Absolutely recommend The Door Man, we called and they were able to come the next day and do a conversion on my old garage door springs from side springs to center. Anthony got it done so quickly and was very nice and professional. Would have been stoked if the door just opened at all after this (it hadnt been working for a few months, hence the call!) but it opens so much quieter than it used to. Randy was very competent in every respect. He explained my options clearly and we reached a very fair price. He told me when to expect installation and was accurate. We were having problems with the garage door squeaking and squawking and were in fear it was going to stop performing. We called Randy and he offered to fit us in immediately. He listened to our concerns and explained that the rollers on our doors were not of the highest quality and as the plastic rollers were used they would lose their lubrication and begin to make the sounds we were hearing. He offered the solution of lubricating them or of replacement . He was informational and not trying to influence our decision, which I appreciated. We chose maintenance and lubrication for now. He began work immediately and was soon finished on our two doors. After the procedures they had lost their squeak and were working smoothly. Randy was prompt, polite, informational, and efficient. I will always call Randy for any garage door concerns. I highly recommend him for your garage door issues.

I was going to use The Door Man to tune-up my garage door, but I ended up damaging my door, and needed their services because I now had an emergency on my hands. I called last night and spoke with Randy, who was very personable and understanding. He told me he could be out the next day. None of us would be home, but I was able to arrange it so that they could come and look at the garage door, assess the damage, and repair as necessary. We were able to take care of the finances over the phone, and I came home to a repaired and serviced garage door! The price was reasonable and the technicians were very trustworthy. Google Reviews were super helpful. Based on the ratings, I gave The Doorman a call about symptoms my garage door was having. Dave was willing to talk me through it for self repair, but he suggested looking at the doors. He came out within a day and discovered that the garage door metal had failed in several places. I ended up buying two new doors and Dave installed them as promised, when promised. Great service. He was informative and professional. Called on Monday and they were out on Tuesday to repair, only our opener was a goner. They replaced the opener With a new Genie opener With Smart app and put in a all new installationvwhile they were there on our single door, they were friendly and efficient. I stressed out when, after hours, one side of my garage door came off the track and I broke some kind of cable. I thought, for sure, I would need a new door. I needed my car in the morning and couldnt get the door open. I called 5 garage door repair places and left a message to please call asap in the morning Dave, the best door man ever, called at 7:00 in the morning. He was at my house in Carson City by 8:00 and I was out of my garage l0 minutes later leaving the door in perfect condition. One other door service called at 8:30 after I was out and on my way. The other three never called back. The Door Man is GREAT - the BEST EVER.

Heres why you have to use these guys:My garage door was starting to malfunction intermittently after seven years and called The Door Man to check it out. After their preliminary inspection, Randy advised me that I wont need to replace it immediately but may need to be replaced in the future. That was the most honest advise Ive heard from anyone in any business out there. No pressure, no sales pitch, just absolute transparency. We ended up having them replace it because of the service and the new technology in these new garage doors. They did it in promptly and in record time.

My garage door crapped out on me on a Thursday morning. I called Thursday night and he was at my place first thing Friday morning. I was anticipating needing a whole new door, as my neighbor and myself failed to fix it and both agreed it looked like I would need a whole new door.
