. Here it is 4 hours after my promised time and ive been waiting for 35 minutes so far.

Renos Damonte Ranch Walmart is a newer, cleaner, and better-stocked store than many of the other Walmarts in town with the same affordable prices. I havent experienced long checkout lines at this Walmart - a big plus when at many other Walmarts in town there is a long wait at the counter, possibly due to understaffing.

I got a good parking spot. Staff i spoke to were helpful and not rude. That was really nice.
