Twice now, Ive had superb help from Bob at Reno Hot Spring Spa and Billiards, as well as fairly priced and efficient repairs from the repair staff for my Hot Springs Spa. I highly recommend this business if you live in the Reno or Tahoe-Truckee-Graeagle greater area. Bob has helped my twice by phone now, very kindly, and saved me a lot of money and a lot of consternation. I am grateful. When I actually needed repair work, all work was completed quickly. Truth in Advertising... I am not a customer. But I have known the owners for a very long time. I have visited their stores and heres what I can tell you. They are honest business people, and their #1 priority is to make sure their customers are taken care of. They take a certain attitude toward everyone: WIT, which is WHATEVER it Takes. Theres a reason they have all the 5 Star Reviews they do. Its because, when the rubber meets the road, they do whatever is necessary to take care of you, the customer. You cant buy that in todays world, and their business deserves yours.

We were looking for a spa for our place in Tahoe, and had many questions. They had answers! When the spa was delivered, we had to have them help us with repositioning some things on the property, and they were so accommodating and went way above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied. 5 star service, helpful and polite. These guys are great. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The delivery guys made a difficult process look easy. Quick, too. I would definitely recommend them for a hot tub.

I bought a hot tub in July of 2016 and throughout the process the staff and the service has been far above my expectations. The hot tub has been so so easy to use and to maintain and it has been worth every penny. I cannot rate this store and this staff high enough. I had one issue with my hot tub about 5 months after the initial purchase and the store fixed the issue with no questions asked. I wouldnt buy a hot tub from anyone else...Thanks!

Good spas but very overpriced, but they want you to think youre getting a deal. If you want s Hot Springs, go to Carson City dealer. Same spa for 75% of price before the Reno location chisels the price (pretends hes giving you stuff for free you would normally pay for, yet those items are offered for free as they norm).

What a great job Casey, Anthony, Austin and Al did delivering and placing our new Hot Springs Jacuzzi! They were professional, friendly and adapted to a tough delivery scenario.
