Excellent service and quality of work. Large array of templates that you can choose from depending on your needs. Have used them several times without problems.

Went in for a quote to gets hats shirts and hoodies for my business. Seemed very rushed and unwelcomed. Needed some custom designs and that seemed to be an issue as well. When asking for a quote never really gave me any numbers danced around some number with a +/- 5 dollar variance.. Seemed like he didnt want any new accounts to be honest. When I asked for a quote on paper that I could give to my partner he said he would send me one. That was 2 weeks ago. Google embroidery companies in Reno. There are literally hundreds. Going here for a quote was a waste of my time, which is too precious for this.

Our most recent job required a quick turnaround and I wasnt sure Stuart would be able to come through, but he told me hed get it done and did! His prices are reasonable too, especially if you have a lot of volume. Id highly recommend Reno Embroidery Company and will definitely use them again. :)

We had a lovely experience with Stuart and Reno Embroidery! We had polos and jackets embroidered for our dance studio and also had sweatshirts made for the boys soccer team. Everything came out just as expected and, even more important, has lasted through much wearing and washing! An update to my original review: Now that Reno Embroidery has grown (which is fantastic for them) they were not able to help us with our smaller (1-6 piece) orders. Most unfortunately, they were also unwilling to send our digitized embroidery files -that we paid for- to use somewhere else.

The golf shirts we received from Reno Embroidery were top quality. The embroidery lays flat. Awesome job, thank you.
