Great assistance with choosing batteries!

Sales reps were easy to reach, offered good advice, and everything pre-sale was fantastic. Just hope that after the sale you do not need any tech support, you will be ignored. I have called twice and left clear, simple voicemail both times - tech support line rings directly through to voicemail, a bad sign from the start. The first call was three days ago and the second call was two days after that. I still have not received a call back. Company is quick to make the sale but does not have time for you once your money has been received. Currently trying to get someone to call me back through the online chat on their website. I was told someone would be calling me shortly, but I have yet to receive a call.Dropping to one star - Thats right, your team did try to contact me after I left this review and contacted your online chat. Since I live in the mountains where cell coverage is spotty, and was driving, it went right to voicemail. When I tried calling back I got the same run-around, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. Third time, no luck. Ive given up as it is apparent that you just do not care about the customer after sale. It is sad that I have to leave a lousy review and complain in online chat to get that ONE call.

Needed a little consideration on a $11k order, and they said too bad cant help. I am having to go the altE store or Wholesale solar instead. They really didnt seem to care.After owners response: I appreciate you as the vendor cannot influence the third party finance company. The solution I suggested was to buy the kit items separately so I could comply with the third party requirements, and use my ONE credit card. I asked if a coupon or something similar to offset the bundle discount. I was told to go to Facebook where a found a coupon that expired 4 days ago. Disappointed. I do appreciate the owners response, however simplistic and slightly inaccurate. Give you a couple of stars for that. Possible solutions for future customers, have a coupon you can use in only special situations, or offer to build the shopping cart to accomplish what I need and satisfy to finance requirements. If you cant financially compensate, then another way to build value is to make it convenient.

Bought 4000watt off grid system. Three of four of their 6 volt batteries have gone bad in less than a year. They want you to send the battery back each time to test it. First off WE ARE OFF GRID! If we have to send batteries back we have no power. Why cater to off grid people with this policy. Second issues it is $80 a battery to ship back out of my pocket. I have a suggestion....PROVIDE BETTER BATTERIES!!!!!Never buying from here AGAIN!

I had a problem with a fuse blowing 2x on a 1200w modified sine wave inverter and they sent me a replacement right a way and it has been working flawlessly for 3 years now. Great store.

I would never buy from them again. Be aware!!! Dont send your Inverter back to them for repairs!!! They will tell you it got damaged and send you a old broken damage inverter back instead of your new inverter that you purchased from them and stopped working in just few months!!! I had special marking on the inverter that I sent in for repairs and they sent me back old broken damage inverter back instead of my new inverter that I purchased from them just few months ago!!! Stay away from this Aims inverters, bad products bad customer service.

I bought a 3000 watt inverter and it ran 2 minutes before it smoked and stopped working. I was told by Aims I would have to pay for the shipping to return it and they would have to check it out before sending another one . One week to check it out plus 1 week to ship it back plus 1 week to ship another one. Their solution is to buy one for another $700 plus $15 to ship so it can be sent out right away. Why should I have to spend any money to return a product that is defective and electrically dangerous. You can put up with this but I wont.
